My Marriage To A Mute Alpha

The next day, Xiang and Suho were on their usual schedule- working. Xiang tries to take suppressants when he is at work, during the time when his heat is nearing. He does so, in order to supress his pheromones from leaking, if his heat suddenly takes place without notice. This happened a few times, but he was luckily saved by Cheng Mu, who is also an omega. An omega’s heat cannot affect another omega. But it is strong enough to attract even a beta- the normal humans. Not controlling an Omega’s heat can be dangerous- Dangerous enough to get them r.a.p.ed. But once an Omega and an Alpha bond, the omega’s heat is only effective on his/her one and only Alpha. An Alpha who bonded with an Omega, is highly protective of their mate. They protect and stay with them the entire time, during the time of their heat. There is a particular place in the bonded couple’s home, that the Omega feels the most comfortable and the safest. The Omega with their Alpha stay at that place during heat. It is what is called, “the nest”. A heat is the time when the Omega is most fertile and ready to mate. If they have an Alpha mate, they will never leave their side unless they need to get their Omega something. Mainly, they have s.e.x and then rest. They keep a watchful eye over their Omega, listening to them and caring for them. But in bed, they still are the dominate ones. A bond is formed when an Alpha bite’s the nape (neck) of an Omega when he/she is in heat. A bond is only possible between an Alpha and an Omega. But that doesn’t mean that Alpha can only fall in love with an omega or vice versa. An Omega can fall in love with another omega, or an Alpha with another Alpha. The only thing that matters to find love, is the kind of feeling they have for each other and not the gender.

Xiang had a meeting with the board of directors in the morning. Most of the directors were Alphas, which made it difficult for Xiang to control his fear that his heat was going to come. Luckily, it ended soon. Xiang made it to his office room, where Cheng Mu was arranging the files.

“Did it go well?”

“Yes. We have another one tomorrow. But that is going to be attended by dad. I just hope that we come into agreement with them.”

“It’s going to be fine. Don’t stress yourself out. By the way, are you taking the day off from tomorrow?”

“My heat is going to arrive soon. I am planning on working from home for the next two weeks.”

“Call me if you need anything.”

“That is not needed this time. Because, Suho is going to stay with me!”

“Really! Have you decided to bond!”

“No. He is determined that we bond when we get married. But I think that is the right decision to make. Rushing things won’t help.”

“That’s true. I hope that I can find someone as nice as Suho.” said Cheng Mu while he daydreamed.

“Don’t worry. You have my blessings.” teased Xiang.

“Oh, please. The time is going to come soon. I’ll find my destined partner for sure. Just wait and watch.” said Mu and laughed.

There is another type of bond called Soul bond. This bond is formed between destined partners. But this is really rare, as only a few meet their soul pair in that single life. But they may get too meet them in another life. When a soul bond is formed, they should not be very far from each other. If so, it can result in death for both. Heat is a sign that your destined pair is near you. An omega may go into heat if his/her fated pair is near them, thus indicating that they are going to meet soon……
