'Notorious' stop his steps and turns, facing Kurt who is so troubled. He starts to understand Kurt's expression gradually since he is beginning to keep questioning the decision 'Notorious' made and he's trying to stop 'Notorious'.

The hall is pretty big, no doors, no window, just white wall all around them. Pretty much a wrong place for a spy to be in to without their disguise.

"Chances are not coming twice, bat."

"But, sir Erwin, how if we got caught? This decision is still a risky one how many times I tried to think of it. Didn't you always say that we must carefully think of what is the best decision we have to make? This isn't sir 'Notorious' I know."

'Notorious' slide down his mask, exposing his pretty face once more before he walks closer towards Kurt and put his hand on Kurt's shoulders.

'Notorious' deeply inhale and look up to the ceiling, everything is just white, the two spies standing in front of each other in silence. One is still holding onto his decision, and the other one is concern about their safety and the success chance of their mission.

'Notorious' wants a triumph, he wished to finish his mission, he's sick of the war that is happening and what makes him more irritated is how the government treat their people.

"We've received this mission, I don't care what might cost me to accomplish this mission, even if I have to give my soul to the devil, I will do it."

"But, how if we fail this mission? I mean, look around us, sir. Didn't you think it's strange? No matter how quiet this place is, sometimes, there must be guards wandering around."

'Notorious' starts to immerse himself into his thoughts, place his finger to his chin, and close his eyes. His eyes suddenly wide-open, and he snaps his finger.

"This place is implementing the new defensive security system, right? The one that needs a retina scan."

"Yes, and what's with that?"

"I heard that whoever gets close to this building without having themselves scanned will cause an intruder alarm, right?"

"That's correct, sir."

"But it's still on probation, right? I think I know where all the guards went to."

'Notorious' smirks before he puts back on his mask and turns his back from Kurt.

"They wanted to implement it once I, as a new head of the guard forces, come and complete my transfer doc.u.ment."

"Ah, so they must be in the control room, is that what you mean, sir Erwin?"

"Yes, the guards must be somewhere in the guard office, are you agreeing with me now?"

"Yes, sir Erwin, I won't say anything."

'Notorious' smiles and put back his mask. He believes he would win, his heart is racing, he's looking forward for the victory, take down the current regime. He's expecting a world peace, no dictatorship, where people have their voice and freedoms.

"World with no wars sounds cool, right?"

"Yes, sir Erwin."

'Notorious' is now walking in the front, feeling all confident. He convinced that he will definitely finish the mission successfully.

They are keeping eyes to surrounding and covering everyone's back, Kurt and 'Notorious' can sneak their way near the control room, and as 'Notorious' predict, only a few people are around because the facility is still testing the new security system.

Standing inside a small room with blood scents, 'Notorious' and Kurt are sitting inside a toilet near their target. While still watching over the surroundings with a scout camera, Kurt isn't moving even an inch from the dead body near him.

'This is just a small price to pay for the future, please forgive me, scientist man.'

'Notorious' is delivering his condolence, still asking for forgiveness from the soul that leaves the body.

"Sir Erwin, there's like 2 people going this way."

'Notorious' his pray and tap on his c.h.e.s.t once.

"Now, let's take them down."

The door outside opens, footsteps are coming closer and closer, two people are talking with each other, and laughter sometimes can be heard on the sidelines of the conversation.

'Notorious' is giving Kurt a sign with his right hand to launch a surprise attack onto them.

'Notorious' pulled out a gun and give it to Kurt, then they both start to torch a little hole on the door, and fly a bullet right into their head, that two people are now laying down on the ground with their hand on their zipper.

'Thank God they finished and it didn't spill anywhere on the outfit.'

'Notorious' drag the dead bodies inside the toilet stall after he removes their clothes, because 'Notorious' need it for a disguise, so they will be able to deceive the other guards and get closer to the control room.

"Maybe next time you guys need to use a helmet even when you are going to the restroom,"

Said 'Notorious' while he is putting the helmet on his head and leaves the stall, walking towards Kurt who is standing behind the door and waits for 'Notorious' before they make next move.

"Alright, now let's move."

'Notorious' put on the white mask he took from the first guy he killed, carrying a gun on his hands and starts walking like a soldier.

'Notorious' walks in front and Kurt is following him from behind, walking inside a spacious room using an army uniform. It reminds him of the uniform he wore in the morning before he turns into his true self.

"Oh, you both back."

An old-looking soldier is waving at them. 'Notorious' and Kurt walks closer to him, and the old man just smiles and pat 'Notorious' on his shoulder.

"It's your guys turn to check the security system, right?"

'Notorious' nods, he's trying to follow up the conversation and not being suspicious. Kurt is still standing behind him, no one knows what is inside his head right now, he's just hiding behind 'Notorious', using a scarf to hide his face.

"This old man is about to end his career…"

The old-looking soldier is sighing and look up into the ceiling.

"I honestly don't like this, this war has gone too far for this old man to be in this war."

The old soldier just laughs a bit, and he's patting 'Notorious' on the shoulder again.

"There will be a new lad that would change my position here, be good to him, okay? I'm grateful this old man can finally rest, hahaha."

'I'm sorry old soldier, but that boy is right in front of you.'

"Then follow me, we finish your turn so I'd be able to rest soon, hahaha."

The old soldier puts his hands on the back and walks in front, leading them to a big door. He's about to put his hand on a fingerprint device, but what comes next is his head penetrated by a .45 ACP bullet coming from behind 'Notorious'.

"Your death will not be in vain, I will answer your wish to put an end to this war."

'Notorious' drag the old soldier's hand and put it on the fingerprint machine. Kurt is standing behind, getting ready to fire his gun.

The lamp indicator light green and 'Notorious' throw the old soldier's hand and getting ready with his gun.

The door slowly opens, and 'Notorious' is getting his finger ready on the trigger. He's changing the switch to semi-automatic and put the b.u.t.t plate below his shoulder, put his cheek and aiming onto the open door using the iron sight on his gun.

The shots firing, people inside the room are so startled, the soldiers aren't ready, and 'Notorious' is aiming at them, taking them down before anyone else.

Kurt is shooting wildly into the room, taking down everyone inside. There's a bit of shootout, some soldiers inside the room return fire and Kurt is getting shot at his leg.

'Notorious' quickly aiming at the soldiers who are holding a gun, he's shooting them one by one on and penetrate their head from outside, such a talented shooter to be able to kill people from even through a cranny gap.

"Kurt, stop the firing."

'Notorious' lift his left hand, giving a sign to stop the shooting. he's walking inside the room with him still on guard, aiming his gun, checking the surrounding if there's anyone left.

"Alright, sector clear."

Kurt is still standing outside, watching if any reinforcement will come. He's quickly come inside when 'Notorious' gives a sign and deny access from outside, the door is now locked.

Kurt is walking around the room and kicking the dead body lying down on the floor. Blood splattered everywhere inside the room.

"What are you doing?"

"Checking if any of them is still alive, sir."

"Please don't do that, that would torment them, they are already dead."
