My Little Spirit Kitty

Both Yumiko and I were suddenly startled when we heard that comment from behind us since we do know whom this voice come from. It was indeed, Yumiko's mother which it look like she already come back from her shopping and assist at the end of her daughter first spell.

"Where is everyone?" Ask Takashi, finally able to kiss his wife since he didn't want to distract his daughter earlier.

"You were right, this little kid is really lot interesting..." Did he whisper in her ear, making her smiling.

"Ayumi and Isabelle are preparing the dinner, while Yuuki is with his father and his sister, learning about how to take care of his new little friend!" Did she reply him.

"So.. Can you explain me more about what it's actually happening here?" Did she ask while taking his hand.

"Wait a moment honey, Fenrò can you take care of the next part please" Ask Takashi while looking at the Phoenix.

In fact, during his daughter training, the Phoenix accepts the name that Takashi find for him, making both of them become partner as well.

"Sure! Let me handle it" Reply Fenrò, making Sakura wondering what just happened during the past two hour that she went out.

"Miss Phoebe, can we start as well?" Ask Fenrò while looking at us after that Takashi bring Sakura downstairs for tell her the last recent news..

Seeing that Phoebe was looking at me for my permission, I just smile at her and nodding at her.

"Go take your crystal and welcome your little partner, she is waiting for you!" Did I tell her while winking at her.

"Hmm!" did she just say.

She start to walk to the table and take the crystal left under the second cup for then go to egg while putting it in her c.h.e.s.t. You can a little pain in her face, but she greets her teeth and continues to walk as the pain soon disappears.

Following the instructions of Fenrò, she put her hand in top of the egg while closing her eyes. We can clearly see it starting again to burn from a light flame all around it before everyone in the room start to hear some crack sound until the egg suddenly explode.

The most surprising is that Phoebe didn't get hurt from the little explosion and we even cannot find any piece of the shell around it. All we can see was a little firebird, well not that so little if you compare her with a real baby bird. She was starting to walk while moving her wings, trying to keep her balance when she was looking at Phoebe.

Compare to her brother, the baby Phoenix is a little more yellow with some orange stripe on her feather. And even if she just hatched, she already has a lot of feather on her, maybe it's because Phoenix are a little special among the birds.

"Miss Phoebe, may I introduce you my little sister! Please take care of her and give her a great name." Say Fenrò before looking at his sister.

"Yes, I promise you I will always take care of her!" Say Phoebe while looking both at them.

"Hello, my name is Phoebe!' Did she continue while taking the baby bird in her hand.

"I hope you will like your new name, Natsumi!" Say Phoebe for then see that she was squawking happily after she heard her new name.

"Don't worry Yumi, soon you will also got yours too.." Did I say to her while taking her in my arm for hug her.

"Hmm, I trust you! No worry, I will wait until you find me my little white tiger.." Reply Yumiko while looking at me.

"Sigh.. You really want a white tiger? You don't want a snow fox as same as Linoa?" Did I ask her.

"Of course! Even if Frosty is also cute, Hikari real form is just more cool!" Say Yumiko while smiling at me.

"Fine, let's try to see about it and what may happen.. But it may take some time, it's ok with you?" Seeing I cannot persuade her..

"Sure, I really hope we can find it soon!"

while patting Yumiko head, I turn my head at Phoebe and Natsumi playing together under his brother gaze.

"Ohh, by the way Fenrò, can you help your little sister?" Seeing that Natsumi has always her Phoenix form.

"Hmm? Ahh I see.." Say Fenrò after realizing what I was talking about

Everyone was able to see that the little Phoenix become a little smaller and took an owl appearance as well as her brother but keeping her yellow with orange stripe on her.

"Look like the Phoenix like to keep their feather color.." Did I think when I see this.

After that Phoebe and her new partner Natsumi were ready, we start to go downstairs to see everyone and to have our last dinner all together since Linoa and Yuuki will return to Northden tomorrow with their family.

