The following days were more quiet for everyone, Cynthia even move to the room next to us for stay with Sabrina and her brother, look likes it help her a lot to take care of them and become kind of their old sister to them, even if for the moment she still sneak in my bed in the middle of the night when she had some nightmares or felt insecure.

Except this, everything went well for us! Lucas and Sabrina have been officially accepted as new students at Shinsai, so we had to purchase them all their books and necessary that they need for the school, Priscilla even bring them to her grandmother shop to find them a good wand, even Angel and Cécilia join her for try the awaken test without lot success but they were happy to have the chance to try it!

We were even able to make some little trip to Sableos Island or even return to Pekona City without any more trouble. So yes we were finally able to have so quiet vacation, even thought it was a little busier for Phoebe and I since we met some potential storekeeper for our second shop-studio by using an illusion spell to look older when we were making the interview.

Unfortunately, after several interviews, we were unable to find the right storekeeper since some complained of our location that is a little far from the market while others even try to lower the rent by half! It's not that we are in need of money, since even our rent is already lower than some other places, but it's mostly their attitude that we didn't like, even Priscilla who sometime join us sometime was taken down by them, supposedly they were older than us and that we should appreciate their valuable experience and knowledge!

But since they were unable to detect Amélia and Solène who were hiding inside the room during all our interview or even see through our illusion spell, it clearly show us that they were just stupid and don't knew anything! Sometime I even lowered the level of our spell, but they were still seeing us as the age around our twenties than just our real age!

"How many appointments we still have for today?" Ask me Phoebe after our previous one just left

"One more then it will be over for this week!" Did I reply her

"Ahh finally! I never think it was so tiredfull to find someone!" Say Priscilla

"Well everyone isn't easy going as you!" Did I reply at her while laughing

"Of course since I don't need to pay the rent!! She reply while smiling at us before we hear someone knocking at the door

"Come in please!" Did I shout for then seeing a woman around 50-55 years old entering

Looking at her, we all see that she looks briefly where Amélia was. Even if Amélia lower intentionally her hiding skill, she was still able to notice her presence, but look like she was still unable to detect Solène who was also in the room as well. It was the first time that someone finally notice one of them, and I was start to believe that most magicians level were quiet low, even if it's true that they only came for look at the store-studio for maybe renting it, it was also nice to test them a few since after all they will live next to us. We can't find someone who cannot respect us a few or even worst.

But most importantly, she didn't look down at us as most of the previous people and she even greet Lilith who was on Priscilla's shoulder. Even if today people start to respect a little the spirit beast and magical creature, there is still some of them who are still ignoring them or only see them as a tool or raw material for create magical items.

"Good afternoon everyone, my name Shizune Himeda! Thanks for receiving me at the last moment."

"Good afternoon Mrs. Himeda, I am Hiroki and this is Phoebe, we are the owner of this mansion!" Did I introduce us before introducing Priscilla, "And this is one of our friend!"

"Nice to meet you Mrs Himeda, I am Priscilla Skanaw, one of the responsible of this mansion as well and also the owner of the second store next to this one! And as you also notice and greet her earlier, this is Lilith, my partner!"

"So this is the studio that is also include with the store rent?" Mrs Himeda while looking around, while again looking at the direction of where Amélia where situate, proving us that she indeed notice her earlier

"Yes it is, and I suppose you already see the store earlier!" Since we decided to use it to make them waiting there before their appointment for then come directly to the studio and discuss more about the rent

"Can you please let us know your project for the shop?" Ask Phoebe

"Sure, my project is to open a bookstore!"

"Ohh? What kind of bookstore?" Did I ask her since there is already some bookstore near the market area

"I know what you may think, I am not lot interest of making some benefit, but don't worry I can easily pay the rent monthly! I am more interesting to sale some non-magical books suck as human novels and comics." Did she explain, "And if possible I also would like to discuss about buying a little parcel for build an extension next to my shop!"

"Oh? And what you would like to build?" Did I ask her

"I would like to add a extension with a veranda for provide a place where student can relax, read or even study with a little cafeteria offering some snack and drinks!"

"It's indeed a good project and we were even plan to make such an extension as well in the future to be honest, even if our dormitory also provide it for our future residents!" Say Phoebe while smiling at her idea

"Oh really?" Did ask Mrs Himeda

"Yes, as you may already know, I will took the store on the left side for my wand shop, which is close to the cliff, so it's mean that we still have some more space next to the right store where we were planning to make an other extension as well!" Explain Priscilla

"Even thought we are still thinking about it right now, we may be open to have more discussion about it if you provide us some nice project and design! Right Hiroki?" Ask me Phoebe

"Yes, she is right! If you can gave us some nice project about, we may have some further conversation about it, but right now is to know if you are also interesting about our actual store and studio that we are providing!"

