My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 87 - 87: Cute Fight

A peaceful, dark night had brought a dull, vague scenery to the entire resort. There were stars in the sky that sparked and twinkled effortlessly.

Thick, gloomy clouds covered the moon, a silent flash of lightning reflected to the warm, turquoise seawater abruptly as the rain started to pour heavily on the ground.

However, at the resort's wide, flowery deck, Halora stood by herself. She crossed her arms, stared at somewhere distant.

She took a deep sigh, looked down at her feet, thinking about how the game ended earlier. Her round, brown eyes twinkled the moment she moved and hit herself once again.

"Tutor?" She mumbled, pointed her index finger to her chest. "H– Halora is my tutor." She said the same words that Sebastian told a of them awhile ago.

But it couldn't let go of that easily. She'd been in the deck for a couple of hours, watched the entire sky despite its darkness and despair.

"He only see me as a tutor and not a friend of him."

"He only see me as a tutor and not a friend of him."

Those words repeated tremendously in her head. Until such time, Halora didn't believe in his words but she had to, as she heard and witnessed everything with her naked eyes and healthy ears.

"I should have known this before." She said, sounded like a victim who regretted every single action and decision she had made. "Huh, I guess this is just the beginning of my calvary with him and Sandra."

Halora looked in pain, her glowing brown eyes suddenly filled with sadness that took away the joy buried in her since the moment their paths crossed magically.

She sighed, rubbed her messy hair until she yawned and sounded sleepy. "Quarter to twelve." She looked at her wristwatch as she found out that it was almost midnight.

Halora took the eyeglasses from her eyes, caressed her temple gently as she tried to calm herself before the sunrise appeared again.

"Why are you still in here? You should go inside and take some rest." spoke a young man behind her.

He wore a plain white shirt paired it with a cotton trouser. In his hands, there were two glasses of milk as he sipped and tasted one of it.

"Here, drink this before you go to your room."

"Thank you but I'm fine." She declined his offer as she didn't glance up to him. "Excuse me, I have to go inside now." She added and didn't wear back her eyeglasses that revealed the real beauty that laid in her eyes.

Behind them, Roy appeared with two glasses of milk in his hands. He looked like a loser who slowly turned around and accepted his destiny but little did he knew, things turned upside down at that very moment.

Before he walked away from the deck, Halora noticed and saw him. She quickly called his name that caught his attention.

"Roy! Wait for me!" She smiled, waved her hands on him that made him smile and sighed heavily. "I thought you were sleeping peacefully?"

She looked confused about his sudden appearance. Her eyes stuck on the glasses filled with creamy white milk for her.

"What is going on? Both of you have two glasses of milk." Halora looked at Sebastian who remained silent but cursed Roy to death.

While Roy faced her with a genuine, bright smile on his face. "I... I thought you might be interested as w– well, s– so I've made two for us."

"We have the same reason, so now, the only thing you need to do is to choose whether this one or in your bestfriend's hand?"

"W– what? Are you out of your mind? I didn't tell you to do so and I can even do it without your help!"

Halora scolded the two of them but no one seemed to be in the right mood. They stood still, held tightly the glasses of milk and stared at each other's eyes.

Until Halora took a deep breath, closed her eyes and she said, "Good night boys, but I am fine. Thank you for your efforts and t– ti– time."

She was about to leave when both of them blocked the way.

"No! You must choose one of us." Sebastian and Roy said in chorus. Their horrible gaze made Halora angry but there was no other way to escape.

She then gulped, looked at them one by one until she came up with a better, fair decision. She then crossed her hands, put her eyeglasses back on her eyes.

"Since I don't have any choice, I will drink everything to make it fair and equitable."

By then, Halora took the glass from Sebastian's hand. She cleared her throat, drank it as if she was thirsty and needed fluid to survive.

"Don't smile like that, both of you had lose this nonsense bet!" Once a while, Halora acted like a referee between two different leader.

Before they would ask for the members, she quickly meddled in between and stopped them from fighting.

"You hear that? Halora doesn't even like the taste of the milk you made for her, am I right, Halora?"

"Stop it, Roy! I don't like any of these, so we better go back inside, close the door and go back to our room before Sandra wake up."

"You go first, Halora. We have something to talk about, right Sebastian?"

It was unexpected, and the truth was, Sebastian had no idea about it. But instead, he tilted his head and looked intently into Halora's eyes.

He stooped, slowly reached for her chin before he said, "Go to your room, now. It's confidential so, you should go and lock the door. Do you understand?"

Halora looked at his face and eyes for a couple of minutes. It was alluring, and ensnaring kind of gaze that she had been searching for.

She nodded her head, abruptly turned into a soft, vulnerable girl she used to be since then.

"A– alright, b– but don't forget to close the door." She reminded him until she hurriedly ran away from the resort's cold, relaxing deck and left the two young men alone.
