Scythe, Sword And Steel

As the sun rose up, Lesley shook Gusion's shoulder, who was wide asleep.

"Wake up Gus." she said.

Gusion slowly opened up his eyes and blinked several times. He saw Lesley beside him smiling at him.

"Good morning Gusion!"

"H-Hey. Good morning." he replied.

"We need to get ready. Dr. Rooney is waiting for us outside."

"Yeah, sure."

"Hey, you told me yesterday you would fix my hair right?"

"H-Huh? Oh y-yeah... Did I say that?"

"Of course you did you dummy. Now get over here quickly."

Gusion a hairbrush and a hairdryer, while Lesley was sitting in front of a mirror. Gusion combed her hair and tied it up. He twisted her ponytail and tied it all up with a ribbon.

"So, how's that?"

"It's amazing! You should do this everyday!"

"Uhm. I think so."

Gusion grabbed his white jacket and the talisman he wore on his neck. As they got ready, they went outside to meet up with the others. In the hallway, they saw Harith and Granger waiting for them.

"Good morning guys!" Gusion said.

"Yeah. Good morning too." Harith replied.

"Where are the others?"

"They're waiting for us downstairs. You two are the only ones we were waiting for."

"Huh? We're late! Let's go now!" Lesley said.

The four of them opened the elevator. Harith looked ready as ever, while Granger still had that serious face like always.

Granger clicked on 2G, and the elevator starred going down. They saw yet another hallway made of metal. The place was quiet and dark.

"Are you sure this is the place Harith?"

"Y-Yeah. Alu told me it was one of these rooms here."

They saw an opened door in the hallway. When they went to look inside, they saw everyone else gathered up.

"Hey, the four of you, just in time. We were about to get started." Rooney said.

The room was filled with different variations of weapons on the wall. There was a lot of elements stored in cointainers on one of the tables. Everyone else was staring at them.

"Okay heroes, follow me."

Dr. Rooney showed them through the different parts of the Laboratory. He showed lots of his crazy experiments and inventions. Everyone was amazed with everything Rooney showed them.

"So this is the Werewolf Syringe. Roger, can you try it out?"

Roger stood still. Dr. Rooney injected the giant syringe into Roger's body, and he became a giant werewolf. His hands turned into razor sharp claws and his eyes turned red. After a few more seconds, Roger turned back to normal. Everyone started clapping.

"Hahahaha! That was fun!" Roger said.

"Okay, onto the next station."

Rooney led them to his next crazy invention, this time, there was a chair and giant tubes on a helmet attached to it. There were lots of colors and containers behind it.

"This is the Ultra Fast Hair Colorizer! Anyone who wants to try it?"

"Me, me!" Layla said, raising her left hand.

"Okay. Take a seat."

Layla sat on the metal chair, and Rooney attached the helmet onto her head. He made sure all of Layla's hair was inside of the helmet.

"Hey doctor, is this safe?" Clint asked.

"Of course!" he replied. "I've tested it so many times before.

Rooney approached Layla again and asked: "So, what color do you like?"

"I'll go for blue."

Rooney started cl.i.c.k.i.n.g at some of the buttons and looked the monitor.

"Now I'll press this, and then this..."

The machine started to make a disturbing alarm all of a sudden. Rooney started to worry.

"Wait... what's going on?"

"H-Huh? Dr. Rooney? What did you do to my hair?!"

"Wait! I'll fix this!"

But it was too late. The dryer and the dyer started it's job. Clint and Layla got worried for a bit, while the others stared at shock. At last, the process was done.

"L-Layla, are you oka..."

To everyone's surprise, Layla looked so much better than before. Her pinkish red hair had turned into a combination of blue and violet. Her hair started to glow, as it reflected the light from the ceiling. Layla quickly looked herself up in the mirror, and got the same surprise.

"Wow! It looks... Amazing!" Layla said.

Clint was just smiling, as he looked at her girl's beautiful hair. He couldn't resist to touch it, as Layla's hair was smooth and soft.

"Okay, to the last invention..."

Rooney led them to a gigantic machine in a spherical structure. There were two steel rods attached to each end of the sphere.

"Gusion, can you hand over the Twilight Orb?"

"W-Wait, you're going to use it for your experiment???"

"Yeah trust me. This will be amazing."

"Stop all this at once!" A guy in an agent's wear showed up. It was Yi Sun-Shin, holding his glaive and his longbow at his back.
