Back at the house, Alex and his family were nervously waiting for Merlin's call. After he cut the call on Alex, he nervously told his parents the entire ordeal, and then decided to wait. As of now, they were discussing on how to deal with the zombie outside.

Ethan was stubbornly sticking onto the idea of going out and confronting the zombies with the few weapons they had made. Their current weapons? A broom stick, baseball bat and a rake. Not much of anything according to Alex, who wanted to just wait for Merlin to return. He generally had that sort of personality to rely on Merlin for most things other than studies.

When they were younger, Alex used to get bullied a lot for being a book-worm. But there was one kid who never told him anything in the class, and finally came over to talk to Alex one day. They began to get along since then, and slowly built on their relationship.

One an outcast for being too nerdy, and the other and outcast for being depressed and angry all the time. The two outcasts joined hands and became stronger than ever before. Merlin became physically a lot stronger over time, while Alex just kept on becoming smarter. It was to the point that Alex skipped a few grades.

And when he was bullied in the upper class, Merlin would secretly beat up those upperclassmen without having Alex know. Naturally, Alex noticed that once someone tried to bully him, they would come to school the next day with bruises and cuts, and wouldn't bother him after that, and soon he realised it was Merlin's doing.

The two had built a reliance on each other, with Merlin being the brawn and Alex being the brain. Naturally, Alex would listen to Merlin in times of danger like this, and Merlin would listen to Alex in most other times. Naturally Alex would try and follow Merlin's instructions at a time like this, it was ingrained in his subconscious.

*Ring Ring*

Feeling the familiar feeling of the phone vibrating, Alex picked up the phone with delight as he saw the number on it.

"Hey Alex. Is everything Alright? No one is hurt right?"

"Nope, everything it fine. It's just that there is a zombie at our door. It was already in the front yard before you had called. But don't worry, The fence is switched on and there is only one."

"What! Are all the doors shut? Windows? Roof? Basement? Are all doors locked to every possible place? Quickly! Tell me!"

"Ah! Yes. It's all sealed."

"Phew. Ok. Now just sit tight. It will be there in another 10 minutes. In that much time, I need you and your parents to pack up as much food and clothes, and any other needs required for living somewhere else."

"What, Why? We are moving somewhere else?"

"Naturally. A house in the suburbs might me a good place for a small family to live. But we are a lot more than a small family."

Of course, Merlin also needed to find zombies to evolve to tier 1 as soon as possible. He also needed zombies to level up his troop after the tutorial.

"What do you mean by more people? Who have you brought along with you?"

Looking around him and seeing the 10 vehicles full of police officers. Guns, ammunitions, food, unconscious survivors including Alice, he thought and said,

"The police."

While they were deciding on a route to take, Sean had suggested to take the northern route to save on time. However, what he had forgotten was that there were 2 other police stations along the way. Although one of them had already been cleared of guns, it still had its cars and ammunitions, and the other one had a lot of surviving police officers. Seeing the large number of cars and police officers, those surviving officers also decided to join in to survive for even a little longer. By now, Merlin had accumulated a working force of around 35 men. Along the way they had also plundered a few supermarkets for food, while Merlin kept the zombies at bay, alone.

The officers were shocked at first when Merlin presented the idea, but they slowly understood Merlin's strength as they saw him slaughtering the zombies. At one particular supermarket, breaking open the door did not create a silent alarm, but sounded an actual alarm, which attracted zombies from all over.

There were hundreds of zombies coming in waves, as their boss, Merlin kept killing them. A dozen with one swing of his metal rod. By the end of that zombie wave, Merlin was actually exhausted from the constant fighting. He may be immune to becoming a zombie by now, but was not immune to becoming tired. He was human after all. Being drenched in zombie blood, he was so tired that he could not move for. While. Just stood there standing amongst the corpses of the ones he killed.

Everyone was truly frightened by Merlin at for he looked like a crazed berserker from video games. The image of his heroic stance as he stood on the mountains of corpse was ingrained into their heads. It was at this point that they began worshipping Merlin as their hero, and it was at this point that Merlin got two titles. That is right, two titles at once! In the past, Merlin only had 1 title, 'Strongest elemental user of humanity,' which had given him incredible benefits by itself, and even given him a few skills!

But now, he had two!
