After we followed chunin into the academy building, they checked our physical strength, endurance and dexterity in some common ways, this test doesn't really show, if kid is ready to being ninja or not, after this, they gave to every participant leaf and told them to stick it onto their body. This step failed almost 60% of kids, most of them are just ordinary civilians, which just want to have better life for their family, it's obvious that ninjas in militaristic city earn more, than civilians. Exceptions are merchants, they earn more, than A rank Jonins and below. Here were about 40 kids from merchants.

Very often, businessmen send their 3rd or smaller children to ninja academy. Until they end academy, they become financial help and everything they need, so that later their kids can work for them.

Of course, none of them become official ninja, they abandon academy on the last year. But even last year's academy student can beat some ordinary a.d.u.l.t 1-on-1.

Yes, it's not enough to defend whole business and even the family, but they can later go to iron country and learn swordsmanship in some public samurai dojo. Mission costs in our village are following: E rank: 20~100 Ryo, but those are the simplest missions lfor 1 person. D rank: 60~200 Ryos, but unlike E ranks D ranks are for teams of 4, 1 Chunin~Jonin and 3 Genins, 30~35% takes team's teacher and 1 Genin becomes 16~20%. C rank is for either for strong 1 chunin or for 3 average Genins and it costs 300~2000 Ryos. B rank: 3~4 Chunins and max 1 strong Genin or 1 strong Special Jonin, this rank's mission price is 1500~4000 Ryos. A rank: minimum 3 strong Special Jonins or/and 2 average C Rank Jonins, its price varies from 5000~10 000 Ryos. And S rank missions need 3 A rank and 1 S rank Jonins, there is no fixed price for this mission it's just ~20 000 + Ryos. Also, there are + missions which are not so hard to be 1 rank higher, but they are neither ordinary, nor so easy to be done. And to create better understanding of money system I can only say, that price of 1 kg rice is 1~2 Ryos.

Back to the reality, every kid, from clan or ninja family, passed this exam easily. For next exam we didn't do anything ourselves, a woman with Byakugan and a young man with his sensory ability, checked our chakra reserves and wrote our scores on the paper.

After this we were told to wait 30 minutes for final scores which will determine to which class we were assigned to.

There are 4 official classes and one closed one for the future Anbu's, we have completely different program, also they end their study in 3~4 years, when we need to learn 6.

4 official classes are A, B, C, D. D is for these kids who will go to research and cryptography department, our and Nara clan sometimes help them.

It's understandable why Naras help there, but you may ask what do we do there? It's because of our memory, thanks to our techniques we can remember everything once we save it in our mind. It mostly depends on the person, how long and how much he can save. I can already remember almost everything since I started my lessons with clan's teachers and with my father.

Next class is class C, so called abandoned class, almost every merchant's kid is in this class. The teachers have special education program for them, for example they don't teach them any Ninjutsu, only chakra control on the level of 4 years old kid from some small clan.

As for the A and B classes, the only difference between them is chakra reserves and chakra control. The biggest disadvantages of student from B class is their chakra quality and chakra reserves. If they raise their chakra control and increase chakra reserves, then they have a chance to change the class.

But why is class A so special? It's because class A becomes a Jonin as a team commander, and class B either Chunin or Special Jonin.

Special Jonins are physically match to C rank Jonin, however C ranked Jonin has mastered 2 different elements or some combat specialisation, like swordsmanship or shuriken throwing, they also need to pass exams about cryptography, strategy, etc.

Anyway, after 32 minutes, they started to call for the names, which were able to pass the exams and to which class they were assigned to. There were some civilians and some merchant's kids, who didn't pass, 2 kids in expensive clothes started to argue with examiners, after 2 minutes they started to threaten them with their family's influence and connections. It didn't last long, in 4 minutes the kids were threw outside and their parents were fined. I don't think, that their parent will be happy with their behavior. Village can even reject to take a mission from a merchant, which threatened some ninja.

Certainly, I've got enrolled into the class A, like every other kid from clan. Our class teacher was a woman with brown hair and black eyes. She said to follow her to our classroom and so we did. On the way i started to observe the kids. I didn't recognise any one of them from anime, however i have met and played with some of them in the past, mostly with Aburame Gonda, Kurama Nia and Inuzuka Mei.

Gonda is a boy with blond hair, which is not common in their clan, and his has calm, but cheerful personality. Mei is blue haired girl always with straight face, unlike her dog which never stays on one place and is always trying to do something. Lastly Nia she has black hair like everyone from her clan, she always has some flower in her hair, which she everyday buys in our flower shop, i know that she just wants to see me there, i understand she has her first crush on me, unfortunately i see her as a little sister, even in the future i don't think i will be able to share the same feeling with her. I just can't even think about my friend or family member in some other way.

I'm not the type of person who just thinks how to f**k everything that moves and if it doesn't move then how to make it move to f*ck it.

While I was observing the surroundings in curiosity, we arrived in our classroom and took the seats. I was seating on the front seats with 5 my friends.
