Re: Akimichi

A couple of hours before,

Today was a quiet day in the Sarutobi clan compound so far, the birds were chirping cheerfully, and the leaves swayed gently amidst the autumn soft breeze.

In one of the secluded parts of the Sarutobi clan compound, Hiruzen -The former Hokage of Konoha- was seated on his rocking chair blowing his tobacco pipe.

"How long has it been since I feel as relaxed as today? Finally, someone takes that responsibility away from me for good..."

*Pa* *Pa* *Pa*

Sounds of footsteps echoing in the empty hallway, out of habit, Hiruzen scanned the people approaching with few his chakra pulses.

"Hiruzen-sama, your coffee..."

He relaxed his guard, it was Hitomi, his grandniece from his daughter-in-law's side. Although she was not as talented as Kunoichi, she was quite a clever and amiable kid, so Hiruzen took her as his caretaker after his retirement.

"Come in."

Hitomi slowly opened the sliding door and placed the cup of coffee on the small table beside Hiruzen. Hiruzen asked her a few questions regarding her and her sister, after that, Hitomi excused herself.

"She's too quiet for her own good..."

He took a few sips of the coffee before leaned his back on the rocking chair once more. Not long after, Hiruzen fell asleep on his rocking chair.

On another side of the compound, Hitomi was walking along the hallway and threw a slip of paper outside. The said paper was lit and exuded a yellow-colored smoke, it was quite conspicuous, but kids often did that kind of prank a lot. So, only a few people actually take attention to that smoke.

"Hail, Uzushio," Hitomi muttered under her breath with a fanatic gaze on her eyes as she made her way out of the village.

Quite a distance away from the Sarutobi compound, on top of a building, a person's eyes lit as he saw a yellow-colored smoke was exuded from a certain place inside the Sarutobi compound through a scope. He took a deep breath to calm his nerves for a moment before he placed his right hand above his t.h.i.g.h while his left hand made a tiger seal. "Kai!"

An exquisite long steel barrel with a three centimeters width in diameter was taken out from a storage seal engraved on his t.h.i.g.h, it has a scope on top of it and a squarish cheekpiece. All in all, it was looks like a weird-shaped grey-colored sniper rifle.

The said person placed something akin to a bullet inside the barrel and took aim as he channeled his chakra into his weapon. "Oh, the irony..."

"The might 'Professor', the 'second-coming God of Shinobi'', killed by a mere bullet-blade while he's asleep..." The person chuckled, a mad glint flashed in his eyes. With his civilian attire and his low-chakra amount, no Anbu paid him any mind, thus he has many leverages to squander and now laughing like a mad man. "Oh, who would think that the mighty Anbus are so careless..."

"Third Hokage-sama, this is for your betrayal. Hail Uzushio!"

*Bang*

A distinctive sound echoing for a while as if it was mocking the death of Hiruzen Sarutobi, at the same time, the culprit placed his weapon back in the storage seal and blend with the crowd before made his way out of the village.

Chouji was on a date with Ino on the outskirts of Konoha, while Shikamaru was suddenly called on an escorting mission issued by the Akimichi clan.

Yes, Chouji was conveniently issued a personal mission as the heir of the Akimichi clan. All in order to play the matchmaker between his best friend -Shikamaru- and his 'crush' -Temari-. And 'Coincidentally' Temari got the same mission.

So currently Shikamaru and Temari were on their way to the land of bamboo that was quite a distance away from both lands of fire and land of wind.

"Get laid, bro!" "Act as a gentleman would!" Those were the words left behind by Chouji and Ino before the mission as Shikamaru stared at them with twitching eyes.

Chouji and Ino were actually too were in a mission, a simple one actually. It was to help the peoples from a certain village to exterminate beasts from the surrounding that threaten the villager. It was the same village that they visited as team 10 and met a certain leech that now has its part of consciousness inside Chouji.

Though Chouji purposefully chooses this mission, Murasaki felt it was the time for him to unseal his true body and took Chouji as his host akin to a Jinchuriki. With Chouji's unique trait, he would be able to convert all of his negative energy gradually into his own energy.

With their current prowess, they would be able to clear the Chakra beast on the forest outskirts in no time. And Chouji would be able to use a few days to integrate with his newfound power.

"I hope nothing happened on this mission like before..." Chouji silently hoped as he tightened his grip on Ino's hand.

On the far side of the land of water, the fourth Mizukage was laid on the ground lifelessly. Eight persons were seen around him, six of which wore a black-colored cloak with red clouds pattern.

"This much is enough, right?" One of the cloaked people said, there were many piercings on him, and his eyes were bizarre with ripples pattern on them.

"Yes, with the three tails on our hand we should be able to realize our goal faster. Thank you."

"Don't mention it, Ashina-san. I'm an Uzumaki too, after all, I'm glad we can achieve the world peace along with the re-emergence of Uzushio village through the path I believe in, the path of pain." The cloaked person with the orange hair said as he gazed at the sky.

"That I promise you, already swore on my name that took after my late grandfather. I, Ashina Uzumaki, will make Uzushio great again and enact our revenge on the world." Ashina said, on his hand, he held a head-sized transparent crystal. On it could be seen the silhouette of the three tail chakra beast, Sanbi, with its turtle-like figure and three tails on its behind wrapped with chains around its body.

"This all is inevitable, those who destroy should be prepared to be destroyed. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. No matter if the world went blind, no matter if the world is toothless. Through pain, all will understand." The orange-haired one clenched his hand tightly in front of his face.

"You're right, Nagato. You're right, everything is inevitable..."
