Bridget's eyes were still closed as she thought of a decision, she wasn't sure killing Alex was the right answer but the gods already gave her instructions to follow and she couldn't dare disobey them.

'You are right, humans are too weak, but you aren't an ordinary human so it'll work, jump high enough towards her and crash on top of her, her eyes are closed so she won't expect it'

'No, so you would buy some time to free yourself, and besides I already told you, you aren't an ordinary human, you are the avatar of the sixth elder god'

'Yeah, like that's something to brag about, you lost your power and was sealed by the other gods, and you can't find a proper way to get me out of this mess–I got in because of you'

'Just do as I said we don't have much time'

"Here goes nothing" Alex mumbled under his breath as he stood up from the chair.

He was standing on his toes and could lose his balance at any time so was super focused, but Alex wasn't used to standing on his toes.

"My legs are already in pain, I won't be able to jump" Alex mumbled as he looked at Bridget.

She was still clicking her tongue with her eyes closed unaware of what Alex was planning to do.

Alex turned around and made sure the chair on his back was facing Bridget on the ground, he was going to propel himself forward and crash into the wall along with her then the ropes would be loosened and he would escape.

"I hope this help works" Alex mumbled as he bent down a little to gain some momentum before pushing himself backward toward Bridget.

"I'm very sorry Alex, I don't think I can let you leave after..." Bridget spoke as she stood up, and immediately she opened her eyes, Alex was already in front of her.

Alex crashed into her and both of them crashed into the wall, even Alex was surprised at the strength and speed behind his jump, it felt like he was in Nova Online.

Alex quickly stood up from the ground, it seems his plan was successful, he didn't even bother about Bridget as he knew she wasn't human, what was in his mind was to escape.

Alex held the door handle but to his surprise, the door was locked, he couldn't get through after all he did.

Bridget raised her upper half from the ground and Alex turned towards her and was horrified, he was tied to a wooden chair, and when he crashed into her a part of the chair pierced her eyes.

Blood dripped out of her eyes but she had a smile on her face, she was surprised that Alex actually did something like this.

"That is a magically sealed door so it won't open, though I must commend you, what you did was amazing," Bridget said as she held the wooden stick piercing her eyes.

Bridget held the wood and dragged it out of her eyes with any care, if it was a human they would be dead, and even if they do survive it, it won't be long before they eventually give up but Bridget wasn't human.

"Bastard..." Alex shouted as he moved backward and charged toward the door in an attempt to break it.

'Shit, I didn't know the door was sealed, you won't be able to break it, you need to find another means to escape'

"It's a good thing you tried to escape, I would have had a hard time killing you, but now I think I'm going to enjoy it," Bridget said as she finally removed the stick from her eyes.

She was still on the ground while Alex was trying to break the door, she knew the door couldn't be broken so she took her time till her eyes healed.

Bridget stood up from the ground and now Alex faced her with both of his fists up.

"Remember what I told you when you said I should train you, you need years of practice to beat me"

"I don't have years to practice, I'm going to defeat you..." before Alex could finish his sentence Bridget was already in front of him with her hands swung toward Alex's face.

>BOOM!!<

Alex was sent flying and crashed into the wall, from the looks of it Alex was already dead, Bridget knew she struck with all her strength and speed so her job was done.

*Cough*

"Damn, that was painful," Alex said as he stood up from the ground, when Bridget struck him he deflected her punch with his hands but the strength behind the punch still sent him flying.

"What!! How?" Bridget was shocked as she stared at him, for some Reas Alex was extremely powerful, much more than a human.

"I can match her speed but I can't match her strength, wait...how am I able to match her speed" Alex mumbled but immediately something took his attention.

Alex's jaws dropped and his eyes widen as he saw letters arranged in front of him.
