Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

Gu Xiao Yue woke up early in the morning and washed her face and brushed her teeth. She then put on her school uniform. The uniform was a half-sleeved white shirt, a black pleeted skirt and black stockings with a red bow tie. She then did a ponytail and let loose her bangs on her face. She looked very beautiful and cute in the school uniform. Like a school belle.

She packed her school bag and then put on her leather black shoes and went downstairs for breakfast. Gu Shao Yan and Gu Qin Zhen were already dressed up and sitting on their chairs with grandpa Gu as they waited for her. She greeted them. "Good morning, grandpa, Yan, Zhen! What is it for breakfast today?" she was now used to calling them intimately in these days after being insisted by these cute trio.

"Good morning, Ah Yue! Come and sit down. Today it's your favourite fried rice and egg rolls with seaweed and chocolate milk for you. Hmm, although you sometimes act like a m.a.t.u.r.e a.d.u.l.t, you still have some childish taste in food huh. But that's what makes you more adorable. Hahaha" Old man Gu teases her and laughs together with the two brothers.

Gu Xiao Yue blushes a little then sits on the chair as she doesn't comment on it. She really didn't have anything to say as it is true so she let him be.

The maids serve the dishes on the table and they then start to eat. It's still early for school so they take their time.

Grandpa Gu wants Gu Xiao Yue to go together with Gu Shao Yan and Gu Qin Zhen to school by car but Gu Xiao Yue refuses as she wants to go to school by running as she hadn't jogged today and also didn't want to attract unnecessary attention towards her at school so grandpa Gu could only let her do as she wants after hearing her reasoning.

He actually wanted to say that he can deal with anyone who says bad about her going by car but she says she just doesn't want to bother him and that she like going to school on foot. Grandpa Gu sighs at her insistence. 'This girl is really stubborn. Not even wanting to back down a little. But I still like that she can make her own decisions.'

The two brothers try to persuade her but still the end is the same so they just give up on it and get on the car as the driver drives away from the gate to school.

Gu Xiao Yue then carries her bag and runs to school which is 40 minutes far from there on foot. She just runs as she takes her time to get to school. She reaches the school gates as she only sweats a little but doesn't pant nor show any tiredness. She had been running and practising martial arts which has helped her body to be strengthened a little so she can easily run 2km with only a bit of sweating and nothing much.

She then enters the school gates with calm and steady steps as she looks at the big school building and the big play ground at the right side and the well managed green plants around the school building. There is also a forest at the back of the school.

It was only 10 minutes till the first class starts so many students were coming and walking around the school. So the students were surprised seeing such a beautiful girl wearing their school uniform, entering from the school gates.

"Wow! Who is that beautiful girl there? Is she a transfer student? I don't think I have ever seen her before." said a boy as he looked at Gu Xiao Yue with twinkling eyes.

"Yeah, I also never seen her before. Maybe she really is a new student." said another boy as he also looked at her.

"She is so beautiful! Even the school belle doesn't hold a candle in front of her beauty!" said a girl as she pulled her friend besides her.

"That school belle doesn't even seem worthy to be compared to this girl. She looks so average when compared to this girl's beauty." said the girl's friend as she replied nonchalantly.

"Hey, shh! Don't say that out loud! You do know that the school belle's family is very rich and even the teachers and other students don't mess with her." said the girl again as she tugged at her friend's sleeve.

The whisperings went on but Gu Xiao Yue just ignored them. She did hear everything the students said but just didn't care about anything as she went towards the teaching building to find her class. Xi Xiao Yue wasn't really good at studies so she was at class 1-C. The class was at second floor so she went upstairs. Some students were following her to see where her class was and find out who she really was.

Gu Xiao Yue went on without caring about the surrounding students who looked at her with curious and admiring or jealous eyes of the boys and girls. She then stopped in front of class 1-C and everyone else also wondered if her class was here. The girl looked beautiful and intelligent but she was in class 1-C? Everyone had that thought as they saw her walking inside the classroom.

