A blinding azure light appeared at Qin Lan's battlefield.

In that split of a second before the attack arrives, Qin Lan made his move. His usual golden Spiritual Energy turned into azure-colored the moment he pushes them to his limit.

Although the appearance he triggered was similar to what his opponents did with their weapons, it was composed uniquely.

If what Ah-Yi, Ah-Er, and Ah-San did with their Spiritual Energy is resembling how a piece of wet clay is slapped onto their treasure, what Qin Lan was doing is akin to fixing an arrowhead into the shaft.

After that, the spear itself turned into a blade of energy as Qin Lan swung the spear downward. Treating the spear as a blade, he cut Ah-Er into two before turning his attention to Ah-Yi behind him.

It was a perfect execution of three martial moves in a second.

By changing how he holds the spear, Qin Lan ended this battle with a bang as the Pillar of Kuangshan landed on the ground. Perhaps even Ah-Yi himself couldn't believe that he was beheaded by Qin Lan using a simple half-moon swing technique.

The battlefield returned to its silence after everyone witnesses how Qin Lan effortlessly killed three valuable targets from the Evil Infant Sect.

Loud Battlecry deafens the entire battlefield as the enemy's Rampart Formation collapsed. With only thirteen elites remained out of thirty, they're no longer fit to continue the battle.

They were escaping from the battlefield in multiple directions, and some even killed themselves out of desperation. The scene was mind disturbing for a moment as Qin Lan's troops went forth and captured as many they can before returning to their main force.

"Junior sister Peng Yan... Call all of them back here." the one named Wu ordered as he turned around and left. Xu Xin Cheng was remaining quiet as well. Without making a comment, he too left and returned to his own tent.

At that night, the location between the Ninth Milestone and the entrance to Ten Miles Plain became their resting area before resuming the battle tomorrow morning,

Everyone was greeting Qin Lan in a full salute wherever he goes.

Lifting the curtain that blocked the visibility into the commander's tent, Qin Lan entered and greeted everyone who waited for him.

"Brother Qin." Sun Wu Jian cupped his hand together the moment the hero for today entered the tent. Everyone quickly followed Sun Wu Jian's gesture as they collectively stand up before Qin Lan.

"At ease, everyone. Let's skip the formalities." Qin Lan replied.
