NPC into Player: Let's Wreck This Game

Chapter 99: Completing Two More Secret Class Quests

She wasn't used to being ordered around by someone, or being led by anyone, except for her own father, and she also usually acted in defiance to his words.

"I want you to go to the village and gather around a team of twenty players," he said.

"Want to form your own team bigger? A fifty or a hundred?" she asked.

"Sure, but I want the best of the best, so if you couldn't find a good candidate, leave some spots open for later then."

She glanced at him, while her eyes shone brightly as her request matched –strangely –with her own planning. "What if I found more?" she asked.

"Bring them all then," he shrugged, as he simply didn't believe she could find more than twenty players this easily. "Be sure they aren't agents of Panty," he added, as he might use them later on at his own plans.

"How can we know that?" this time one of the silent, always silent, players around Nara spoke up. "I dunno, but if I found an agent of his, I won't let him play this game ever again, I swear," Bloom casually said, like he was promising of hanging out on a summer eve.

"Don't worry, I will make sure they won't be loyal to Panty," Nara said, cutting the road of the small conflict to erupt here, "but may I ask why are you so sure of him being against you this badly?" she asked.

She wasn't the personal enemy of Panty, as he wanted to curry favor and might her body and heritage as well. As for Bloom, she only saw him a normal person; yes brilliant player so far, but he seemed normal.

"It's just a hunch," he replied, without telling no more, "go now and when you are ready just send me a message," he added, before watching them using the tickets to return to the village.

"The strange thing is the attitude of Panty, he didn't feel any surprise to see you appear in the middle of his ranks, or even tried to kick you away for once. something smells here," he muttered, as this was something he noticed when he watched the fight from before.

However they helped him in killing Panty, making them –for sure –Panty's enemies, or at least not his allies.

"I will wait and see what you really plan to do," he muttered as his gaze shifted over towards the ongoing fight between monsters.

The initial one hundred group of mixed monsters had lost over half of their population now, while the rest were still fighting hard with their Hp declining steadily.

"This might work as a strategy to level up," he muttered before thinking about another thing. "If we managed to cause damage to all monsters, before retreating, then would we have all the Xp? Or part of it? or none?"

This was another thing he didn't know yet, but he intended to put this theory to test when Nara returned with more players. "Sigh, if only I can have very loyal players, to use them in doing my class tasks," he sighed, before recalling that he received system alerts while talking with Nara and didn't check them, plus he also recalled that he gained some benefits from the previous tasks but he didn't check them yet.

So, he opened his alert messages, while waiting for the monster fight to settle.

"System alert: Player has successfully completed the secret class quest: the kill players quest. Player has successfully killed at least one player.

The quest required the player to kill just one player, and the player had killed three hundred and sixty nine players, exceeding the initial limit put by the system.

However, the system will put this into consideration while assessing the player's performance, and will be put in mind when giving the player his final assessment."

"System alert: Player has successfully completed the secret class quest: the trick players quest. Player has successfully tricked at least one player.

The quest required the player to trick just one player, and the player had tricked one hundred and seven players, exceeding the initial limit put by the system.

Player had done more than one trick, and players didn't manage to spot the trick before it was too late. Despite that, the player didn't pull off a major trick here, and only used small tricks to complete the quest.

However, the system will put this into consideration while assessing the player's performance, and will be put in mind when giving the player his final assessment."

"System prompt: The final evaluation for the first quest is gold evaluation. The final evaluation for the second quest is green evaluation. As a reward, the system will give players these rewards for completing the two quests perfectly.

1. Player will have a free period of time from his class quests lasting for one more week. If a player activates any more quests during this time, the player will gain double rewards and a chance to elongate this period.

2. Player has gotten the tokens of four dark agents. These agents will work under his command, and can be summoned and unsummoned at any time through the tokens. Getting anyone killed will make the player pay a certain amount of gold to revive them. the player can level them up with him, and if they get caught during any quest, they won't be linked to the player. They aren't counted as members but like slaves. They can't be summoned in any system facility, can't enter it, and can't do any deals with NPCs behind the player's back.

3. Player has gained one level.

4. Player has gained five Sp points and Five Tp points."

"System alert: player has leveled up."

Bloom read the messages and sighed. He knew his trick this time wasn't great, but he was glad the system recognized it, and he also gained recognition for another trick he never thought of; tricking Panty and his team.
