"Ah my sweetheart how have you been?" (???) Hugging Jaune, the blonde female said affectionally.

"Mom your embarrassing me." (Jaune) With some difficulty, he managed to word out his complaint of suffocation due to hugging.

Hearing what her son had said, Jaunes mother finally let go of him and took a step back, finally noticing the girls standing behind him.

"Oh hello there! Are you his partners?" (???) Saying in a happy tone, she asked the group which in turn some of the girls slightly blushed.

"Yes ma'am, we are his team-mates in Beacon academy." (Ren) Seeing most of his friends and girls blush, Ren knew what he had to do and walked to the front to say his greetings.

"Ah, nice to meet you all. I'm Jaunes mom and my name is Arthuria Arc. Welcome to Arcadia!" (Arthuria) Saying in a rather cheerful tone.

With that said, the girls decided to not be rude and started to introduce one another to her. To most of the girls, knowing that she was their future mother in law, they hoped to put in a good first impression.

After that, the girls and Arthuria started a long talk which spanned till dinner time. From their talk, they learnt many things such as how Jaunes father Emiya Shirou promised her 8 kids, how they met and how much to Jaunes despair, wetted his bed due to rain. As fun as it was, it was already deep into the night as everybody went to sleep.

Though as for Jaune, he never did find a potential time to spoil the surprise.

.....Next day.....

Running around the city, everyone with the exception of Jaune were allowed to tour the city with guides. Much to the displease of Jaune as he had to prepare for a meeting.

There, the gang finally got a first hand glimpse of the city life in Arcadia. Kids ran through the town square as many faunus and humans bartered for goods. Shops were run by both faunus and humans alike with little to no descrimination seen. Kindness filled the air as everybody, even strangers were treated with kindness. Something rarely seen in the 4 kingdoms.

Pyrrha and the girls went window shopping while Ren and Nora were at a desert store eating pastries. Roaming through the city, the gang managed to get a glimpse of how culture here was so diffrent from their hometowns. Things such as cultural combinations and the formation of newer cultures. One thing was that the christianic church was the leading religon here and in turn, provided the place a more brighter outlook as everyone had belief and will.

...….At the castle...….

"Mom why do I need to attend this meeting? I thought that it was mostly for the ministry and leaders?" (Jaune) Wearing his formal royal uniform, he walked down the castle hallways alongside his parents. Each whom were wearing their crowns and uniform.

"Well since your the only male heir in the family, it has long been decided that you should slowly take up the mantle. After all you need to start learning young." (Emiya)

Listening to his fathers words, Jaune started to have a bad premonition as he walked closer towards the main discussion hall. But little did he know that something was happening several kilometres from the coast of arcadia.

....Capital ship of General Ironwoods.....

Standing in the main discussion room of the ship, sat a total of 5 males and 3 females. Standing in front of them, were the headmaster of beacon and general ironwood.

"Council members, as you may know it, this round of talks is initiated for and hopefully towards a peaceful relationship." (Ironwood) Standing there with a grim face, he looked towards the rest of the members, hoping that it would not end up as last round of talks which ended with a stalemate.

"Heh, this so called Arcadia is merely a part of our Vale that has been under terrorist control. And we are in no obligation to argue with them. So general, in this round of 'interactions' , i hope that your fleet would be of use." (female council member) saying so with a smug look, one would almost feel like gutting her which is what the general was feeling.

"As i have said before, our atlas fleet will only serve as a intermediary and not as an armed assault operation. If you choose so to war against these people, we can only help to ensure your safety and nothing else." (Ironwood) saying so with a straight but slightly annoyed face.

"Tch." (Female council member) hearing what the general said, she knew what he said and had no other option but to take it.

Just as they were talking, the officer in charge of the ship came through the door. Saluting towards the people in the room, he ran towards the general, whispering in his ears.

"Well then, as expected, we are being hailed by Arcadia. Hopefully this time you can come to an agreement." (Ironwood) With that said, he followed his officer to the bridge. Behind him followed all the council members and Ozpin. In no time, they arrived at the bridge.

"Put it up on screen." (Ironwood)

Looking towards the main screen on the bridge light up, general Ironwood stood at attention as he saluted.

On the screen was the King and Queen of Arcadia alongside the ministers of defence and war. Each one looking grim through the screen.

"General Ironwood. I thought that we specifically said that we would only allow 1 ship to pass through to Arcadia. Then why is there a full fleet of them?" (Arthuria)