The students Inside the classroom who were making noise became silent as they saw her walking in. They were surprised by her beauty and felt more bewildered seeing her walking towards the only desk at the back.

She then sat down as she saw many mocking words and carvings on the desk which were done by the students who bullied her before and didn't even let her be at the first day of school. She then started to unpack her bag as she kept the bag inside the compartment.

A girl then stood up and walked towards her haughtily as she seemed to have recognised her. It was who other than Shu Ling Shi? She folded her hands and looked down upon Gu Xiao Yue who didn't even look at her as she said sneeringly.

"Xi Xiao Yue, you really have guts to come to school after what happened before." she said as gritted her teeth. She really felt displeased by her (GXY) behaviour and the humiliation at the mall and how she also escaped from being harmed by the hooligans. How can this bitch be so lucky as to get off without a scratch?! She wasn't willing to let her off so easily.

"Do I even need to have guts to come to school or you think I am stupid enough to become scared of someone like you? You are a nobody in my eyes so get lost!" said Gu Xiao Yue without even looking up at her as she continued fiddling with her bag and books.

The other students who heard those two were dumbfounded and couldn't believe what they just heard. 'That beautiful and calm girl was actually the shy and average looking Xi Xiao Yue?! How can a person change so drastically from an average girl to a gorgeous beauty?! Are my ears hearing nonsense?'

Everyone had this thought as they couldn't help but rub their eyes and pick on their ears as to see and hear clearly and see that it's an illusion but the fact couldn't be changed. This made them feel like so unreal that the girl who looked like a pushover evolved into a beautiful and confident girl.

"Of course you should feel scared! After all, you are just a poor girl with no talents nor good at studies. You are only average in everything. So what if you have become beautiful? You are still the same loser who is easy to bully!" said Shu Ling Shi as she stared with hatred in her eyes as she looked at the peerlessly beautiful face with still some baby fat with jealousy filling her heart.

'How could she become so beautiful in such a short time?! She clearly saw her looking as usual in the mall. Although she bought such expensive clothes, she believed that it was nothing but an errand for some rich girls as she worked a part time as a maid.'

She was really a short-minded and stupid girl who didn't even see the expensive looking school bag and the good quality school uniforms as she only deceived herself due to her jealousy.

"So what? Whether I come to school or not doesn't have anything to do with you. Or do you want me to do the same thing as I did to you at the mall or will you willingly not bother me. I haven't forgotten about what you wanted to do to me as I can always find the evidences to sue you."

The last sentence was said in a low voice which only the two could hear which made Shu Ling Shi go pale white and felt a bit guilty and scared when she heard 'sue'. But she then stopped thinking that as she thought that Gu Xiao Yue was only trying to scare and couldn't do anything to her at all.

She then lifted her chin high as she said in a derisive voice. "Xi Xiao Yue, you really think you are some big shot to talk like that to me? I can make your life miserable with only a few words from me so don't get so c.o.c.ky."

"Even if I am not any big shot, I can still make you feel pain worse than death so go back to your seat or I'll let you taste the pain much painful than the last time, got it? Oh, right. How are your legs? Are they still hurting? You must have had a hard time standing properly for some days, right? " said Gu Xiao Yue in a mocking tone.

She had kicked her knees and also pressed at a pressure point which made the person feel painful if she tried to stand properly or walk for five days straight. This was the way she punished Shu Ling Shi for picking on her that day but she didn't think that she would make more trouble for her. She even wanted to just break her legs for what she wanted to do to her.

"You.. You.. How dare you threaten me?!" Shu Ling Shi was scared immediately after she remembered about the incident of being in pain all the time whever she wanted to get up or walk around as she felt so much pain that she would burst in tears.

She didn't want to experience it again so she was scared of how Gu Xiao Yue did it. She wanted to retort but then the bell rang and she had to go back to seat while gritting her teeth tightly. "Just you wait. I'll make you pay for your arrogance."

Gu Xiao Yue heard her but didn't care as she shrugged and the head teacher entered the classroom.
