My Marriage To A Mute Alpha

“What are you saying?”

“Do you remember the guy who tried to harass me in the café on our first meet?”

“Yes. He’s your biological brother, right? His name is Adam.”

“Ho…how…do you know that?”

“I did a background check on him after that.”

“Oh! so that’s what it is. But coming to the main point! Your mother arranged a marriage with that guy!”

“Is that what you were trying to say?”

“Yes! But why don’t you look surprised?”

“To be honest, I knew about this before. I appointed a person to keep an eye on my stepmom. I came to know about this marriage proposal through that.”

“What!! Why didn’t you tell me about this then?!!” said Xiang and fell down on his knees, looking as if he was betrayed.

Suho squatted down, lifted Xiang’s head up, and gently held his face with his warm hands. He gave a kiss on his forehead and said “Hey, you fool. I didn’t want you to get worried. That’s why. Didn’t I tell you before?”

“Tell what!?” pouted Xiang.

“That I love you! In fact, I was going to meet up with him tomorrow and decline him. I’ll tell you as many times as you want. I am not going to get married with anyone else except you! I made a promise, right? Trust me.”

“But, what about your mother?”

“I can handle that old hag. She just wants to get as many as assets as she could. I’ll do something to make her shut up. You don’t have to worry. OK?”

“Then, can I come with you to meet Adam?”

“Why?”

“May be, have a little fun with him?” said Xiang and laughed. Suho pushed him down on the floor and said, “I still have a lot to learn about you.” and smirked.

“We still have a lot of time, you know.”

“You’re making me fall for you more and more.” said Suho and kissed him on his lips. Xiang wrapped his arms around Suho’s neck and took the lead…

The next day, as planned, Suho arranged a meetup with Adam, at the same place where Suho and Xiang first met. Suho was the first one to arrive. After a while, Adam came. He came walking in a manner which made him seem like an innocent and shy little girl, which was just pure acting.

“It seems that you came early to see me. Were you waiting for me?”

Suho quickly started writing on his notebook and showed it to him, which said “Indeed, I was waiting for you. I was waiting for you because you were late.”

The atmosphere between them quickly became awkward. Adam laughed it off in order to not get embarrassed and said “You must be hungry right? What do you want to order?”

Suho started writing and showed it to him. It said, “Two cappuccinos.”

“Wow! We have the same taste! Let me call the waiter. Waiter!”

“What would you like to order” said the waiter.

“Two cappuccinos, please.”

Suddenly, Suho tapped him with his finger.

“Is there anything else you want to order Suho?”

Suho again started to write on his notebook and showed it to Adam, which said, “The two cappuccinos are for me. I think you should order one more for yourself.”

The atmosphere again turned awkward. The waiter not being able to control herself from laughing said “So…pfft! I’m sorry. Is it three cappuccinos now?”

Adam, who made a fool out of himself, was so embarrassed, that his whole face turned red. He said “Ye…Yes. Please make it quick.” But he didn’t stop there. He was determined to make Suho gain interest in him. So, he took the initiative to talk again.

“I know that our first meeting turned out to be pretty bad. But I think that by now, you have realized why I hit Xiang that day. I am really happy that you didn’t marry a trash like him. How dare he call off the marriage based on his own decision! How foolish of himself!”, “But in some way or the other, I am thankful to him for declining the wedding. Or else, how would have I got the chance to marry a person like you!”. It was clear from his tone that he wanted Suho to have the thought that he was the angel and Xiang was the devil.

“Suho, why don’t you tell them that you already belong to someone.” It was none other than Xiang! He came straight to their table, grabbed a chair and sat beside Suho.

“Wha…What are you doing here!” shouted Adam.

Coincidentally, the waiter came and placed their order on the table and said “Enjoy!” and took her leave.

Suho picked up one of the cups and gave it to Xiang. “Thanks babe!” said Xiang and took a sip.

He then said, “Now, shall we talk Mr. Adam?”

“Suho! What is going on! Why aren’t you saying anything?”

“Oi! You do know that he can’t talk, right? Then how is he supposed to say anything?”

“tch!”

“Don’t “tch!” at me. Look! Suho is my boyfriend. He isn’t marrying anyone except me. Understand!”

“Suho! Is what he saying true?!!”

Suho, who acted as if he didn’t hear him, gave a gentle kiss on Xiang’s cheek.

“Then why the heck didn’t you two get married?!”

“We’re still young and wanted to experience what dating feels like. There are somethings that you can’t do after you get married, right? We wanted to finish those first and then get married!”, “It’s a great plan, right Adam?” said Xiang in a mocking manner.
