Reincarnated As A Side Character

It was just a simple house; made in woods and smooth stones. There's only one bedroom where she and her grandfather share.

She went inside, walking slowly as the wood floor create a creaking sound under her feet.

Everything was a mess.

There are spider webs in every corner of the house and hole in the roof.

She went to the bedroom and looked around; it was empty.

She gasped as her eyes caught the drawing in the wall.

It was the last straw; her tears immediately fell from her eyes. She knelt down feeling like someone was gripping her heart.

Her sobbing was echoing inside the house. She lay down and curled like a baby in cold floor; losing track of the time she spend there.

"Jia Hao" Shin called the attention of his friend who was in dazed while they were in cafeteria. "Jia!"

Jia Hao blinked a few times finally coming back to reality. "I'm sorry what did you say?"

"You're not listening"

"I am… it's just…" he lean back, "Ai Fei has been absent for two days. This is the second day and she didn't even text or call me why she's absent." he was getting worried, "I tried to call her phone but it was unreachable"

"We can ask Su Tao after class" Shin suggested.

"Or we can ask him now"

"You have his number?" Shin sighed when Jia Hao shook his head. "We still have a class later."

"No" he sternly said knowing what his friend is thinking.

"Yes" Jia Hao stood up, "let's go"

"We're cutting classes now?"

"Yes" Jia Hao nodded.

Shin shook his head as he sighed.

He stood up and took out his phone to call their driver.

They went at the back of the academy and easily climb the wall. They hop in in the car that was waiting in the other side of the road.

When they arrive at Zhu Yuan Café, Jia Hao immediately looked for Su Tao and thankfully he was there.

Jia Hao and Shin sat at the far corner while waiting for Su Tao.

"So, you guys are cutting classes now?" he looked at Jia Hao and Shin back and forth.

"Have you seen Ai Fei?" Jia Hao asked ignoring Su Tao's question.

"I'm not living in the mansion anymore since I enter university." Su Tao said, "Is there something wrong?" he asked seeing Jia Hao was getting worried.
