"Hey, what happened during we were away yesterday?"

Alexia curiously asked as she and Sabrina had not been informed of the events that occurred yesterday.

"Nothing much. Just got engaged with a rumoured beauty."

Ayeon nonchalantly replied as he washed his face with water.

"What! You got engaged before me!"

Alexis exclaimed in surprise.

"You rejected all engagement proposals you received. If not, you would definitely be engaged before me."

Ayeon looked at her weirdly.

"W-well.. I can't deny that."

Alexia sheepishly said.

"Oh right, you won't be forced into engagements anymore. The same goes for Sabrina and Myra."

Ayeon recalled the deal he made with the Emperor.

Right after he finished his sentence, he heard the sound of something dropping down to the ground and hitting it twice before stopping.

"You are kidding right? There's no way that man would stop trying to force us into engagements after we have now m.a.t.u.r.ed."

Alexia had a bad taste in her mouth while speaking. However, the words she heard caused her immense shock.

"I'm not kidding. None of you would be forced against your will in the future."

Ayeon replied with a serious expression, something that was rare to find as he is carefree when he does things.

Ayeon left after drying his face with the towel that belonged to him and went to get ready for their joint birthday celebration.

♢ ♢ ♢

Ayeon was currently sitting away from the crowded areas in the dining hall. It had been decorated and new furnitures and many dining necessities had been added inside to accomodate the banquet held for the birthday celebration.

Ayeon was glad he had introduced different robe with pattern designs. He had also introduced some modern cheongsam from the chinese culture. They were naturally what he had seen and wore during his previous lives. He had given the designs to tailors that had a higher title for the profession and setup the clothing store 'Pure Clothings' with them as the main designers and creators. The 'Pure' came from his snow white hair where the snow represented purity and white colour for light.

People didn't really care what culture it originated from as long as it looked good and can be worn to banquets, celebrations, work, etc. The only exception is for traditional dates. The corresponding higher title for the profession reduced the burden when making high-quality clothing. In the process, he created a shop for clothing named 'Pure Clothings.' He came up with the name because of his snow white hair, relating the 'Pure' to the snow as well as light.

Unlike levels and bloodlines, one can start trying to vying for a title from birth. This was very helpful for survival otherwise, the human race would have already been extinct if not for them. And, that's because the weakest race are humans, however their potential are exceedingly terrifying, maybe even infinite.

Ayeon was wearing a dark black suit where the gold buttons started from the middle of his c.h.e.s.t, revealing the clear white shirt underneath. His pants were white, but not too bright. It had some gray fabric mixed into it. On the t.h.i.g.h part of the pants, there was a strange pattern engraved into it with gold by using spiritual energy. All, in all, Ayeon looked like he was at the apex of handsomeness with the current clothes if before he looked otherworldly.

Noble women walking by kept glancing at him while other men gave jealous looks towards him. They were murmuring among themselves about him, trying to guess what his identity was to be here.

"Hey, who is that? He looks so hot and handsome!"

"Maybe the son of an official? Or the descendent of one of the 12 pillar families?"

"Who knows? I will definitely marry him if he proposes to me."

"Hmph! He's probably just a pretty boy with no title or bloodline."

Discussions like these were heard around him constantly. Ayeon just ignored them as he sipped on the red wine. He was spending his time looking through the list of bloodlines the system had shown him. There was innumerable bloodlines, from the weakest Normal bloodlines to the most powerful Supreme bloodlines. However, Ayeon chose to filter those beneath Divine bloodlines.

Just as he was about to take another sip of his red wine, it was snatched away from his hands. Ayeon looked up inirritation thinking which idiot is provoking him only to see Alexia standing before him, drinking from it.

Her creamy white shoulders were b.a.r.e for all to see in her red cheongsam. It had patterns of a thorny rose etched into it from the bottom up to the top and a slit on her right leg that extended until her knee. Her soft black hair fell down all the way down to her rear, with two small thin braids were on her front. Her enchanting red eyes gleamed in the dim lighting, creating a feeling that she was seducing you. Her body had perfect curves that only added to her charm. Her red lips and soft eyebrows paired with her exquisite facial features that only served to prove that she was a peerless beauty.

The surrounding young nobles were looking at her with l.u.s.t and d.e.s.i.r.e. While the noble women were looking on with jealousy and envy.

Ayeon was enchanted by her appearance before recollecting himself.

It looks like mother's half-s.u.c.c.u.b.u.s bloodline was at least a Divine bloodline. And, Alexia has definitely inherited it.

He thought when he sensed her bloodline rank.
