She did not know the reason for him being so quiet listening to her after returning to the sect. But his pale face would show signs of distortion with rage, his body trembling at times as well, so Mengyao accompanied him for two whole days trying to feed him, coax him to eat and accompanying him to be hungry for two days as he refused to talk to anyone. She even slept with him in those two days, she was like a nanny taking care of him with the utmost dedication and persistence unlike her young age.

“Senior sister, this ring is awesome, I will always cherish it.” Li Tian answered.

The inside of the ring contained a peculiar stone made of several colours with a strong majestic atmosphere coming out of it.

“Senior sister this is the stone we saw that was to be auctioned. How did you get it? It was extremely expensive.” As he looked at Shangun Mengyao carefully again “Hey where is the treasure comb that master gave it to you. Don’t tell me you sold it for this ring.” Li Tian asked anxiously. “Master will be very angry when she knows of it lets go return this now and take back your ring.”

Upon seeing him rejecting her gift she puffed away angrily before raising her voice saying “DO NOT TALK TO ME AGAIN! HMPH!”

Li Tian realised his mistake and had to placate her on that day.

Well let’s go to senior sister with this monster core and this Rosary flowers that I got in the forest. She loved the blue coloured flowers that were very close to the modern day roses. The rosary flowers would not grow in cold regions, thus many times his senior sisters would bring them for her as well. This was his first time bringing her these flowers.

Li Tian headed towards the abode of his senior sister not realising the true meaning of gifting someone the rosary flowers.

As he headed towards the place of his senior sister, he noticed someone anxiously walking toward him. Upon noticing the face, he was extremely surprised. The blue eyes were swollen, face was filled with deep worry, her hair snow white hair was filled with dirt, her clothes were dirtied as well. Seeing the miserable experience of his senior sister he forgot to even ask her why she is like this.

Li Tian though quickly came back to his senses, keeping aside the matter of the gifts he gestured her to come to his abode.

“Senior Sister why are you like this” Li Tian implored curiously.

I even saw mother dying while you carried me away.” Shangun Mengyao anxiously replied. Her voice trembling from time to time and eventually broke into sobs.

Seeing the appearance of his senior sister, there was a tsunami in his heart. His junior sister had never been wrong in his cryptical dreams.
