"That's our cue, I hope Matthew is done with the potions" Alex muttered.

"I should go wake up Rebecca, you wake up the boys let's leave," Melissa said as both of them walked back into the inn.

The day was already bright when the group finally left the inn, Alex didn't return to his room so he didn't see Amy before leaving, having sex with her wasn't something he planned and he couldn't bring himself to speak with her.

The four of them promise never to speak about what happened in the inn, and they all agreed.

The group first went to the potion shop where Matthew was already open and they walked in.

Matthew was seated behind the counter dozing off with his head moving in different directions. The group couldn't help but let out chuckles, Alex knew Matthew didn't sleep throughout the night as he was busy making potions.

*Knock!! knock!!*

Alex knocked on the counter and Matthew opened his eyes immediately.

"Good morning, welcome how can I help you?" Matthew asked before clearing his eyes and looking at the people in front of him.

"Ohh it's you guys, I'm done with the potion, give me a minute," Matthew said as he headed into the second room.

"Hey Alex, has he paid you the coins?" Lynx asked.

"Yes, I forgot to give you guys, I got 54,000 coins, so how do we share it?" Alex asked.

"You are richer than us, so we should share it amongst ourselves," Max said to Alex.

"What about Melissa," Rebecca said.

"I have enough, though not up to what Alex has but I'm okay, you can share it without me," Melissa said.

"See, both of you are good, then we'll share it amongst ourselves, we'll spilt it 12,000 coins each" Max spoke.

"Okay, but who would take the remaining 4,000?" Gabriel asked.

"You guys know the money is with me right, and if I remember clearly I greatly contributed to completing the mission and I was the one who was given the mission, I was also the one who talked you guys into going to the mission" Alex spoke.

"You have enough money, just let them have it, and besides Rebecca doesn't have enough since she doesn't make kills, so she would make good use of the extra 4,000 coins," Melissa said to Alex.

"Then I get nothing," Alex said.

"You already have what you need, and..." Before Lynx could finish his sentence, Matthew walked back in with a small wooden box in the hands filled with health potions.

"Here are the 40 health potions, nice doing business with you," Matthew said and dropped the box on the counter.

"Here you go," Alex said and handed them the coins, "And it's up to me to share the potions so you guys shouldn't complain" Alex smirked.

Immediately Alex touched the health potion, the system notification came in and Alex stared at the screen.

'I got XP for the quest, I've never gotten XP for any quest I completed before, or maybe because we are now in the game, then this is wonderful, just one more kill and I'll level up' Alex smiled.

"What are you smiling about?" Gabriel asked.

"None of your business, and since Melissa already has health potions for herself, we'll split the potion 8 each person," Alex said.

"Equal, I thought you wanted more because we took all the coins from you" Lynx chuckled.

"Na, I already got something as compensation for the coins, and I'm sure I won't need the health potions, I'm taking it just in case"

"If someone doesn't need a health potion, it's Melissa, she had more HP and is stronger than any of us, so she can probably defeat any beast we come across without breaking a sweat," Max said.

"I can do the same" Alex shouted.

"Yeah, we know" Gabriel laughed.

"It seems you are forgetting what I did to those ghouls," Alex said and they all kept quiet.

"So we are leaving this city?" Rebecca asked.

"Yes, we are heading to the next city and then to the other city, and then to the Silver Continent" Melissa replied.

"We are going to travel with horses right, what if we get stopped by bandits like last time?" Rebecca asked.

"This time we'll be vigilant since we know around where we were attacked," Alex said.

"Maybe we should attack the bandit camp again, and free the slaves, this time I'll be the one to kill the leader so the slaves would be mine," Max said.

"And what are you going to do with the slaves, that is if you survive the battle against the leader?" Alex asked.

"I'm a lot stronger than before, I'm ready to take the bandit to the grave" Max snorted.

"Even if we attack the bandits, it's useless unless you kill every bandit in the whole city which is close to impossible, cause if you only destroy one camp, there are many more around" Melissa spoke.

"Have you been attacked by bandits?" Lynx asked her.

"Yes, but they attacked me at the wrong time, I wanted to escape but they didn't let me, I remember killing 70 of them, I'm pretty ruthless when I'm angry" Melissa spoke and the rest of them stared at her in shock.

They were not surprised by her strength cause she was one of the top five players, they were more surprised by the fact that she killed 70 men because she was angry.

"Woah, I'm never going to make you angry" Alex muttered.

"You can't make me angry, even if you do, your face is enough to make me calm" Melissa spoke before realizing what she was saying and faced away.

"Huh!! *Clear throat* let's move, we'll stop at the eatery, then we'll hire a carriage to Zenith City," Alex said.

"Seems like a plan," Lynx said as they left the potion shop.

"Dude, does Melissa have feelings for you?" Gabriel whispered in Alex's ears.

"How would I know," Alex said.

"I think she does, you definitely have a chance, or don't you like her, she's beautiful and powerful, and has an amazing body, what's not to like about her"

"Since when did you become a matchmaker, and besides I haven't seen you and Rebecca talking much lately, is something wrong?" Alex asked.

"Don't try to cleverly change the topic, me and Rebecca are doing well, I just haven't dared to tell her how I feel" Gabriel said.

"Why, I think she's into you, you just don't realize it, maybe she telling you to make the move," Alex said.

"You think so, wait...you are still changing the topic, this isn't about me and Rebecca, this is about you and Melissa" Gabriel spoke.

"How is this about me and Melissa, you like Rebecca, why won't you tell her, or don't you like her?" Alex asked.

"Of course I like her, she's beautiful, funny, cute, and really intelligent, but also shy, but in a cute way," Gabriel said.

"I didn't tell you to list all her qualities, just tell her you like her," Alex said and this was when they realize they were no longer whispering and the rest of their friends were staring at them.

"Shit..." Gabriel mumbled as he looked forward and Rebecca was staring at them with her jaws dropped.

"Rebecca it's not, it's just..."

"I like you too," Rebecca said before Gabriel could finish speaking.

"Huh!! what did you..."

"I said I like you too," Rebecca said again with her head facing down before walking away with her hands on her face.

Gabriel quickly ran after her as she was too shy to look at him in the face, all of them were surprised but they quickly turned around and looked at Alex, Gabriel wasn't the only one, they heard something about Alex and Melissa.

"What are you guys waiting for?" Alex asked keeping a poker face.
