Because, if someone broke the oath their body will explode and the soul of that person would be devour by unknown devilish creäture.

Rumors said that the soul of those who broke the blood oath will be slaved in underworld. But, no one get to confirmed that rumor.

So, Kim Shin explained what is Blood Oath to them.

But, they doesn't have any choice but to comply at Kim Shin's wished. Otherwise they would die early if they did not take the Blood Oath.

Seeing the worry in their eyes. Kim Shin assured them.

"Don't worry, I won't demand something excessive. I just want you all to promise that, you won't ever try to think about getting back on me or mention what happened here to anyone besides all of us here!"

He continued instructing them on what to do.

Without any more choice, Steve's group start to slice their own hand.

When they finished their Oaths.

After taking the Blood Oath. Some of Steve's men were fell unconscious on the ground. Only a few could be seen standing.

Steve brushed off the blood at the corner of his mouth and asked Kim Shin.

He simply replied.

"So, Do you have any plan on what to do next?"

Steve curiously inquired and he slowly sat on the ground beside Kim Shin.

At Steve's questioned. Kim Shin suddenly went silent.

If, he remember correctly at any moment. There would be an announcement about the new side mission.

The second part of the tutorial in Dark Hyena Forest. It was a horrible scene for the newbie Kim Shin before.

He saw people dying like an ant by the sharp fangs and claws of the waves of Hyena monsters.
