Ai Fei literally don't understand what Su Tao was saying.

Of course, she knew that Mr. and Mrs. Jiang won't be happy in her plans but she was pretty sure that Yi Jun will be happy about it knowing she won't be staying in the mansion and he wouldn't see her anymore.

"So forget about that plan of yours" Su Tao said in finality.

"Wait!" Ai Fei was having a hard time to understand it. "Are we sailing in the same boat?"

"Of course" Su Tao answered, "Aren't you proposing to me? I mean to make our relationship be more than friends."

"What?!" Ai Fei was surprised, "What the hell are you talking about?" she face palm.

"Look could you let me finish what I'm about to say instead of jumping into some weird conclusion" She laughed knowing Su Tao misunderstood her.

"What am I saying is, I have a proposal…" She raised her hand to stop Su Tao when he was about to open his mouth to protest. "I was planning to offer you a co-ownership of the café business I was planning to make"

Su Tao blinked a few times.

"I have save enough money to build my own café" Ai Fei looked around, "that's why I insisted to visit all café here to give me some ideas how to run this business."

"Oh!"

"Just what were you thinking a while ago?"

"Nothing" Su Tao said dismissively.

He was embarrassed to admit that he got a wrong idea the moment he heard her saying 'proposal'

Su Tao knew about the rumors about them circulating inside the academy.

It was the reputation of the Jiang Family that stopped the students to spread the rumor outside the school.

When he heard Ai Fei said about proposal, the first thing that comes to his mind was that she was planning to turn the rumor to reality;

Ai Fei laid out her plans and discussed it with Su Tao.

Su Tao declined at first saying that he can't defy the Jiang Family since it was already set that he will be studying business major sponsored by the Jiang Family.

But Ai Fei told him that no matter what he does; Ting Wen will always have bigger chances of getting the PA position than Su Tao.
