Reincarnated As A Side Character

Su Tao was not listed as one of the guest; he was working in the kitchen under the head chef to earn some experience. Before the guests arrive, she saw Su Tao helping putting the dessert in the table.

She didn't want to disturb him in his work but the calling of the dessert to her wins.

She went to Su Tao and told him to set apart some of the dessert for her to eat later.

Su Tao agrees while teasing her that she might get fat of eating too much.

Ai Fei was busy searching for Su Tao when she didn't notice Yi Jun leaning closer to her ear.

"Could you pay attention" Yi Jun whispered in her ears.

When she felt his breath in the side of her face, she shivered.

Her hand was itching to punch this boy for doing that but she remembers that there are too many people here.

She moved away from him a little and turned to face him.

"I will" She smiled but her eyes were almost glaring at him.

Yi Jun stared at her for a while before turning his attention to the guest who was talking to his father.

Unknown to them, there is someone who was watching them from a far.

Even though that someone knew that the two were siblings; that someone couldn't help but begin to feel jealous of how Yi Jun treat Ai Fei.

Yi Jun saw his parents were smiling widely towards the guest – a young woman wearing a red tube and long ankle length skirt with gold pattern showing her flat stomach; a see-through shawl drape in her left shoulder and a man who was wearing a maroon loose pants and knee length long-sleeve coat with silver pattern.

"Thank you for accepting our invitation" Mrs. Jiang said still smiling.

She and her husband tried to offer a hand shake to the young princess but the girl ignored them and let the man – her aide do the talking.

The Jiang couple was expecting the King or the crown prince to attend the party; they didn't expect that they will send a mere third princess and her aide.

They were annoyed seeing the princess hasn't spoken a single word or grace them a smile.

"Thank you for inviting us" the Aide said.

Mr. Jiang nodded, "This is our son, Yi Jun"

"Welcome to C Country" Yi Jun took a small step and offers his hand for handshake. "It's nice to meet you"

"The name is Giru" the Aide introduced himself, "It's nice to meet you too" shook Yi Jun's hand then he let go.

Yi Jun also turn to the princess direction and offered his hand but a few second past the princess didn't move so Yi Jun retreat his hand, "I hope you enjoy your stay here."
