They've been battling the beast for some minutes now, and they've given it some injuries here and there. It hadn't killed any of them, it hadn't injured any of them, it hadn't destroyed any of the carriages or killed any of the horses.

The first thing he did after reaching its shoulder was to slash it, it was a really deep cut. The beast began moving its hand toward its right shoulder to grab him...as expected.

The warrior was already expecting this, so before the hand could even reach its shoulder, he had already moved to its head.

He was standing on top of its head currently, and immediately, he raised his sword holding its bottom with both hands, then he brought it down with force stabbing the beast's head as blood began drizzling out.

'ROAR!'

The beast roared out loudly as it brought out flame from its mouth, that was some pain there. It began moving its hand toward its head to grab the warrior...but as usual, he wouldn't let it.

Before the hand could reach its head, he had already jumped off it. And reaching its neck, he slashed it there as well before landing on the ground.

..Right now, the warrior's sword was stained with blood, it had given the beast some injuries there.

And you know what? It weakened the beast due to the way it staggered, but it wasn't enough to kill it. The beast roared out loudly and brought out flame from its mouth again.

Now, it didn't direct the flame to one person, it directed it to everyone standing around it. It was angry, so it was just swiveling its head as the flame was moving to different sides.

..But the knights and warriors didn't let the flame touch them.

They moved to different sides that the flame didn't end up touching any of them...but there were some close calls though.

Was Ethan among the knights and warriors that dodged the flame? Yes, he was among them, he had also given the beast some injuries.

After that had taken place, one of the Knights' voices resounded,

"It's about time to end this, there's no time to waste. Let's target its core and bring it down".

And the moment he made that utterance, he didn't wait for anyone to make the move, instead, he made the move. He began running toward the beast with speed with his sword in his hand.

And getting close to the beast, he jumped as he was heading toward the beast's core. Now, he wasn't expecting what happened next.

The beast noticed he was heading toward its core, and though it was disorientated, it suddenly turned around and swung its hand as it was heading toward the knight.

Now, that had spoiled everything, the knight wasn't expecting this to happen at all. The hand didn't hit him, he managed to dodge it, but he wouldn't be able to reach the beast's back neck again where the core was situated.

He landed on the ground, and while he was landing on the ground, another warrior was already running toward the beast...he wanted to end this now.

Getting close to the beast, he jumped as he was heading toward the beast's neck as well. The beast that was facing the other side suddenly turned its head around.

..Now, that was unexpected, but the warrior was ready to do something.

He was already transferring mana toward his right hand as his sword was in his left hand. And the moment he reached the beast's face, with the help of mana, he blasted its face with flame.

..Yes, he possessed the same affinity as the beast, the fire affinity.

That blasting alone was enough to disorientate the beast a lot as a roar escaped its mouth. And by now, the warrior had already reached the beast's neck, it was about time to destroy its core.

He was glancing at its core currently, and without wasting time, he began stabbing it with his sword as blood was gushing out. The beast was roaring out loudly as its strength was draining rapidly.

But the warrior didn't care, he kept stabbing its core. That was the plan, to drain the beast's strength completely and bring it down.

The beast began moving its hand toward its neck to grab the warrior though its strength was draining rapidly. The warrior saw its hand coming but didn't jump off its neck, in fact, he doesn't plan on jumping off it.

..He wasn't done with what he was doing.

As the beast's hand got closer to him, he swung his sword with force slashing the beast's hand. That force was enough to cause the beast's hand to move back and also cut off one of its fingers.

And immediately, the warrior focused on stabbing the beast's core once again. Blood was drizzling out of its core, and the beast was slowly going down.

It lost its strength completely as it was already falling. Before it could land on the ground completely, the warrior had already jumped off it and made way so the beast wouldn't land on him.

The beast's lifeless body landed on the ground with a thud...it's already been brought down. And you know what? That warrior's voice resounded,

"You see? We really did come across another magical beast just as I said".

"Yeah, it's been expected to an extent without you saying it". A Knight's voice resounded.

"And it's been brought down already". A warrior uttered.

Then he glanced at the warrior that brought down the beast and commend him,

"Nice job, man".

..The warrior only smiled and nodded his head a little.
