Odin In The Wizarding World

The arena is bustling with an great expectations following Irena's and Harry's thrilling battles, but Hermione is still looking concerned more than ever. As the sounds of people's excitement are turned town to mute, she can finally see her brother entering the arena, apparently without a care in the world.

Looking from Edward over to the Greek Lighting protectively cradling the egg, she get's a bad feeling. The bad feeling only intensives, as Hermione tskes a closer look at the dragon's scales that are the color of sapphires with white lightning bolts zapping constanyly over it's horse sized body. In edition to these bolts, talons and spikes are on neck, back, as well as it's tail. These tallons and spikes are not only bone-whit but also look razor sharp.

Seeing the Lightnings overall beautiful but tyrannic appearance and actions, Hermione suspects the dragon's gender to be female. With two serrated fangs that jutted out of her upper jaw and onto her bottom lip slightly, she also has white, sharp, knife-like, teeth, it also shows signs of a draconic female beauty.

Contrary to all previous dragons, Edwards Greek Lightning isn't instantly attacking. For what ever reason the dragon seems to be sizing up the former Allfather, as he does her.

Despie the dragons rather peacefull demeanor, Hermiones heart is still beating hard in her c.h.e.s.t, as she sees Edward directly looking at the Lighnings head that is roughly a triangle shape and that also possessedes six cheek slightly curved, crown like horns.

From high up, Hermione concludes that this very dragon might just be one of these rumoured Alpha Dragons, that sometimes rule large packs of over a hundred thousand dragons at a time.

Looking at the dragons slender overall body stature that is a very aerodynamic built for a dragon and also a huge advantage for flight, Hermione can only pity it for being chained to the arena.

As Edward draws his wand, Hermione gets another fright, seeing the Lightning instantly reacts to him by making a threatening roar.

Using Old Draconian, the language of serpens and dragons from his previous life, unknown to every witch or wizard present, Edward says gently. ''Δεν σας κάνω τίποτα.'' (Calm down, I will not hurt you.)

From the spectating crowed surrounding her, Hermione hears several different reaction vommenting on her btothers actions.

(Boy#1) ''What did he say? What did he say?''

(Girl#1 to Boy#1) ''I have no idea, but he is looking pretty cool.''

(Boy#2) ''I have found a new hero! Forget Victor Krum, remember Edward Granger! Only a real man knows when to fight and when to make piece.''

Ignoring the crowds bomments and looking first stunned, than questioning at Edward, the Greek Lighting pulls the chain binding it to the arena, before presenting it to him with it's front claws, as if asking gor being released.

Swinging his wand, Edward casts a spell onto the chain instantly making it appear brittle and easily breakable. Smiling at the Alpha Dragon, he tells it again once again in Old Draconian. '' Δοκιμάστε το τώρα. Η αλυσίδα θα πρέπει να σπάσει εύκολα τώρα.'' (Just try it. The chain should be easily breakable now.)

Hearing the words, Hermione ends up slack jawed about what happened next. With one tug, not stronger than it's previous ones, the Greek Lighting tars apart the chain and apparently starts a conversation with her brother. ''Χάρη σε αυτόν, έχει σπουδαίους μάγους. Αυτή η μπλε κλίμακα σας οφείλει μια μεγάλη χάρη.'' (Thanks to him, he has great sorcerers. This blue scale owes you a big favor.)

With a smile huge Edward replyes to the now kind looking dragon. '' τίποτα δεν ευχαριστώ. Στην πραγματικότητα, είμαι μόνο το χρυσό αυγό για να προστατεύσετε.'' (Nothing to thank me for. Actually, I'm just the golden egg for you to protect.)

Still cradeling the golden egg somewhat lovingly, the dragon says. ''Ακόμα κι αν είστε ένας μεγάλος μάγος, δεν μπορώ να σας αφήσω τους νέους μου.'' (Even if you are a great magician, I can not leave you my young.)

''Ο νέος σου?...'' (Your joung?) Asks Edward visibly frowning before saying ''... Το αυγό που κρατάτε δεν είναι το νεαρό σας. είναι ένα μαγικό τεχνούργημα.'' (The egg you are currently holding is not your young one. It is a magical artifact.)

Looking now suspeciously at the egg it is holding the dragon asks. ''Δεν είναι το αγόρι μου?'' (Not my young?)

