Monster Card Master

Hans bring Max away from the crowded first floor both of them take the stair in the middle of the building to go up, unlike the first floor the second floor has only few people walking around. The second floor is the place where guild member and visitor can relax and rest, there is restaurant, gym and many more facilities in the second floor.

Third floor is where the administration center is the place is used to applying to join the group or posting a request, people from outside normally post a request for help in the guild where the request varies from monster extermination to card/material request.

The fourth floor is the most important place in the building it where the meeting place when there is an important association and where Hans' father office located, the core member had room on the fourth floor of the building.

"Oh, before you join the guild I think I will explain a bit about how the guild work." Hans stopped walking and explained how the guild work to Max.

The Guild have a hierarchy where the highest is the Guild master and the vice after that there is core member of the guild below it was Inner guild member and the last is Outer guild member. The core guild member usually go to an expedition with the guild master and vice guild master, while the inner member grouping together to an expedition they also usually bring some outer member to join the expedition.

There is 200 or more Core member in the guild most of them are people that had followed his father since the beginning of the guild, the number of the Inner member is around 5000 member while the Outer is around 20000 member. Those member already counted those that come from the branch guild in the other city, the guild had four branch guild in other city the leader of those guild are Core member of the guild.

The Core member poses monster with strength of Commander Tier it is one tier above Captain Tier, while most of the Inner member poses monster in the Captain Tier mostly there is some with Commander Tier monster. The Outer member mostly consist of new recruit so most of them have monster at Soldier Tier some of them have higher than that though.

But his father said that there is going to be a new system where the rank of a member will depend on their activeness, the level will also affect which request you can take but he said that it not feasible yet since the strength of monster in the world keep growing so the request you can take depend on your monster level.

From what he heard the monster strength has suddenly growing faster than before it probably the reason why the government let out the new rule, before they probably afraid of the people suddenly get power that can cause a huge problem to them. Now the government couldn't handle the problem caused by the monster by themselves and need the help of other.

"The world had changed into something dangerous now you won't know what will happen to you, you may be dead because a sudden attack of a monster just like the accident that happen yesterday. The world is no longer safe anymore now only the strong could feel safe." Said Hans.

He paused for a while before continuing his speech. "I wonder what will happen to this world? Will we the human able to survive through this ordeal or not?"

"You sure think far ahead if it me I would think about what can I do first instead of the uncertain future."

"That's one wise word, Max."

When they reach the third floor Hans stopped walking in front of him a line of people were waiting to apply to the guild, there is more than 100 of applicant in the line waiting for their turn to apply. Both of them were shocked by the sight in front of them, the two have the same thought why there is so many people here?

After the accident happen many people realized that the only way to ensure their safety in this changed were by getting stronger as an individual or by joining a strong organization, this had make many guild flooded by applicant to join the guild leading to the sight in front of them.

"It can't be helped I will call my dad about joining the guild here I thought I can just quietly do thing." Hans feel helpless at the situation there is no way he will wait in that long line, he ended up giving his father a call his father told him that he will get someone to help him.

Someone soon show up to meet him it was someone Hans know a woman with long blue hair with cold eyes behind her glasses when she walk many eyes attracted to her but she doesn't even affected like a lonely mountain that stand tall before anything, Samantha "The Frozen Beauty" that how people known her.

"Young master, please follow me I will help with your application." She give a light bow to Hans.

"Okay, Let' follow her Max."

"Understood."

She take them to the front of the line and personally help them with their application many people in the line were shocked and start protesting about the different treatment they get.

"Why those two brat can skip the line?"

"This is so unfair."

The workers of the guild were trying their best to calming down the angry crowd meanwhile both Hans and Max had done their application to the guild both of them holding their own guild card.

"So this is the guild card? Still can't believe that I can join Dragon's Roar so easily." Max hold his card highly while lost in bliss.

"Now that you are a member of the guild you must refrain of doing anything that tarnish the guild's reputation. Young master I will take my leave then." Samantha warn Max bringing back him from his thought.

"Yes Mam." Max saluted the leaving figure.

"Anyway let's prepare for our training." Hans only shake his head at his friend's action for him Samantha is more like his aunty and he know that she won't be angry at him unless he do something extremely stupid, now both of them need to prepare for their training. "Dusk Dawn Forest here we come!"
