[Waldorf Astoria, Beijing]

James parked his car on the valet and entered the hotel. The female that called him earlier already told him to go directly to the highest floor where the meeting room was.

Even though James had at least ten years of memory as an Emperor, but it was just the memory. His memory and personality as ordinary James still dominated within his body. So when he entered a hotel that luxurious and prestigious like Waldorf Astoria, he always felt quite nervous.

When James arrived at the highest floor, a female already waited outside the lift door.

"Are you Mr. James ?" The female asked politely. She was a butler from the Waldorf hotel specialized to serve a special guest like James. Just this morning, someone already packaged the whole floor so of course she would be polite.

"I am, so who wants to meet me ?" James asked.

"Please follow me, sir. They are already waiting." Then the female butler led the way to the meeting room. When James entered the room, there was only one impresion from him, luxurious! But he didn't come to enjoy the luxury, so he stared at a group of people that already sat waiting for him.

James felt weird as he could see this group of people was a foreigner. 1 Chinese old man, 1 Westerner old man, a group of people wore ancient-looking clothes and ten burly men with a bulge on their waist. Even if he was an idiot, he knew it was a pistol.

The two old men rose from their seat, and excitedly stared at James. They carefully looked each inch of James body, just like he was a treasure.

"No doubt, he is His Majesty grandson, a dragon among men." The Chinese old man tremblingly said. The Westerner old man just repeatedly nodded while he was shedding a tear.

"Excuse me, who are you ?" James asked seriously. He was sure he never met these two old men before. Judged from their reaction, they seem to recognize him, which is weird.

"Child, do you know who your grandfather is ?" The Westerner old man wiped down his tear with his handkerchief and asked James.

"My Grandfather? No, my father and mother never mentioned about him at all." James knew this two old man must be his grandfather acquaintance.

"Hehe, that's why you came here. Sit down first, and we will talk about it." The Chinese old man said.

After everyone sat down, the Chinese old man asked James, "Do you ever heard the Kingdom of Lannister ?"

James think for a moment before he shook his head.

"That's ok, only a few people know it anyway. The Kingdom of Lannister was a feudal monarchy country locate at Oceania. The Kingdom occupies 97 big and small island with a total land area 28.361 km2. I won't discuss the detail now as there is a more important thing to deliver.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Zhou Huang, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Lannister." The Chinese old man said as he introduced himself.

"You can call me Joseph, and I'm your grandfather sworn brother." The Westerner old man said with a smile.

Was James an idiot? No! At this point, he knew his grandfather must be the KIng of the so-called Kingdom of Lannister.

'System! Is this what you are doing ?' James screamed inside his mind.

[Host authority is insufficient, please work harder!] Then, the System silent, no matter how James screamed.

James forced a smile on his face as this was too sudden. His grandfather was actually a King, a real King! There were many questions inside his head about how could this happen, but he knew it was destined to be unanswered for a while.

"I believe you already know what is going on. Yes, your grandfather was the King of the Kingdom of Lannister. We come here to bring you back there to succeed his throne. Initially, it must be your father Richard, but....." Zhang Huang said as he sighed.

"Your grandfather has no other children than your father. Now that your father already died, only you can succeed the throne as His Majesty grandson." Joseph said.

"Give me a moment to digest all of this." James said as he closed his eyes. The room immediately entered a silence mode.

'System, I don't know how this happens and don't want to know. I just want to ask, what is your true function ?' James asked.

[You will know when you officially step into your kingdom as I will be genuinely activated. Since now you weren't there yet, all of my function still turned off.] The System answered with its monoton voice.

Although the System sounded like a robot, but James knew the System must have its intelligence. Since he must step into the Kingdom of Lannister first, then so be it.

James slowly opened his eyes and asked, "So, when do we go ?"

"We can go now if you want. Your grandfather already in the sickbed right now, and we honestly didn't know how long he will last. So the faster you arrived there, the better it is." Zhou Huang said excitedly.

"Then, can my sister go too ?" James asked. He couldn't bear to leave his sister alone especially since she had no one to accompany

"Yes, of course. Even if you don't ask, we will ask you to do it." Joseph said as he picked his cane and rose up from his seat.

"Then, we will go to your house first and pick up your sister." Zhou Huang said as he rose up. Then everyone left the room and headed toward the lobby.

The group managed to gather attention at the hotel lobby due to their unique clothes, especially ten burly men with typical bodyguard clothes. Everyone curious who might be this group was, but they didn't care much as a spectacle like this was not uncommon in the Waldorf.

Five Mercedes Benz S Class already waited at the front of the lobby. Even though Zhou Huang and Joseph insisted James to use their rental car, but James eventually went with his Lavida.