Nodding, the former Allfathervtells the now clearly female dragon. '' Ναι, όχι το νεαρό σας. Επιτρέψτε μου να το αποδείξω ... Θα μου το έδωσες αυτό για μια στιγμή; Εάν είναι πραγματικά δική σας, θα σας το ξαναδώσω. Υπόσχομαι.'' (Yes, not your young one. Let me prove it ... Would you give that to me for a moment? If it is really yours, I'll give it to you again. Promised.)

Looking from it's egg to Edward andback, the Lighning says. ''Αφού μιλάς τη γλώσσα των προγόνων μου, θέλω να σε πιστέψω ...'' (Since you speak the tongue of my ancestors, I want to believe you ...''

What follows next is something straight out of legends. To Hermiones and everybody's collective disbelief, the Greek Lighning, an undisputed predator of the sky, willingly hands over her golden egg to Edward without a fight.

Reciving the egg, Edward first seems to weight it in hid hands, before pulling the small nub on it's arrow shaped top. With the nub pulled, the golden egg instantly opens like a lotus flower its petals and a loud horrific screech comes out, not only shocking Hermione and everybody in the audiance, but also the Greek Lightning.

Having realised, that the egg it was ready to protect with it's life was fake, the dragon lets out an even more horrific and mournfull roar, as Edward closes the egg with a smile.

Unable to find any traces of her egg, the Lightning adresses Edward with an somewhat pleading tone. ''Σας παρακαλώ, παρακαλώ να με βοηθήσετε να βρω το αυγό μου. Είμαι έτοιμος να κάνω τίποτα για εσάς αν με βοηθήσετε μόνο να πάρω το αυγό μου ...'' ( Please, I implore you, please help me to find my egg. I'm ready to do anything for you if you only help me get my egg ...)

Interrupting the dragon mid sentence, Edward tells the angry and scared mother dragon. ''Αλλά φυσικά θα σας βοηθήσω. Εκτός από το αυγό, έχω και ένα στοίχημα για το οποίο χρειάζομαι τη βοήθειά σας ...'' ( But of course I help you. Apart from the egg, I also have a bet to win for which I need your help ...)

''Ό, τι κι αν είναι, απλά με βοηθήστε με το αυγό μου!'' (Whatever it is, just help me with my egg!) Answeres the dragon, a happy but slightly sad look in his eyes.

''Deal!...'' 1a from what they had seen before, before explaining to them. ''... I have spoken to this dragon. Apparently her egg, her young, was taken from her and replaced by this fake egg right her...'' Waiting for most females shocked exclamations, including Hermiones, he continues. ''... To get her egg back, she is willing to be tamed by me...'' That said, Edward swings his wand saying. ''... Accio Dragon Egg...'' While wordlessly casting an entirely different spell to summon the Lightings egg, creating the illusion, that the spoken spell actually worked. By using the very same space-time-mind spell that made him the God of Magic in the first place, the Greek Lighnings golden egg, identically to the one Edward is already holding, minus the nub to open it, aoars iaflas of bright golden light.

Instantly the dragon snatches the egg out of Edwards hand, before crafeling it in her embrace, while telling him. '' Ω, ευχαριστώ, ευχαριστώ, ευχαριστώ ... για τον πολύτιμο θησαυρό μου. '' (Oh, thanks, thank you, thank you ... for my precious treasure.)

''Τίποτα δεν ευχαριστώ. Τώρα όσον αφορά το στοίχημα ...'' (Nothing to thank me for. Now regarding the bet ...) Tells Edward the happy and now somehow cute looking blue dragon, before hesitantly asking. '' Για να κερδίσεις το στοίχημα, πρέπει να σε καταφέρω. Είστε πρόθυμοι να γίνετε μέλος της οικογένειάς μου?'' (To win the bet, I have to taim you. Are you willing to become part of my family?)

Looking hesitantly from her egg to Edward, the female dragon tells him. '' Εντάξει. Μπορώ να γίνω μέρος της οικογένειάς σας, αλλά πρέπει να φροντίσω το αυγό μου και τον λαό μου, οπότε μην περιμένετε να γίνω κατοικίδιο ζώο σας. '' (All right then. I can become part of your family, but I have to take care of my egg and my people, so do not expect me to become your pet.)

Seeing Edward node with a cheeky smile on his face, the horse sized Greek Lightning lowers her head in a sign of submission, before flapping her wings and disappear into the vast evening sky.

Seeing her beloved awesome brother bow to the rosting crowd, Hermione hears him say. ''This lady's and gentleman is... Jow to taim your dragon...''

That said, not only Hermione, but everybody else gets up from their seats and start applauding him by clapping their hands, whistling or simply shouting or screaming.
