1st Half of 1st inning: Akikawa begins it's offensive.

Kojima went to mound and throw some practice pitches. after that Miyuki went to the mound.

Miyuki: What is going on with that power behind the pitches?

Kojima: Huh, don't know, maybe I am in good form today.

Miyuki: OK, that's good throw with your all, let's do this.

Kojima: Yes.

"Play ball" Umpire said to begin match.

Crowd:

"Why didn't they sent Furuya?"

As crowd was discussing and presenting their views, Kojima took his stance and started his pitching motion with a big wind up. He shifted his weight on his right leg and then Slammed his left leg on the mound and starting to store strength, he clenched his glove as tightly as possible and shift his force on his finger tips and transfer all his force into the ball.

Crowd:

"What Happened?"

"What was that noise?"

"Fast, that was fast, almost as Furuya"

"What?"

"Seidou has another monster?"

Kojima pitched three fast ball consecutively and batter can't even touch the ball.

Miyuki: Nice ball {his ball got faster, his control improved, he pitched at almost where my MIT is placed}

Kojima struck out 2nd and 3rd batters with only breaking balls and retire the side.

2nd half of the 1st inning:

Shunshin stepped on the mound and started pitching they either struck out by swing and miss or hit a grounder in the infield.

1st Half of the 2nd inning:

Kojima jammed the Kuramochi, he fired a bullet towards Yuuki. He struck out Shunshin by swing and miss. 6th batter hit a pop fly to the first base.

2nd half of the 2nd Inning:

Captain Yuuki Hit the ball over the head of the pitcher and sprint towards 1st base. Kojima got up from the deck circle, after few practice swings he stepped in the batter box. Shunshin pitched two balls slightly outside of the striking zone.

He pitched third pitch to the right upward corner with only half ball inside the strike zone. Kojima swung his bat with great force, the ball connect to the slim part of the bat, even after jamming the ball went over the head of the Shortstop and dropped right in front of Left fielder. Yuuki only managed to 2nd base while Kojima reached 1st base.

But Seidou's batting stagnated there as after kojima next batters either struck out or hit a grounder in the infield.

Up to the end of the 1st half of the 5th inning, the game was in stalemate as either team couldn't score. In the 2nd half of the 5th inning, Yuuki hit a single and after that Kojima hit a straight 2 run home run at the back screen.

In the top of 6th inning Kojima was replaced Sawamura and was sent to Left fielder. Sawamura Pitched amazingly at the insiders. His control on the inside pitches has greatly improved. In the 2nd half of the 8th inning Miyuki gave the finishing touch by scoring a 2 run home run. till the end Sawamura pitched with great spirit and didn't gave any run.

Seidou won the match by 4-0.

Kojima's stats were 1 home run and 2 hits in 3 at bats. 7 strike outs with only 3 hits in 5 innings.

With this win Seidou made into Best 8!!
