Reincarnation: Love After Death

Inside the Silver's Hotel, there has been a gloomy atmosphere.

Doctors gathered for a meeting regarding a VIP patient. But a certain doctor seems to feel so unwell.

Arion looked as if heaven and earth were on his shoulders as he was looking at the screen of his phone, and every scroll he made with it, his grip tightened as if he could crush the poor thing with his b.a.r.e hands.

The other doctors in the meeting couldn't help but ask him if there's something wrong.

But instead of answering, Arion stood up and rushed out of the conference room.

Everyone was stunned. They knew Arion prioritized his work as a doctor above anything else, so seeing him walked out of their meeting is something so surprising for them.

Arion immediately called for a cab once he was inside the elevator. He don't wanna waste a single second on waiting for Elaia to respond to his messages.

'I need answers or else I'll go crazy' he thought to himself.

Meanwhile, inside a fancy restaurant were a sweet couple laughing about each other's sillyness.

"So you were saying that Vainos once dressed up as a girl because there's a soul of a woman that is allergic with good looking guys?!"

D nodded. "Yep" popping the 'p'

"That's crazy!" Then Elaia laughed so hard that she was already clutching her stomach.

"Akila also had it worst. He encountered a very clingy soul that don't want to part with him and even went inside his bathroom to follow him."

"What's worst about that?" Elaia asked and tilted her head a little.

"It's a guy's soul."

Then they both laughed.

"Talk about awkward"

The waiter appeared in front of them to serve the main course. Steak with broccoli and gravy, red wine, chicken salad, deep fried pork cutlet with cheese, and roast chicken.

Elaia gasped. "Wow. They all looked delicious."

"I don't know your favorite so I just ordered all their special dishes."

Elaia blushed. "Thank you. So.. let's eat"

D nodded. They both enjoyed the food in front of them.

They also happily ate the dessert which is a blueberry cheesecake and fruit salad.

The couple went back to the hotel with smiles on both of their faces.

D escorted Elaia back to her hotel room, and there they saw Arion standing at the front door with his head bowed down as if he was deeply contemplating.

"Hey." Elaia greeted Arion.

Arion looked up to face Elaia. He offered her a small smile but quickly vanished as he saw D standing behind Elaia.

Arion gritted his teeth in silent fury.

"What are you doing here?" Elaia asked.

"Nothing. Just wanna check up on you to see if you're okay."

"I'm okay. Thanks. Do you want to go inside to have some coffee or tea?" Elaia offered.

Arion shook his head then said, "Thanks for the offer but maybe some other time."

Arion walked towards the elevator but before he went inside he looked back at the couple who were now entering Elaia's hotel room.

He thought to himself, 'I guess waiting was a bad idea.' then entered the elevator.

The moment he exited the hotel building, Arion looked up and said to himself, "So no more waiting."
