Chapter 126: Bloom Did It Again!

Bloom wasn't that stressed in return; he was extremely calm. He knew this assassin was limited by the duration of his skill. And even if he couldn't detect him by his inverted Lu stat, he could easily make him uncomfortable by the fog of gravity passive skill.

So he waited, vigilantly checking every direction. "A good stealth skill for this beginning level will range between fifteen and thirty seconds," he muttered to himself while preparing for his counter.

He only needed one chance from his enemy to finish him. Yet he didn't count that much on his enemy; as it seemed this assassin was much stronger and far experienced than the others he fought so far.

"I will create this chance myself," he muttered before hearing a sound of scratch coming from his back. "There," he turned while preparing to move; yet he found nothing there. "A decoy?" he didn't have time to think as he was certain the next attack would be from his back!

"Aiming for a stun?" he smirked before muttering, "ground breaker!"

It wasn't the skill he was preparing, yet his reaction was superb. The moment his sword turned around, a sound of clash was heard before his body was forced to move; facing the assassin head on.

And both had damage on top of their heads. Bloom had three thousand points deducted from his Hp, and his enemy had six thousand points reduced from his Hp.

The assassin didn't have one dagger; but two! As the first failed, he didn't hesitate to wave the second towards Bloom.

The logical reaction was for Bloom to move his sword and intercept the attack with another; exchanging damage with this assassin.

Yet Bloom didn't do that; as he was pretty confident this was what his enemy aimed for!

If he did that, three seconds would have passed since the assassin terminated his stealth skill. Meaning that he would be able to use it again.

It only came down to this simple decision, this one move that would waste one second.

And Bloom had the perfect skill for that!

"Pause!"

Instead of waving his sword towards the assassin, he pointed his fist with the glove, and the next moment the assassin paused entirely in place motionless.

"Dash!"

And it was this slight window that Bloom aimed for! Just as the assassin's one second stun was wearing off, he was hit with Bloom's sword, carried for meters to the back, while having another ten seconds stun.

And this time the end was clear to both of them, to those watching the fight, to everyone in the forums.

"Stab, stab, stab, slice, slice, stab, stab, stab…"

Bloom started waving both of his swords non-stop until the assassin finally died at the sixth second. The moment his body fell on the ground and his color went pale, Bloom stopped and found out his breaths were racing.

"Wow, it was… pretty intense," he muttered while catching his breaths, "but I loved it," he laughed, standing alone amidst all this chaos before he suddenly heard a shout!

"Run!"

The shout came from one of his team players standing at the tree line. As he was shouted upon, he started to move towards the safe tree line while glancing at the area beside him.

The combined scroll attack had already ended! Despite it causing severe losses to the sea of monsters his clones brought, there were still few alive.

And these few seemed pretty pissed off right now! The shout came just in time to alarm him. Despite their few numbers, and their low Hp, Bloom wasn't in the spirit to fight again!

He ran fast to the tree line before any monster could reach him. Once he reached there, he was astonished to see a group of twenty mercenaries still fighting his dark agents. "They are still alive?" he muttered before an evil look appeared on his face. "Boys, follow me," he said as he walked towards the front.

And the fifty something players who were standing here just followed him.

He didn't need to tell them anything, as they already figured out his aim. The monsters were now berserk, and there was no other player in the vicinity but this group.

And their only path of retreat was now blocked by Bloom and his team. They stood at the border, in a long line, blocking any path for those inside to escape.

"Roar!"

"Roar!"

"Roar!"

Around twenty five monsters ran towards the group of fifty mixed fighters with no discrimination between the two sides fighting here.

The highest Hp among them didn't exceed ten percent! Which made any player watching this scene become itchy to come and finish off these about to die monsters and claim the Xp for themselves.

Yet the mercenaries were already occupied by the dark agents of Bloom, plus the sudden appearance of Bloom with this large group of his team blocking their path.

And now the monsters came!

It was a really bad day for those mercenaries, and what made this even worse three things; Bloom defeated them alone, everything was broadcasted online to the forums by many players, and lastly after they were all killed by the monsters, Bloom let his fifty something players to move towards the monsters and finish them off!

All of sudden every one of them gained one level!

"This is my compensation to you," Bloom said, acting magnanimous about something he never planned to do. The monsters were just there, and it was a waste to let them off!

And in return the players cheered while the distant group led by Nara ran towards here. "Go and grab the loot," he didn't forget amidst this celebratory atmosphere about the fallen loot of the players he killed.

"Right away, boss," one of the weapon wielders shouted in an excited tone while others cheered as well while heading towards the site of the battle, clearing it all.

"Sigh, you really are…"

"Awesome?" he chuckled when Nara reached him and said these words.

"Insane!"

"Great!"

"Crazy!"

"Genius!"

"Moron!"

"Hey, can we please postpone this word game to later," Jeffrey interrupted their little game here while laughing, "check the forums," he said and he seemed quite amused and excited.

Bloom exchanged glances with Nara before opening the forums. There he found endless topics, all speaking about his deeds.

"You are seeing the village forum, exit to the empire forum and see the real chaos," Jeffrey said while laughing at what he was reading right now.

And Bloom did like he said. The bigger forum was literally as Jeffrey described; chaos!

"Bloom strikes again!"

"Bloom… is he a bug?"

"Where are the game developers from this mess?"

"Bloom continues to write history!"

The titles there ranged between supporting and attacking him; yet all shared one simple fact he didn't realize until now… the fight was streamed on the forums live from the beginning to the end!

"Sh*t! my dear dark agents are exposed to everyone!" he totally ignored the supporting threads and delved into the negative ones.

As he expected, what he read focused entirely on the scenes where his dark agents were summoned and fought. Some even highlighted the scenes where his team stood on the border of the tree line preventing others from passing!

And the comments were really on fire between the two sides!

His haters attacked him, branded him as a cheater while calling for sending a mass out protesting letters to the game developers. They wanted to ban his character and game ID, they wanted to strip him from anything he gained with his own efforts.

This slightly enraged him, yet what he laughed really on was the response of his fans.

"Screw yourselves!"

"Go and play hard like Bloom and you might end up being one tenth of the man he is."

"Bloom is my love, I promise to marry him."

"No, Bloom is mine!"

"Stay away ladies, I'm here to snatch him and take him to my room."

The fight turned strangely funny to become a love fight between girls asking for his date! He laughed, while rapidly scrolling these comments before finally finding some decent replies.

And these replies all referred to one thread on the forum: How Bloom did it!

He went to that thread to find, to his surprise, it was the general forum of the entire game!

"Wow, I became famous," he laughed while Nara hit him with her elbow, "don't be arrogant or I will hate you!"

"Oh, that means you love me now?" he teased, playfully speaking in a funny tone.

"Stop it already," she hit him again with her hand while her face turned instantly red from embarrassment. Bloom noticed it, and even Jeffrey noticed it, and she noticed they noticed and her redness deepened.

"Stop it you two, look away now!" she shouted at them, and Bloom didn't know why but her face and her attitude right now was quite lovely.

"Hahaha," he simply laughed while Jeffrey looked away. After all this wasn't his own business, despite hoping his friend and boss should better know what she was doing.