"If I may have the possibility to have further conversation about my project, I am indeed quiet interesting to rent this store and this studio who look quiet comfortable. Can I take a look?" Did she ask

"Of course, please do as you wish!" Did we reply her, letting her visit the studio, which is quiet big as our own bedroom, offering lot of place with it's own kitchen, bathroom and with the same curved roof

"It's indeed a nice studio with all the comfort and necessary!" Did she comment while coming from the balcony with the view on Luna city, "I also hear that you also have some free room as well for some future students!"

"Yes, we still have few place left! Are you also interesting about it?" Ask Priscilla

"Yes I am! My grandson already studies in Shinsai and will start his third year while my granddaughter will start her first year! And I think this place look quiet nice and well protect!" Did she say while looking at Amélia who was still hiding, "And she can have some friends of her same age as well!" Did she continue while looking at Phoebe and me

"Ohh you notice about us as well?" Did I ask her while taking off the spell on phoebe and I while Amélia appear from a corner of the room for then landing on my shoulder

"Well, I think you also lower your own spell for this purpose, right? Even thought I have some intuition that there is someone else here but honestly, I cannot find it!"

"Well, yes you are right!" Say Phoebe for then Solène appears on her head, "We wanted to find someone who is a little more serious and polite!"

"I think I can understand your motivations, most of people rarely take seriously people younger or even lower rank than them!"

"Unfortunately you are correct, but thankfully, you aren't like them and which is why we are really interesting about your project!" Did I reply her

"After, about your grandchildren, we still need to see them first, but I think you also know the reason, right? Even if I think there should be fine, we can also show you our dormitory, if you want!" Add Phoebe

"Yes, I will be glad to visit it for then tell about it to my grandchildren if they are interesting as well to visit it!"

Without any surprise, she really likes our dormitory and we sign a temporary contract of one year contract with her for the store, which can be renew after further conversation about her future project that can lead to a permanent contract and she will tell her grandchildren and her daughter about the dormitory and she will let me know about it later.

"Yes, so now you can only focus on your future shop!" Did Phoebe reply her

"Don't forget that I also have two kids in charge as well now, thanks to our dear Hiro!" Did she pout

"Haha… Well except for parents days or some convocation, you will not have lot to do since we are also here as well!" Did I tell her while she was sticking her tongue out at me

"Don't you have to bring back your sister and cousin?" Ask Ayumi who bring us something to drink, trying to not laugh at us

"Yes I will, after all it's been already three weeks now that they are here with us!"

"I am sure they still want to stay a few longer!" Smile Phoebe since we were supposed to bring back them last week, but they asked our parents if they can stay one more weeks with us

"Ohh I am sure about it!" Laugh Ayumi

"Okay I will bring them now, normally Hikari and Linoa helped them to make their bags!" Leaving to find the two little girls who may be sad and upset now

And indeed, I find both Angel and Cécilia pouting at me with their bags waiting for me front of the bay window on the second floor with Linoa and Hikari smiling at me, or more precisely, leaving them to me before escaping, arguing they have something to do!

"Sigh… I know you both want to stay few more here but our parents are also waiting for you to come back too, don't you miss them?" Did I ask them while sitting next to them

"Can Angel and me come back to visit you sometime?" Ask Cécilia

"Of course you will always be welcome!"

"Promise it!" Ask Angel

"I promise, as long as our parents are also agree and that we are not too busy by our study, is it ok for you?"

"Yeah! Agree!" Both of them shout before I take their bags and open the portal to Linoa's home since my parents are style lot busy to take care of Cécilia

"We are back!" Did I shout while entering Linoa's home

"Oh! Welcome back!" Say Isabelle, "How was your vacation?" Did she ask to her daughter and niece for then both of them tell her everything, which make her laughing

"Thanks Hiro for taking care of them! And please remind Yuuki and Linoa to not stay too long there too, they also have to prepare for their school as well!" Becoming a little more serious suddenly

"Don't worry about it aunty, we already buy all their books and necessary as well!" Which stunned her

"Sigh… For sure your new spell is really convenient, even me I have to admit it, but that not mean they have to lack off!"

"Yes no worry, we already prepare some study lesson as well!"

"Hmm… Good!" Did she nodded proudly before seeing me leaving since indeed, Linoa and her peerage also ask to stay a little longer with us, so that's why we also prepare and buy everything they need as well
