this was a forbidden place for the people living in the village nearby , a place where a guardian was said to be living, of cource most people do not believe such stories dismissing them to be mere legends, but deep within this forest lives a man that was once known as the hero of the fourth great shinobi war

it has been 180 million years since the great shinobi war where he had faced off against the moon goddess kaguya, during the final stages of the war , sasuke had chosen to give his yin seal to naruto in his dying breath, together , the two seals made naruto extremely strong, he was successfully able to defeat the moon goddess but not before she did something completely unimaginable, she forcefully tried to absorb all the nine bijuu into her but naruto managed to interrupt her, in the end , the bijuu were all forced into naruto's body which was unable to handle all the power and was about to explode, it was then that the bijuu made the ultimate sacrifice, they willingly assimilated themselves into naruto making him immortal in the process, now naruto had his main personality intact but also inherited a few quirks from the bijuus as well,

in the end he became hokage as he had once planned, he married hinata , had children , boruto and himawari, but once he stopped ageing after he reached his prime stage, he came to realize his immortality, he lived on and watched as his wife children and grandchildren perished, he served as a hokage for 200 years after which he gave the seat to the next generation and left the village,

soon many years went by as he watched, he watched as wars once agin raged throughout the continent, he watched as the elemental nation or as it is now known as pangaea split apart and drifted away, he watched as chakra faded from history , he watched the dark ages, the middle ages, he watched as humanity grew once more and became a race that dominated the planet, he watched as technology skyrocketed and people began living in peace

he then retreated to the forests on a landmass known as japan, which was once known as the land of fire in his time, here he settled down to a simple lifestyle as he watched the world go by

this leads us to his current situation , he was using his sage mode to sense a battle going on in a remote desert on the planet, the reason why he he was so interested was because of a space time artifact that the man known as jun moxie was trying to take
