The Ren Manor is full of busy bodies. All the maids and servants are busy arranging the main manor of the Ren Estate. It's not surprising as the Crown Prince; Zhao Longwei will have a visit. The most anxious ones are the First Young Miss and Second Miss of the Ren Manor. It's not a secret that the Crown Prince is engaged to Ren Zhilan. Ren Weimin is anxious as he pace back and forth. In front of him is his wife Ruo Jie, his son Ren Liqin and his daughter Ren Lifen. Ren Weimin wanted Ren Lifen to be betrothed to the Crown Prince instead of the Ren Manor's disgrace. After all, aside from his son who is already a rank 5 in Earth Realm; Ren Lifen is already a rank 9 Novice Mage at the age of fifteen!

Every realm of a martial artist and magicians has nine layers or rank.

For martial experts, there are five realms and differentiate in five colours. The light that a martial expert release is their aura and also represents what rank and realm they are. The five realms of martial experts are Mortal Realm – Green, Earth Realm – Yellow, Sky Realm – Red, Divine Realm – White and Sage Realm – Black.

For the magicians, their ranks also have nine layers but their body doesn't emit aura but their staff do. The corresponding color of the magician's rank is the same like the martial experts but with different name. The corresponding ranks of a magician are Novice Mage, Intermediate Magician, Master Spell Caster, Elder Wizard and Grand Sorcerer.

In order to cultivate, aside from gathering the qi and spiritual energy to the surrounding, they can hunt Mystic Beast to improve their strength. Mystic Beast also can be tame and made them as their Beast Guardian by undergo a contract. The more compatible the Mystic Beast to the person, the powerful the effect to the person! That's why all the people should have a Beast Guardian at the age of thirteen in order to improve their strength and future growth.

Ren Weimin invests a lot for his children's future. His son is already eighteen and possesses a rank 8 High Tier Earth Liger while Ren Lifen has a rank 7 High Tier Frost Gail Eagle. He paid a lot of money just to give these mystic beasts to his children. His decision is right as Ren Liqin and Ren Lifen are the most outstanding third generation of the Ren Manor.

All he needs now is a powerful backing.

Ren Liqin is one of the promising students of the Iron Fortress Academy, one of the top martial schools in the whole Xing Yan Empire. As for Ren Lifen, he already plans to enroll her to the prestigious Mythic Falls Academy of Magic. Even so, it was still not enough.

"Father, when will the Crown Prince arrive?" Ren Lifen said anxiously.

"The Highness Crown Prince will arrive in the evening. Father made an extravagant banquet for Highness Crown Prince. Ren Liqin, you should have a good relationship with the Crown Prince and as for you Fen'er, you should capture His Highness' heart tonight," Ren Weimin said sternly.

"Husband, are you worried about Ren Zhilan?" Ruo Jie said cautiously.

"Worried to that rubbish slot? My dear, Ren Zhilan is a trash. What I'm worried about is Ren Hualing. At the age of fourteen, she is already a rank 2 in Earth Realm. Ren Huan is also par with Fen'er. We can't let that sly Weisheng have the spotlight," Ren Weimin said with a serious voice.

"Don't worry father, I will win the Crown Prince," Ren Lifen said with confidence.

"Good, about that trash s.l.u.t forget about her. Tonight, I want the two of you to shine," Ren Weimin said and laughs out.

The family of four is unaware that all of their discussion was heard. Hei Ying's eyes squint and she quickly leave without a trace.

Back at Ren Zhilan's courtyard, the little girl is sitting in a lotus position as she both absorbs the dou qi and spiritual energy in her surroundings. She may be powerful but her current mortal body can't handle it. She is unaware that her rank in dou qi and magic is increasing rapidly. For being thirteen years of age, she is already a rank 5 in Mortal Realm and a rank 6 Novice Mage. It was terrifying fast as she just cultivated for only a single night.

Ren Zhilan opened her eyes and her body emits a green glow. The green light disperses and she stops squatting on the bed. She slowly walks and takes a seat on the comfy chair that Hei Ying prepared. Hei Ying kneel in front of Ren Zhilan with full of admiration reflecting on her eyes.

"What do you learn?" Ren Zhilan said monotonously.

"Reporting to Mistress, the Crown Prince of Xing Yan Empire will arrive tonight. I also learn that the original is betrothed to the Crown Prince since birth. Ren Weimin and Ren Weishing's daughters will compete on the Crown Prince's affection despite that he is already betrothed to the Third Miss," Hei Ying said in full and short detail.

"Good, it seems the Ren Manor will be lively tonight," Ren Zhilan said enigmatically.

She may be living as a mortal but she is still the Chaos Goddess who likes to bring trouble and havoc. She will not let them off easily.
