Waking up to the sounds of the school bell, Kiana looked around only to notice that Yang had long awoken and left.

Standing up, Kiana first started to check her bed-hair. However this was a problem as unlike other girls, Kiana never ever does get bed hair as the pillow gifted by her father helps to care for her hair when she sleeps.

After staring at her hair for a minute, she proceeded to roll her futon and bed. Once done, she immediately stored it into her spatial ring before proceeding to the washrooms.

Inside the females washrooms were many stores and you could hear the showers being used by dozens of females. At some point you could even hear the humming of multiple woman.

After her shower and morning necessity, Kiana went straight to the dining hall as she felt her stomach grumbling. Upon reaching there, she saw what she would say the literal embodiment of efficiency. The queue to grab food was moving so fast that it did not look like a queue at all, it looked like a conveyer belt moving at full speed. Students just ordered and grabbed their food instantly making it look very comical as she thought how fast was the kitchen if it could serve 8 counters while pumping out dishes at a rate of 30/sec.

'WELL.... THIS IS.....VERY VERY FAST.'

"Tell me about it."

To both of them, this was one of the more weirder scenes they had seen in their life as food would normally not be prepared this quick. Considering everything, Kiana almost thought that the food was 3d printed or something along the line of almost being made into existence if it were not for the Continous sound of metal pans and fire in the kitchen. Although the sound was subtle, Kiana still managed to pick it up.

Not wanting to continue and think about this shit, she joined the queue and managed to get her breakfast in under 10 minutes.

She odered a pan seared Salmon with rice and miso soup. To her this was her staple food, one that she would not get bored of too easily.

Looking around for a seat, she suddenly noticed Blake, seating at the edge of the hall reading her book, was Blake.

"So Blake... anyone seating here?"

Looking up, Blake saw a familiar face and felt thrilled. Standing up, she offered Kiana a seat.

But as Kiana took a seat and Blake saw what Kiana had ordered, she could not help but let her mouth water and stars appear around her.

......Time skip to the cliff.....

Standing at the cliff were multiple students and in front of them? Was their headmaster Ozpin.

"For years you have trained to become warriors.

And today your abilities will be evaluated in the emerald forest." (Oz)

"Now, i'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of teams.

Well, allow us to put an end to your confusion.

Each of you will be given teammates.....today." (Glynda)

"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at beacon.

So it is in your best interest to be paired with someone with whom you can work well.

That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next 4 years." (Oz)

Hearing this, a girl wearing different colors and themes suddenly turned to a skinny guy wearing green saying in a cheerful voice.

"See? I told you!"

"After you partnered up, make your way to the northern end..."

But after saying the 4 years part, Kiana went straight into deep thought, thinking who she felt best to form a team with.

'I HONESTLY THINK THAT YOU SHOULD GO WITH EITHER BLAKE, YANG OR JAUNE SINCE THEY ARE YOU FRIENDS.'

"Well you are right on that but here is the question should I or should I not."

But one thought she immediately knew was that Jaune definetly does not know how to land properly.

This can be further reinforced by the fact that Jaune whom was standing next to her was asking if the teachers were dropping them off.

Sighing in her heart, Kiana could not help but take out a small dagger and pass it to Jaune.

Seeing this, Jaune took the dagger and ask.

"Urhm Kiana whats ttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssss."

But before he could complete his sentence, he was immediately launched into the air. Waving his hands wildly, Jaune seemed like a lost cause when it came to landing.

"Hmm maybe i need another brew."

Looking at the new blood being launched, Ozpin looked as if he did not really bother at all.

For Kiana landing was a really simple thing and did not bother her much so she allowed inertia to carry her as far as possible before creating aura wings that resembled the wings of an angel.

Hovering there, she kept on thinking who should be her partner before remembering how pitiful Jaune was when talking and everything. Thinking about it, she felt that it would be safer to help him as his partner and hence flew to his direction with the dagger as the marker.

After flying for a few seconds, she saw Jaune still wailing in the air and immedietly flew over to grab him by the collar.

As for Jaune, he kept looking around like a idiot and realised that he was still flying, but felt that it was more controlled. Looking up, he saw Kiana, someone that he did not expect to see at all.

"Urhm thank you?"
