Reborn In Monster Girl Quest With A System?!

In Heaven…

The goddess of all life is currently a little scared because of the power she had glimpsed into a certain individual who appeared to have as much or even more power than herself. She must take that power for herself or kill the thing that had that much power. She called for an emergency meeting of all of Heaven.

A few days later…

She was sitting at the head of the table they were all sitting at. She glimpsed at them all, Eden the seraph, the seven archangels, Black Alice and Promestein. She started telling them of the incident a week ago, before she was halfway through talking everyone had pale faces. A few of the archangels fainted from the shock and surprise they had after she finished speaking.

She stood up and asked the whole table "What should we do with this powerful individual?"

The few archangels left conscious say to kill it immediately. Black Alice was scheming about how to take his power, Promestein was the only one actually thinking about it.

She finally answered almost ten minutes later "What we do is almost certainly irrelevant because once they become powerful enough they will sense the existence of heaven and we can see if he wants peace or war. Of course we could try to kill him but I have a feeling he was a way to attack Angels without going through the barrier we have in the mortal world. I believe the only course of guaranteed survival for Heaven is for you to get stronger than you are right now, which might be hard but it's possible."

Little did anyone know that she was planning to visit him and propose an alliance with him. This way they could benefit from each other, she would get him access to Heaven and he could help her conduct some experiments or guard her, or maybe even gather hard to get materials for her. She was excited from the thought of what an alliance with him could mean for her and her research.
