Gentle spring, sweet love, and the intense competition training did not conflict.

Lin Pingzheng was teaching them three times a week and it was two hours each time.

The speed of his lectures were very fast, and the content of these lectures jumped around a lot. He didn’t follow the textbook at all.

Tonight was another evening lecture. Several students of the competition class had their heads on their desks as they waited for him to come in.

They really didn’t want to take this old dog’s class. In any case, they had to learn it again after class.

But those who had to come still came.

Lin Pingzheng walked in with a stone face and didn’t look up at them. He turned the page and said, “Today we will talk about Coriolis force.”

All the students: “???”

What? So that’s the end of the angular momentum theorem?

The angular momentum theorem and the Euler’s rotation theorem were very difficult parts in the competition. Yet, he actually finished the lectures for it in a month and a half. He randomly gave them a pile of practice questions, and he didn’t correct their homework for them. He made them correct it themselves.

Everyone did not learn it well and it was very difficult to do the practice questions.

This was confusing. It was time to talk about Coriolis force? It was too much of a jump.

Lin Pingzheng made a brief introduction and wrote the formula on the blackboard with chalk.

When learning rigid body mechanics, everyone reluctantly accepted a lot of cross multiplication, differential and partial integral operations. Now, looking at the derivation of the formula on the blackboard, everyone was confused.

Even Zhang Man felt a headache coming and was dizzy.

For a first year student, this was like reading an imperial edict in cursive. It took Lin Pingzheng 15 minutes to finish the lecture.

And his explanation jumped around everywhere. ·̩̩̥͙**•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚ ꜱᴜᴘᴘᴏʀᴛ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʀᴀɴꜱʟᴀᴛᴏʀ ᴀɴᴅ ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴏɴ ꜰᴏxᴀʜᴏʟɪᴄ.ᴄᴏᴍ ˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚*·̩̩̥͙

Lin Pingzheng was drawing the derivation of Coriolis force and writing the formula as if it was no big deal. Then, he gave them five minutes to understand.

Although Cao Zhixue can’t understand it, he started to write it down first.

“v=dr/dt=v’+wXr‘+vr……”

“Then a=dv/dt…”

After he finished writing it, half of the formula was erased.

How about letting others learn?

“Shit.”

He put the pen down, and had to let out a curse.

Unexpectedly, Lin Pingzheng heard this. He glanced at him with contempt. Then, he wiped the last vector symbol on the blackboard, and pushed his glasses up.

“Why are your brains so slow and you can’t keep up? Cao Zhixue and Zhang Man, come up and write the formula I just gave.”

He was just done explaining it, so how was it possible for someone to remember it all…

After hearing this, Cao Zhixue angrily glared at Lin Pingzheng for a few seconds. He ended up saying nothing as he pushed his chair away and stood up and went to the podium.

Zhang Man also put down her pen and shook her head helplessly.

Coriolis force was something that she didn’t understand when she was studying mechanics in college. In fact, this content won’t be required by students in the competition.

Although it was not considered a difficult physics topic, it was too complex and obscure for high school students.

She stood up and was about to go to the podium when the youth gently tugged at her sleeve.

“Teacher, I will answer for them.”

The youth’s voice did not fluctuate, and his eyes were dark as he looked at Lin Pingzheng. It was hard to see what he was thinking.

If anything, he did not look happy.

Lin Pingzheng sneered, “You want to answer for them? Okay, you will also do it all for them in the competition.”

Cao Zhixue looked back and gritted his teeth. “Li Wei, it’s okay. I’ll answer it myself.”

The worst thing that would happen would be Lin Pingzhen making sarcastic remarks like before. They could not let Li Wei help them every time.

Zhang Man also looked at him reassuringly, and gently took off his hand holding her sleeve.

She took a piece of chalk from the podium and walked to the blackboard on the right.

Coriolis force describes the displacement of particles moving in a straight line in a rotating system due to inertia.

She thought for a long time, but did not recall what Lin Pingzheng had just said—what he said was really fast and messy.

Thus, she planned to calculate the difficult differential according to the coordinate system. She wrote several formulas based on her train of thoughts. However, how could she understand the main points that she did not understand after so many years?

In the middle of writing, shel got stuck.

Cao Zhixue was even more miserable. He wrote the dr/dt part of the formula, but could not write the next part as his face grew red.

Lin Pingzheng stared at their miserable state. He did not seem like a proper competition coach or had any concerns for students. Instead, he looks taunting and disdainful.

The sense of superiority in his eyes seemed to be daggers to their faces.

Zhang Man took a deep breath.  She turned around and put the chalk back in the chalk box. “Teacher, I can’t.”

It would be a waste of time to continue the stalemate.

But Cao Zhixue couldn’t swallow his pride. He just stood on the platform and didn’t speak.

His face was already really red.

Lin Pingzheng snickered disdainfully at Zhang Man’s surrender. He did not say anything and focused on firing at Cao Zhixue.

“Cao Zhixue, I advise you to really think about it and decide whether you should take this path in the future. I’ve called you up to answer questions a few times. Everyone can more or less answer one, but what about you? You haven’t answered any questions at least once.”
