Scythe, Sword And Steel

"Awoooooooooooo!!!"

Roger turned into a gigantic beast, and continuously howled wildly. The Abyssal Forces backed away for a moment to stare at the monster Roger had become. Ruby was speechless, not knowing what Roger did. Alice told Helcurt to redo the spell, but he was unable to do so.

"Roger! Roger!!! Roger, do you hear me???" Gusion shouted.

"Master Roger, master Roger!!!" Ruby shouted.

Roger did not reply, and continued to scramble forward towards Helcurt's direction.

"Helcurt, what are you doing? Fight!" Alice said.

"No, but..."

"Now!"

Helcurt had no choice but to charge forward. He pounced, raising his stingers up in the air. In one hit, Roger struck down Helcurt with a massive claw. More and more dark smoke came out of Helcurt's body, as black colored blood came out from his torso. Aldous, Terizla and Balmond got back up on their feet, watching Helcurt get thrown around the temple.

"The three of you, what are you doing??? Attack, attack, attack!!!" Alice shouted.

The three of them slowly approached Roger, getting closer step by step. Roger looked behind him and delivered another massive swipe with his claws. Balmond fell hard on the ground, while Terizla's armor absorbed the attack. Aldous used his giant fist and attacked Roger's head. Aldous got severely wounded as Roger thrusted his claws onto Aldous' body. With his last gas, Aldous punched Roger in the head once more with full force. Roger got blindsided and nearly lost his balance. Dyrroth sneaked up behind and jumped to attack, who got blocked by Gusion with his glowing blue sword.

"I hate people from the Empire!" Dyrroth said.

"We will burn the Moniyan Empire to the ground, after we take that Twilight Orb of yours!" Terizla shouted.

Ruby ran over to Gusion and blocked with her scythe. Gusion then threw five swords, which Dyrroth dodged. Terizla started pounding and grinding Ruby's scythe, as she kept blocking and dodging. At last, with one strong strike Ruby's scythe flew from her hands, and she impacted onto the ground. When Terizla tried to strike Ruby again, Gusion stabbed him five times in the back, and thrusted right through him, piercing amd breaking his armor. All of a sudden, Alice went behind Gusion and bit him in the neck. After a couple of seconds, Gusion fell down on the ground. Blood streamed from the side of his neck.

"Give me the Twilight Orb, now!" Alice shouted, grabbing Gusion by his neck.

"But it's not with me." he replied.

Alice saw Alucard carrying the Orb, as Harith and Granger cleared out the baddies. She quickly used her wings and flew across the temple chasing Alucard. His Obsidian Tomahawk was far too fast for Alice to keep up. Even Helcurt and the others tried to stop Alucard, who had the Twilight Orb. Gusion was severely wounded, and could not get up on his feet. Ruby quickly ran over to him holding her scythe tightly.

"Gusion! Onee-chan! Are you okay?" she asked.

"Hell no I'm not. You can see how much blood she took from me!" he replied.

Meanwhile, Alucard, Granger and Harith got cornered in the side of the temple. The only way to get out is to fall way down back in the Maze. Terizla and Dyrroth put thier weapons near their necks.

"Give the Twilight Orb now!" Dyrroth threatened.

"I'd rather die saving everyone, than let you demons kill everyone." Harith said.

"This is your last warning! Give it to us, or else..."

"Or else what?" Alucard asked, with a dirty smile on his face.

"Why are you smiling? What's so funny kid?" Terizla grunted.

"That."

When everyone looked behind them, they saw Roger biting off Helcurt's arm. He was swinging him up and down, viscously chowing down his arm. Helcurt got his hand severed off, as black poisonous blood flowed down. Roger howled so loud, the entire Maze of Minos would hear it clearly. Suffering from so much pain, General Helcurt passed out, thus cancelling the Dark Night Falls effect. The sun became once visible, and the moon disappeared. Gusion's hair and sword's color turned back to normal. Slowly by slowly, Roger's arms became smaller and smaller. The face of a lone wolf turned back into the face of a ferocious hunter. He went back to his human state, still having the black blood stains on both his face and coat.

"E.. What the hell is this thing on my mouth? It tastes like motor oil!" Roger said.

"D-Did you just eat Helcurt's arm?!" Dyrroth asked.

"M-Me? I ate a shadow creature's arm?! Hahahahahaha! That's crazy!" Roger laughed.

"You'll pay for what you did to General Helcurt!"

Dyrroth jumped up in the air, raising up his circular glaives on his arms. All of a sudden, a shadowy hand as hard as metal pushed Dyrroth into the broken wall. Alice wanted to take a closer look, not knowing her arms were already wrapped in chains. Behind her, she saw Vexana with her bodyguards, Leomord and Faramis.

"Alice, Alice... You unwitty bastard!" Vexana told her.
