Save Them All: Stiles Stilinski's Rebirth

Somewhat stunned I stand in place for a while longer and feel the fresh air of the night hit every part of my being. A wave of accomplishment seems to rush over me yet at the same I have a feeling that the others aren't going to go so easily.

Next on my list of criminals to convince are the three thugs. I know where the first one is since, Peter ripped his throat out while I was having French fries in my dad's cruiser, and

Lydia had to take a couple of days off after witnessing the aftermath.

Video store, here we come!

On the roof of the store I can hear Jackson complaining, "The Notebook? Seriously again Lydia?"

The feisty red head says nothing but just glares at the jock who has to concede in defeat. It's better to pick your battles wisely.

Jumping down, I enter the small "Video Hire" building which is filled to the brim with DVD's.

Looking around I feel a sense of nostalgia, in only 2 years time. This place will be obsolete.

Netflix basically wipes out the entire movie renting business worldwide. Minus the people who buy the disk version of a movie or series for their collection.

"Hey Jackson" I greet as the two turns who were just in semi argument turn around.

Jackson looks a bit shaken, seems he hasn't forgotten my little threat earlier in the week.

"Stiles right?" Lydia's doe like green eyes light up as she looks at me with fervent interest.

Nodding my head, I walk over to the rack housing the animated movies. I pick up the little mermaid which causes Jackson to scoff.

"Something wrong, Whittmore?"

"N-No… Nothing at all" a nervous twitch in his speech clearly evident. Lydia is certainly surprised by his 'lack of confidence'. Especially in front of the 'nerd' stilinksi. Sure I had gotten

Hot over the summer according to what she is thinking, but in her mind Jackson is still the

Alpha of High School.

"I really like Ariel" Looking at the Strawberry blonde who resembles the character, I half smile

"She's hot"

Lydia blushes hard as she tries to speak up, "My grandmother used to call me Ariel when I was little"

"Ah-ha" Walking away, I barely answer as I put it the cover down before making my way to the otherside of the room, as I pretend to look for something else.

Lydia somewhat incensed by my answer, or rather none-answer humphs quite cutely and hurries Jackson along. In less than two minutes they are making their way out of there.

'Sorry Lyds but I have work to do tonight.'

As she is about to leave I call over to her in a teasingly manner, "See You on Monday, Ariel!"

Her footsteps waiver and I can hear her heartbeat fasten before she scurries outside.

Chuckling at her reaction, I grab a random cover and head over to the counter

"Mean girls" the clerk comments "that's an interesting choice."

"Yeah… I always had a thing for the Queen Bee"

He nods but just asks for payment. I have him up on the roof once again in my full battle suit, standing on the edge as I dangle him off of it, upside down, by an ankle.

It takes him a moment to process the sudden change of scenery before he begins screaming as loud as he can eventually tiring himself out in the process.

"Ah ah…. " Pantingly "D-Dude… Let me go . Please please" He sobs uncontrollably

"Can you please control yourself? And seriously you don't want me to 'Let you go'. It's a pretty long fall. While you may not die, it's certainly going to hurt. Quite a bit."

He eventually calms down "W-What do you want"

"The truth about the Hale fire and the location of your too buddies"

His face is paper white and not long there after his given me the two thugs location and is sobbing infront of a cop as he admits to his part in the Hale arson.

The two thugs are apparently hanging out near the forest. This time I decide to have a little more fun as I chase them through the trees playing a wicked game of tag. I may or may not have broken an arm and bruised a few ribs in the process. The look of fear on the two of their faces made it really easy to convince them to give themselves up. I'm pretty sure they'd much rather face a jury than the bogeyman.
