When we returned in the village, we went directly to Hokage's tower, it's a red spherical building with some pipes outside, with a big emblem and a crown. Hokage's office is on the 3rd floor, on the second and first floors ninjas can take missions, as for the ground floor here administration becomes them.

We are going to meet Hokage in his office for the first time, it's not like in the anime when every ninja could go and talk with military village's head. He has a few secretaries which sit right in front of the door.

When we arrived, there was a small queue in front of the Hokage's door, Hokage pays personal attention only to the missions with rank A and above. We have had to wait for about 1 hour before we entered. What can I say about this office? Hmm nothing special, only one remarkable thing is the scenery from it. Almost whole village can be seen from here. In addition to this there are a few hidden ANBUs, I'm not sure that I can sense all of them.

You may wonder how someone can see a village with 10km radius, that's because the administration building stands on a small hill.

As for the Hokage he looks like a man in his 50's, even if he is his 70's. Yes, because of the chakra's influence cells die slower and their life circle is bigger.

"Welcome back, young ninjas, I'm very proud of you." – he smiled happily – "even if you didn't win, you showed good results and proved to other villages that Konoha is as strong as before the start of the last war."

'I don't think that without senjus we are so strong. And the only profit you get from our performance is wealth, but let's keep my thoughts for myself.'

You will be allowed to participate in the B ranked missions with them, so you can grow stronger." – with the last phrase he almost directly told me to choose this option. In the world where power is the most valuable thing, it's the only option.

"Hai, Hokage-sama I choose second option. But can I know what will happen to my team? I just don't want them to be disbanded." – after I said this, he smiled and said:

"It's not a problem, the girl from another team is left alone so she will join them."

Why do I think that, everything went like he wanted to?

"Hahah of course we will. Okay guys I must go downstairs and then back home, see ya." – I said goodbye and went downstairs to get my new equipment. There is a small difference in the equipment of different ranks. For example, now I get the jacket with small specialized storage seal, in which I can store explosive tags, in addition to this it has more defense.

After finishing everything I must to. I went home. Our clan lives in about 4 km from the tower, because there is a space for the flower fields. We really have very beautiful greenhouses not only with flowers, also with medical herbs.

"Okay then I'll bath, and do we have something to eat?"

"Of course, today your father made some meat dishes. You know how he says." – she said with a smile

"haha – "" meat must be made by a man""" – we said at the same time and laughed. After this I went to bath, while bathing I heard that my father came back and I hurried up.

"OOOh my boy became chunin, I'm so proud of you. You could become at least special jonin, but yo-"

"Father you know how I feel about revealing my abilities, so don't speak about that please." – I said in serious tone.

*Sigh*" Okay as long as you are you it's okay. Oh, and one more thing you can share a house with Yushi-kun from next month. Hiro-kun marries, so he moves in new house."

"Mhm, honey why do you want to leave us?! Do we bother you?" – Akino asked worriedly.

I twitched my eye; I think main reason why they are together is their trolling. I didn't answer and went to my room, but when I was on the stairs I heard:

"Ichi don't take missions near the border or in another country, you can even take some D ranks and if you'll money I can give it to you." – mom looked at him with sad face and I just nodded. Yes, it's not popular when chunin takes some low ranked missions by himself.

In a week shinobi must make at least 5 D or 1 C ranked missions. At first sight it's very comfortable, however it's normally enough only for ninja's life expenses including some common equipment. Interesting fact is that a ninja without clan can get different techniques with 2 ways: a) either he has appropriate rank(genin: 1-2 C, chunin: B, jonin: A,S-rank jonin: S) and enough MONEY or b) he joins ANBU.

As you may understand clans have their own libraries, yes, we too have some restrictions, but we don't pay for any of the technique. One of the restrictions is that, we can't share to others our clan's specific jutsus, as for common jutsus we can ask for them and if clan is not against then it's fine. Normally clan doesn't have much jutsus for example Akimichis, they have max 60-70 common jutsus(C-S), but they don't need them much.

As for our clan, we have a LOT of jutsus. We can read minds and remember everything so it's not something unexpected. We even have S rank jutsus, however in our clan only a few can use them, in addition to this we don't store them in our library, we are not Hyugas or Uchihas to detect intruders anytime(If they don't use some very advanced concealment seals, but even in this situation, professionals can detect anomaly), that's why S rank jutsus are stored in minds of a.d.u.l.ts or clansmen which are at least special jonins.

Right now, I have only 1 more project left. The problem of the mind control is that you can't place a delayed command on a ninja, because after 2~3 jutsus the seal is already heavily damaged, for the command to take root in a mind, it needs a few months, if it's not made with Kotoamatsukami (shisui's Magekyo Sharingan). To solve this problem, I'm making a seal which will hold the structure until either the command is done, or the seal is destroyed. It's only possible with an expensive chakra ink, or with "Ketsueki shīru"(boody seal).

For Ketsueki shīru you need to saturate blood in specific way and use this for the seal, or you must be at least quarter Uzumaki. I don't think that ill be 100% ready for the war, but no one can be perfectly ready (if you are not cautions hero).
