Re: Akimichi

*Chouji POV*

After we killed the rest of them, we proceed to attack another team that we detected. Luckily for us, we found the earth scroll that we need. After a while, we decided to immediately go deeper into the forest and directly hand these two scrolls to the tower in the center.

As usual, Ino used her technique to determine the direction before we ran into any problem. Apparently, Shikamaru was already impatient to finish this test.

"Ah! Guys, I found the team seven. They were beaten and Baka-Naruto along with Sasuke were unconscious. Shall we help them?" Ino spoke with a little hesitation in her voice. "They're being watched by the genins from the hidden sound..."

Well, I can't possibly say no to that, can I?

"Let's help them!"

"What a drag..." I hear you Shikamaru, stop spreading your negativity here. "Okay let's give them a hand, then be done with it."

We then went to where team seven rested, along the way we sneaked around the other participants as we did not want to unnecessary fight. Taking from Shikamaru's dictionary, it's a drag...

We arrived around ten minutes later, and when arrived we saw that guy with thick eyebrows fighting a ninja from the hidden sound village. 'His name is Lee if I remember it right, and the one he fights is Dosu...'

Lee kicked Dosu with an uppercut like kick on his jaw. I know that gotta be hurt like hell, and I think my guess was right, Dosu staggered then Lee followed with another kick which threw him to the air. 'That one awesome kick, his Taijutsu is really goo-'

"[Omote Renge]!"

As I want to commend Lee for his awesome kick, what follows after made me wide-eyed. Lee wrapped his opponent with bandages in a blink of an eye and held his opponent tightly in an upside-down position, then he spun fast to gain more momentum for their crash. Even though unfortunately, the opponent's team-mate was cushioned their fall with an earth style technique, that's still one hell of a high-risk technique.

And to prove my claim, we saw Lee scrunched his face in pain afterward. Not giving Lee any rest, Dose rushed immediately with an arm swung towards Lee's side which able to be dodged by Lee by a small margin. Contrary to his expectation, Lee lost his balance, he kneeled and vomited on the ground.

"There's a little trick here, you can't just dodge my attack. Hehehe..."

Dosu apparently satisfied with his attack, he brandished the large amplifier on his right arm with pride.

I gave a signal to Shikamaru and Ino for them to take care of Dosu's team-mates. When they nodded, I made my entrance to attract their attention.

"It's sound, isn't it?" I leaped from the tree branch and landed beside Lee. "You turned your chakra into a vibration that produced sound and use that toy to either direct it and amplified it."

All eyes turned towards me as I made my presence known. The member of team seven was a bit relieved seeing my Konoha headband, while Lee still staggered as he slowly raised back on his feet.

"Heh, another person comes to die. So what if you know my method? Do you even know what sound is?" Dosu sneered, although more than half of his face was covered with bandages, it was apparent from the way he acted. "Hearing sound means your eardrum is catching the vibration in the air. And you know what? The eardrum of a human will break by sounds exceeding 150 MHz. While deeper in the ear laid the inner ear membrane. When this is damaged, you lose your balance." Dosu puffed his c.h.e.s.t more as he explained that

"You're a nerd..."

"..." Hearing my reply, Dosu was stunned. And Naruto laughed out loud while chanting 'he's a nerd'. On the side, even his team-mates were laughing mockingly at him. Poor Dosu.

"That was a good one. He's right though, old lame taijutsu won't work against us." One of Dosu's team-mates wiped a tear on his eyes. " I too can-"

"Took you two long enough..." I c.o.c.ked my head and grumbled. As I said that, Just then Dosu's team-mates were paralyzed, courtesy of Shikamaru and Ino.

"I almost fell asleep from his babbling." "So am I..."

They went out of their hiding place and Ino threw two Kunais that pierced the two sound genin's throat. 'One left...'

"You bastard!" Dosu finally out of his stupor and rushed towards me, as I was the closest one from him, and threw a right hook which he aimed towards my left rib. In response, I just parried his right fist outward with my right palm and elbowed him on his solar plexus. "H-How..."

"How can you not affected by my attack..." He said as he paled and gasped for breath.

"Simple, I vibrated my chakra the same way you did. You're not the only one that can do it, you know..." As I stretched my hand to end him, an idea flashed in my mind. 'Let's try it!'

So I swung my legs upward and kicked him on his jaw, his brain was rattled and his jaw cracked. Dosu was thrown high in the air, just then, I jumped and grabbed him upside down then spun faster and faster to gain more momentum. 'What was it called again? Oh, yeah...'

"[Omote Renge]!"

A moment before we reached the ground and crashed, I propel him headfirst towards the ground and jumped backward. 'Yup, my back feel sore. Not worth the effort...'

When the dust settled, Dosu's body could be seen bent in an unnatural way. His spine was snapped, and his skull cracked open. Ino closed her eyes for a moment and her eyes trembled before she opened it back again, while sakura became pale and vomited. Shikamaru was indifferent, Naruto and Sasuke scrunched up their faces, while Lee's was slack-jawed. But, it seems that Lee's focus was on another matter.

"AWESOME! How can you do the front lotus?! Who are you by the way?"

That question took attention of Naruto and Sasuke, they too were intrigued by my identity apparently.

"My name is Akimichi Chouji, nice to mee you! Lee, isn't it? Your taijutsu is awesome too!" I smiled a bit because of his enthusiasm, he's a good guy. We shook hands and chatted a bit, I took a peek at Naruto and Sasuke and saw their eyes bulged in disbelief.

"No no no no! No way!" Naruto crossed his arms as he denied my claim. "Chouji is shaped like this and not as good looking as you! I refuse to believe that you are Chouji!" He gestured a big circle with his arms. Sasuke turned his head to Shikamaru and Ino and saw they're nodding, he gave me another disbelieving look.

Somehow, I agreed with Naruto. I supposed to be fat! What did I do for me to deserve this kind of bad luck?!

"Can we leave now? I want to sleep..." Shikamaru grumbled, he gave me an unhappy look. "Troublesome..."

Patience is virtue, Shikamaru. Be patience...
