Chapter 38: Killing All the Clones Successfully

Gored's clone was really a nuisance, and with the increase in Hp each time he killed one of them, Gored would get stronger, until he wouldn't die from mere attacks at five seconds. To maximize this duration damage, Bloom had to use two slice skills at the beginning, moving from left to right until he hit the wall, then from right to left returning again to his start place.

Three hundred damage appeared from the head of this clone, with another two hundred caused by three stabs amidst the two seconds time of the two skills, which made the clone lose five hundred Hp in mere two seconds.

Gored's clone lost three quarters of its Hp in this attack, but the skills of Bloom was on cooldown, except for the stab, which the only one he could use in the upcoming three seconds.

He didn't know why, but since the first time he clashed with the monster in this hall, the stab skill never caused any damage higher than its basic damage mainly. That was frustrating, but he had already completed his task, and the annoying Gored's clone was already down.

In the middle of all this, he took out his Hp potion and gulped its content, knowing that he would lose Hp later on. Just as he was dealing the last couple of stabs to Gored's clone, the swordsman had reached him, and dealt a successful strike to him.

"-30"

That attack was small, and he could sustain another one if needed to, but he had already used the last stab to kill Gored's clone. He didn't wait for the fog to dissipate, as he used his life saving skill.

"Ground breaker!"

It was a crit, and he finally started to rotate, facing the incoming four clones now, which had their Hp boosted. He had now to select the one to live to the end with Peri out of the three melee classes he was facing right now.

Suddenly, the skills rained on these clones, as the team members finally rejoined the fight, giving him more space to act.

"Don't kill Peri's clone," he suddenly yelled, as he didn't make up his mind of which clone would end up with Peri in the end, as for him they were the same.

Despite their skills having minor damages to the clones, in comparison to his, they were many, and they would accumulate all together to be higher than him.

Peri suddenly started healing him, which was something he totally missed in this fight. With everyone back in shape again, he was able to move, more freely, using all his barrage of skills without reservation or more caution.

"Slice."

"200"

He used his first skill to move from his place, entering amidst the three clones. Once he reached there, and after using a couple of stab skills, he used the second ground breaker skill, blocking the glove of the martial artist's clone, turning to face him, while starting another barrage of attacks on him.

The clone was just on the end of the formation, with Peri only in his back. The other team members did as Bloom said, and spared Peri's clone from any attack. After six stabs, Bloom used another ground breaker skill on the second swordsman's clone, to turn and face, while linking it with a dash skill when he faced the first swordsman amidst the move.

"Boom!"

"400"

The clone was pinned to the wall, and it lost another four hundred Hp. During these seconds, Peri's clone healed him with one hundred Hp, but right now he lost four times that amount. Bloom was now separated from the remaining clones, while other players joined the fight and made sure to make them quite busy from dealing with Bloom.

Each clone of the other two had two to three players dealing with it, while Peri's clone stayed alone at the back, with no one caring about such a harmless healer.

Bloom being all alone with that swordsman was a very easy fight, as he took all the frustration and stress he had and vented them over it.

All these skills were more than enough to clear the swordsman's clone Hp. Bloom didn't stop there, as he turned and joined the other remaining two fights.

One swordsman's clone, the second one, was down, and that made the martial artist's clone only remaining. Though its Hp swelled up to reach two thousand and five hundred frightening values, in front of the concentrated attack of all of them, it couldn't live for more than ten seconds before falling dead.

"Peri is the last one, let's go," Bloom muttered, as this healer wasn't anything threatening to them all, despite her scary five thousand Hp. In twenty seconds, with one sided bully, Peri's clone finally hit the ground.

"Ahhhhh!!"

Suddenly the monster screamed, and the Hp bar above her head was depleted in mere seconds. Bloom looked at this and finally understood everything.

"Let's deal with her like previous time, and we must deplete her Hp to less than half in the shortest time possible," he then turned to look at them before smirking, "and please don't fall this easily under her skills."

Despite his harsh remark, they all knew he was right in his own words. they didn't reply back, as they didn't know how to fight such skills of this monster. they weren't like Bloom, with years and years of mental experience of his past life.

The monster finally had her first Hp bar shattered, and she, somehow, looked weaker than before. Bloom didn't underestimate her, though, as he was sure she wasn't going to fall down this easily.

However, knowing how to deal with her supreme skill, all he needed to do was to deplete half of her Hp. Five thousand Hp wasn't something small to deplete, though, but he did it once, and he could do it again.

He took a deep breath, and readied his mind for round two.
