"To those who have choosen to accept the Awakening System we ask that you come to your nearest military region as soon as possible to register, in case of emergency those 'awakened' will have to help the military personal to retaliate and kill the monsters."

"Those who don't register will be subject of investigation for discovery of their real intentions. This behavior can bring a calamity to normal citizens if not properly controlled, specially those who had previous passage by police, with this new power they can mostly treat normal people as their toys for multiple purposes."

"We're also in the need to inform that our dearest comrade, the president Jiang JinTao, was also a victim of the monsters, which all of us will miss him."
