Spring Breeze City

The Spring Breeze City is one of the most busiest and largest city in the Sacred Sun Empire second only to the Imperial Capital. Right now the city is preparing for the annual auction that will be held in the Crystal Pavilion. City guards were deployed in the whole city to maintain order.

Inside the city lord mansion, City Lord Ye is currently in his room reading the reports of the guards. City Lord Ye is member of the Ye family in the city. They held enough power in the city that they maintained being the leading family in over a hundred years.

"When will the second princess arrive in the city" City Lord Ye asked. When he received the news that the second princess will attend the auction. He knew that there will be a problem. Because he knew the attitude of the second princess. If somehow they managed to anger her, his Ye family will definitely be punished.

"Reporting to City Lord! It is estimated that the second princess will arrive in the city before evening this day. Also, according to the letter sent by the capital the young master of the Shen family was going with the second princess. The second princess were escorted by the imperial guards, while Shen Lin is accompanied by the elders of the Shen family" a guard answered.

City Lord Ye nodded his head after the guard finished his report and ordered him to leave. As a city lord, he also knew the news of the new fiancee of the second princess. Shen Lin, that is the name that the woman named their son. Right, he was the real father of the so called young master of the Shen family Shen Lin.

The mistress of the Shen family patriarch was also his woman. Because that woman was his little sister, Ye Lan. Since they've become a teen he and Ye Lan began their relationship. They would meet in a secret location and they will always break the taboo there. Their secret continues even when he married his current wife, and while she become the mistress of the Shen patriarch. It can be said that they are only doing this to satiate their l.u.s.t.

While the scenes of him and his little sister was being played inside his mind, he was interrupted by a knock on the door. Clearly displeased by the sudden knock on the door he said, "Come in!"

The door opens and a beautiful elegant woman entered the room. Her cold yet beautiful face can cause war against empires. Her snow white dress that hugs her body perfectly makes her look like a celestial in a mortal world.

Looking at the beautiful woman who enters the room. City Lord Ye felt his throat becomes dry as he try to calm himself down. Composing himself, he said, "What do you need...Wife?"

That's right, this woman which had the appearance of a celestial was his wife. A wife that he couldn't touch. From the first time he had met her several years ago, he already fell in love with her. At that time, he was with his master when the two had met. She was also with her master and was gathering experience. Luckily for him, his master and her master were a long time friends. Because of that, their masters suddenly decided to arranged their marriage for each other.

When their marriage was just suddenly decided by their masters, he was so happy to the point he cried. On the other hand, she was just like a block of ice not showing any reaction at all. Years passed by and their masters continues to meet each other, of course they were also there. But each time they would meet, everytime he initiated a talk with her fiancee. She will just always ignore him while giving a frosty look in her eyes. Time passed by and an accident happens, his master was killed in an ambush by his enemies. Burning in anger and rage, his friend which where her master decided to take revenge. But ended up being killed by the enemies. But before her master was killed, he left a message saying that he wanted her to marry the disciple of his friend.

Because of the care her master gave to her since she was a child, she decided to fulfill what her master wanted and marry the now City Lord Ye. But although she married him, she wouldn't let him touch her. Even in their wedding day, there is always a distance between them.

"Didn't I always tell you to call me by my full name, Xue Hua" the woman replied coldly as the temperature in the room drastically drops. Xue Hua then take a sit and said with the same cold voice, "After the auction I will leave this city and go to my master's sect. I'm only saying this so that you can now continue your disgusting relationship with your little sister"

When City Lord Ye heard her, his heart almost stops especially when he heard her mention his little sister.

"Y...you, w...when have you learned about it?" the city lord didn't deny her words and asked whilse shaking.

"When did I know about your relationship with your little sister?" her lips turned into a beautiful smile that could take the men's heart away. "Only idiots wouldn't notice your relationship with her. At first I thought you were just a trash. I didn't expect that you are even worst than trash. You really opened my eyes"

Xue Hua then stand and leave the room. City Lord Ye seeing this immediately move and blocked her from exiting.

Seeing that the City Lord Ye was blocking the door he brows furrowed and said, "Are you gonna move away on your own, or are you gonna force me to make a move?"

Hearing her chilling voice, the City Lord gritted his teeth and his face turned dark. He knew that he was not her opponent, if not he would have forced himself to her. So unwillingly he move to the side and said, "Are you gonna tell anybody about me and Ye Lan?"

"Lets see, if you don't show your disgusting face in front of me until the auction. maybe I won't tell anybody about it" she said those words and left the room leaving the City Lord standing there alone with black lines covering his face.
