My Little Spirit Kitty

Today was supposed to be a normal, basic morning day, working in my little garden, planting some tomatoes and eggplants seed for the coming warm season.

So how can I believe that something may happen to me, especially that after I graduate from my High school, I decide to leave the big city where I was living with it's pollution and transportations problems, and also more important, the insecurity of the big city with all the gang and corruption to a more quiet and peaceful small city in the country side.

I even find a cheap little house to rent, which has even my own little garden. All was perfect and seem like a simple nice day when suddenly a warm and bright light coming from the sky suddenly appear, well to be more precise, it was falling down straight to where I was actually living..

"What's this?? …. Holy sh*..", I can't even had time to finish my words that a huge fireball hit me, killing me instantly.

People always said they see their life appear in front of their eyes before dying.. Me, all I felt was just an extremely hot burning before it quickly disappear and then, there was just darkness left around me.

Alone.. With no light or anything else..

So normally, due to my 'unlucky' sudden death, it was supposedly be over about me… Right?

However, here I am..

Talking to myself, wondering where I am and why I am even still able to think??

Was it a plane that explodes? Or even a missile?

While I was trying to guess of what just happened to me, a beautiful voice coming from the dark surround me!

"Welcome to the spirit world! I suppose that our new guest understand that he is dead? But don't worry! You are still lucky since you got a chance to be reincarnate in a new world." Said the voice.

"Euh.. Hello.. Why can't someone put some light first.. It's quiet dark here." That I first say to the voice...

"Did our new guest is afraid of the darkness?" Did reply the voice with an amuse tone.

"Not really that 'scare'! It's just that I like to see with whom I am talking with... So I am really dead?"

In fact, after reading lots of books, who would not hope to restart a new life..?

And here I am!

Well I hope…

"Yes you are correct! You are actually dead after that a meteorite crashed into your house."

"So.. Wha-what?? A meteorite??? F*ck... Me and my bad luck…" Did I say while cursing my bad luck when I heard about how I die.

"Well then if what you said it's real.. That it's mean I can really be reincarnated? But why me, I am not that special guy, am I?", While wondering why I got this opportunity

"Our guest is here because the little baby cat that you decided to pick on the street and bring back to your home for live with you saved your soul and transport it here, giving you a new chance to be reborn" Reply calmly the voice

"What do you mean by my cat bring me here? Are you talking about Hikari? The little black kitten that I find few months ago?"

"Our guest is correct. This little kitten was in fact a spirit beast that used some magic to find a master who was supposed to give her a nice and safe environment until she reach an higher rank."

"So this mean I will be able to born in a new world? Did I also have some wishes or not" Did I ask with hope.

"Haha.. Well, it's not really work like that normally but maybe I can let you choose what kind of world you want to be reborn!" Did she laugh while replying me.

"Hmm… And how about I let you choose three wishes?"

"W-Wow.. Thanks!? And how about my cat? Do you know where she is?"

Trying to look for her, even if I have no more eyes thought, I also want at least say thanks to her.

"Since this little spirit beast used too much energy to save you, she is actually in a critical health situation. That is the reason why she gave you her last life energy to save your soul and bring it here." Reply the voice with a little sadness.

"Sigh... I see..." Feeling a little sad for my cat.

"And may I also know your name? Since my little cat was a spirit beast, I suppose that you are also a spirit too, maybe an higher rank?"

"Yes you are correct, I am a Spirit Goddess. But you can just call me Félina!"

"So you said that I can choose my new world where I want to be reborn, right??" Did I ask again with a serious voice to be sure about it.

"Yes, indeed, I said this. You are correct" Reply Félina while laughing a few.

So it look like I will really have a chance to start a new life as I often read in my favorite novels, and today I got this chance as well..

"Then... Let's start!" Did I reply with lot motivations.

I am lot interesting to be reincarnated in a world that I read in some novels or even manga, but in same time to know everything already isn't that lot interesting...

I want to discover the new world by myself!

"Goddess Félina?"

"Yes?"

"I decide in which new world I want to be reincarnated. I just want to be reborn in a fantasy world where I can use magic and I prefer not ask too much about it and let you choose the details for me."

"But if possible, I would like to be born as my actual birthday, August 23rd and to also have a photographic memory skill? Is it ok?" Did I ask

"Hmm... Ok! It's not that difficult to make and I think I know a world that can please you..."

"Thanks a lot… And since you also offer me three wishes, let start about what I would like to have!"

"Haha… Well first, please tell me what you would like and then I will see what I can do about it, but I can't promise you that I may granted all you may ask."

"Is this okay for you?" Did she ask me.

"Sure, I understand. So first, I would like if you can find a way to bring with me my little kitten who save me. I want her to be reincarnate with me."

"Th-That's quiet kind and generous. Thanks for trying to help her as well and I think I may find something about it, but honestly I am not sure that it may work, and all will depend about her luck to success her reincarnation or not."

"So are you sure about this? Do you prefer to choose something else?"

"Yes I am sure about this. Since she saves me, it's natural that I also want to save her as well even if it may not work, I prefer to try our luck than regret after." Did I reply to Félina.

"I understand and I wish you good luck then!"

"For my second things I would like to ask, It's about my nice friend and neighbor Lyn! I also want to give her a chance to join me in this new world. If today I am here its lot due of her who did help me a lot during my hard time. Is it possible?"

"That's quiet unusual wish.. It's the first time I heard something like that… Hmm.. Let me check first..." Did she reply confusedly

After waiting for a few times who look like hours, while you are alone with nobody to talk in a dark room it's hard to tell about it.. Until finally a sound of someone closing a heavy book resonate in the black room..

"Well... Look like are quiet lucky since it appear that the friend you want to invite as well with you also got some protection from your spirit beast by the spell that your cat create when she try to save you." Say Félina with a happy voice.

"So maybe I may able to sent your friend soul as well to be reincarnate with you. So are you sure that you also want ask this?" Did she ask me with a serious voice.

"Yes I am sure, just a little things about it, can you make her to be reborn as my cousin, so she can also become a witch from her parents side."

"Haha.. Well let me see about this." Did Félina reply while laughing.

"Finally… For the last wish!"

"I would like…"