When we arrived in the living room, all their shopping, especially by all the bird perch that they buy specially for Fenrò and Natsumi surprised us. Well maybe most of them were mostly for Natsumi since Takashi is always on the road for his research.

But even if the three bird perch in front of us really surprised us, they were even more surprised when they see us arriving with one more bird, which was on Phoebe shoulder.

"Wow.. Your Phoenix colors are so beautiful!" Shout Linoa when she sees us while Yuuki was looking at us with big eyes.

"Thanks Linoa. Let me introduce you, this is Natsumi!" Say Phoebe while taking her in her hand and show her.

"Natsumi, it's that mean she is girl?" Ask Yuuki while looking at them with Edlräv in his arm.

After that everyone discussed a few about their new families members and install all the items they bought earlier for them, we were all around the table in the dining room, starting our last dinner together for this summer vacation.

"If this continue, we will have to renovate the dining room as well.." Say Claes while looking at all the people and spirits beasts that was with us today while shaking his head, making everyone laugh.

"Don't worry Claes, we will left tomorrow! You will have time to make the renovation later…" Remind Isabelle

"After all... Yuuki and Linoa will have to go to their school in a few days, right?" Did she continue while looking at her kids who becomes sad that they will have to leave tomorrow.

Hearing about it, we also become sad too since we will also need to start our school as well. So lot things nice things happened to them during this summer vacation, but now it's over, and it's also mean that Phoebe and Yumiko will also have to return to Neshima as well. But they also know that they are a few luckier than Yuuki and Linoa, since they often come here compare to them.

After the dinner was finished, Ichijou and Isabelle start to pack their bags for themselves and their kids while surprisedly, Sakura didn't pack her daughter's bags and just prepare a small one for herself.

When they see this, Phoebe and Yumiko be a little happier inside themselves since it's mean they will stay a little few longer with Hiroki while Linoa was a little jealous about them, but in same she also miss her few friends that she had in Northden as well.

Right now, all the kids was in their bedroom, in their pajamas, while talking about what happened in this crazy long day, starting with the opening of their wand box, the visit from Ichijou and Takashi, the picnic, the battle and finally their new friends..

Everyone was happy, but also a little exhausted as well and they start to prepare to go to bed when Linoa asked something.

"Phoebe, Yumiko can I sleep with Hiroki tonight?" Did she ask to both of them

At first they was a little surprised about it, and going to say something when they also remember this is her last night here with her cousin before she return her home tomorrow afternoon.

"Yes, you can, right Yumiko?" Say Phoebe to her sister.

"Yes sure, no problem!" Did she say as well while she jump on her bed, followed by her sister, while Yuuki go to his own bed as well with his spirit beast.

Seeing Linoa going to my bed, I just follow her and lie down on my bed next to her as well when suddenly she hugged me.

"Thanks Hiro for all you did to me!" Start to say Linoa.

"What's wrong Lyn? Are you ok?"

"Do you miss you previous family?" Did I ask her when I look at her.

"Hmm, maybe a few yes.. I know it's maybe stupid since we are no more in our other life, but yes I few miss them it's true.." Did she reply with some sadness.

"But I am also lot grateful, I really do love my new family and they also do love me... It feels so good to be loved in a warm family and being accepted for who you are. Thanks for all!"

"It's ok Lyn, I understand what you mean. And well, even if you live far from us now, you also know that you will always be welcome here and I will always be here too for you!"

"Yes I know! You know me, I like to be spoil and well I am also a little jealous to see Phoebe and Yumiko always near you or even often come live here as well."

"Well, I already told you about the reason I wish you to be my cousin, to always be here for you. I never expect that your parents will go live so far or even have twin following me every time…" Did I reply her, feeling a little guilty about it.

"Ohh really? Ok I will give it to him once we back our home and let see about my friend I have there as well if she is interesting about it..!" Did she reply after she heard more about it and the benefit they can get.

"Good night Hiro" Did she say while hugging me tightly.
