My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 44 - 44: Waiting For You

The entire campus was filled with great happiness and joy. The laughter, the sweet, candid smile on their faces shrouded off the hatred and bitterness for a moment.

Among all the booths the school made up, students went to the marriage and jail booth where every student took and grabbed the chance to confess and to be with their crushes.

After all, they won't bother them anymore. They would sit down from a distance and admire the person they adore.

"The campus bad boy!"

"The campus bad boy!"

Most of the students who gathered at the marriage booth saw him. He walked into the tent, asked the volunteers who it works.

"Woah! W– why is it he's here and wait, he is with Sandra?" One of the girls murmured, rolled her eyes when Sandra stood beside him..

She faked a smile at them and touched Sebastian's shoulder which brought tension between Sandra and the campus bad boy's admirers.

"Stop following me!"

"I am not following you! I– it is just like we are meant to see each other, always and anytime."

Sebastian looked at the student before him who managed the booth. She explained to him how the marriage booth works until Sandra hit the table with her hands.

Her eyes glowed, stared at the girl who was startled because of her childish actions.

The girl rolled her eyes, stood up, and looked at Sandra angrily. She knew it wasn't her fault but she couldn't control the anger anymore.

"Don't act like you own the entire school, Sandra! We both know that you are only an ordinary high school student with–" She paused, suddenly remembered the Principal's announcement just a few days ago.

She was a senior, and she chose to let it pass than hurting someone's feelings. "O–okay, as I was saying earlier if you want to e experience the marriage booth, you must write and give the girl's name."

She told Sebastian who tilted his head. The entire time, she ignored Sandra who acted like a leech who was ready to suck his blood.

"D– do I really have to... to write down her name? Shouldn't we kidnap her, like in the movies?" He suggested but the girl covered her mouth and giggled.

She shook her head in disagreement. Everyone must obey the rules and if they will not, their request won't be granted.

"Do not worry, Sebastian. We will find the girl you want to marry with, do you understand?"

Once in a while, Sebastian smiled as he imagined things in his head. He was daydreaming when Sandra snatched the piece of paper, the bullpen from the other girl's hand.

She was literally an immature high school girl who only wanted everyone's attention.

"What are you doing, huh?"

Sandra ignored his question. She smirked, wrote her name on the paper, and gave it to the other volunteers.

"Here, he wanted to marry one girl only. And that girl is no other than but... me."

The group of girls who heard it laughed, made her angry and turned into a slayer.

But instead of fighting with them, she flipped her hair, clutched her arms with him. "Come on, Sebastian! Let's go to the altar, right now!"

"Are you out of your mind? And who told you that you're the girl I want to marry with?" He raised his voice, narrowed his eyes.

For a moment, it stopped her. Her knees trembled in fear, "W–what are you talking about? I know you're not into Halora, but why... why are you rejecting me always?"

Tears shone in her eyes. She sobbed, bowed her head which brought guilt to everyone around her.

But except for him. "Ignore her. Can you please give me another piece of paper?"

"Here."

Quick as the flash of lightning, he wrote someone's name on it and gave it to them. He gasped, hoped for the best until Sandra grabbed the paper from the girl's grip.

She tried to get it, but Sebastian stopped her. "Stop this nonsense, Sandra! You're making a scene in here!"

"No! Don't try to push me away from you all over again! You can't see? We are destined to love each other! But l– look at you, you are hurting the girl who truly loves you!"

Tears ran down to her cheeks. Sandra broke the joy of the students who loitered around the booth. Their attention was on to them and they stopped from what they were doing.

"S– sorry, but I'll just talk to her for a moment!" Sebastian apologized for Sandra's actions. He grabbed her arms, pulled her away from the crowd.

"S–sure! T– ta– take your time!" The girl said and kept the name he wrote.

By then, Sebastian let go of her arm angrily. She was caught off guard but despite the madness he felt, he helped her to stand still.

He gasped, touched the back of his nape, and looked at her eyes. "How many times do I have to tell you that leave me alone! I know you are a slow learner like me, but please, I am begging you to stop pestering my life!"

It surprised Sandra. She never expected it from him. "W– why? Tell me why you hated me that much? Why don't you try to look things, to me the way I see you!" She was crying the whole time, while he gritted his teeth in anger.

Sebastian never wanted any girl around him. He had never tried to love again after that accident when he was eleven years old. Those memories will never leave him, and every moment he reminisced, it will hunt until the last day of his life.

"Why can't you answer my question? Tell me the truth, Sebastian! Tell me that Zenith is not your girlfriend and you like someone else, right?"

"It's none of your business, Young Lady! I will remind you one last time– leave me alone, especially Halora!"

"Halora? What about her, huh? You can't stop me from the things I want to do to that cheap girl!"

Sebastian stopped for a second. He never wanted to hurt her, but Sandra sought for it. "Don't lay your dirty fingers on her if you don't want to see a real, destructive beast." He murmured as he went back onto the wide field where the marriage booth was located.

And the moment he lifted his head, he was surprised when Robbe and Yong appeared with the girl he has been waiting for.
