Chapter 16 - 14(Resting and restocking part 3) (bad words and 18+)

The screen time is back to the Sam while Our Mc and a few people are relaxing in order to recover their stamina.

The meeting of the Sam and rest of the people in the safe zone.

I think we should gather together to fight Lordol as he is too powerful, as he owns the entire safe zone, controlling the vending machines. We cannot let this continue. Said Sam with a hint of anger while talking calmly at the rest of the people.

People just start to nod their heads as they are less tired since they already rest enough on the cold hard ground, they are unhappy that there is really nothing to loot as system clear all the items at the safe zone, everything including weapons has to be bought with coins. Even entering and leaving the safe zone also cost money.

That man is a pervert who plans to own my home, he cannot be forgiven shouted Ava, as everyone in her team knows there is a previous uprising by an old man who leads 6 men to rebel and suppresses them, in the end, she use the function of the safe zone which is trial by combat. As a result, her team vs the rebelling team are in a death match which is assigned by the system. To the last revive coin, her team have won but most of her teammate is down to have no revive coins. Even though the system compensation her and her team with the rewards of 3 bonus stats which is a lot.

The end result is the revive coin is useless after you died, as even you have revived coin, you cannot revive after you died as the system refuse to revive as it is stated as a temporary safe zone, They are forced to revive at the actual safe zone nearby.

She continues stated that all people should hunt more zombies, and be stronger and not being taken down by a man.

Alice says that guy is a retard who keeps hugging his girlfriend like a big baby, what is so hard in killing him. Besides we have a much bigger safe zone than before. Just let him enjoy one or two days, then kill him on the third day, it will be fine.

Notice (Sam) make everyone join your rebellion, more people you get to join the rebels, by the end of rebelling, you will receive rewards based on how many people you convived and how many people are left.

I will make all entrance and exit of the safe zone free for a week if you pick me as your leader after Lordol has died, and one RTE to each person who wants to join my team.

All right, let group up on all the people who want to hunt and the rest can stay in the safe zone, and look at what our target is doing.

The group who wants to hunt are split into 3 teams

The first team is Sam and his party combined with the trio and Alice, Mary, Ava and some other woman who is exploring the 6th floor

The 2nd and 3rd team are the makeup of people that are not so good or active on clearing the top floor which is almost cleared.

Sam is leading his party on the patrol on 6th floors, while the trio teaches the rest to fuse their equipment with their item drop, as they are hunting some dangerous zombies, the team bonus is formed

Once they reach 6th floor they see a very thick fog, there is a new zombie hidden by the fog which is a fat man holding a cigar and smoking cigar, it is named smoker, Smell of the cigar is in the air, breathe everyone in the party who accidentally breathe the smoke in, feel weaken while the zombies around the smoker getting stronger

Due to thick smoke covered around the surrounding, everyone in the team are being slowed and taken damage every turn, which gave the zombies the chance to kill some of their teammates, as long necks sneak in through the thick smoke to grab any fast moving targets to prevent them from dodging, while d.i.c.kers neutral them asap, also focus fire on the rest of target to melt them down, smokers breath out smoke as a form of attack

As a result, 5 team members died of d.i.c.kers and their team and 3 team members died of smoke from smokers

Sam screen how many zombies are there on the 6th floor

(5 smokers, 20 d.i.c.kers, 2 long necks, 1 zombie) (whoever get hit by 5 to 6 d.i.c.kers are surely a goner)

Everyone leaps and use their skills on the d.i.c.kers, After he is his team clear 4 d.i.c.kers and 1 long neck and 1 zombie and damage 3 smokers but everyone suffers some damages while moving around while all the healers are busy trying to heal other to best they can, but smoke is a type of weapon that cannot be even defeated by pills. At the zombie's turn, Smokers release even more toxic smoke, causing everyone to suffocate further while d.i.c.kers pinpoint aiming at Sam, Sam tries to dodge their beams, he only manages to dodge once. Furthermore, the dodging makes Sam breathe in more air as a result of getting more damage, if Sam does not dodge, the white wonderful fluids from the d.i.c.kers can melt his equipment into nothing.

Notice All stats lower by 40% and 10% max hp permanent damage due to breathing in the smoke

Sam has only 15% of hp left and the rest have about 43% of their hp remaining, they think that smoke is poison itself, so antitoxin pills are taken in order to prevent poisoning from breathing the smoke but it is useful for a turn. Qiao da and Mary heal Sam up to 27% hp and the team manage to kill 2 more smokers but the smokers either counter-attack with their breath or explode after dying causing tremendous damage to the whole team, Alice casts fireball to help on last hit the smokers but the fireballs are weakened as the air has little oxygen making it the 3 kills on the smokers but it only mere reduce the damage on the smokers and improved the toxicity of the smoke as well as thicker the smoke.

Notice All stats lower by 50% and 10% max hp permanent damage for breathing in the smoke and all zombies get 5% stats to boost and are on rage

The d.i.c.kers rage on may be due to 3 smokers have died, they are enraged to their bodies are flashing red light. luckily the red light also helps the survivors to know where are the zombies are. D.i.c.kers rapidly shooting beams from their p.e.n.i.ses, Sam, Qiao da, Yong Pok and trio died due to their rage, The rest nearly dying.

The rest did their best to kill 2 of the d.i.c.kers while Ava kills another 2 but all of them died due to lack of oxygen and the constant barrage of white fluids after their turn.

Notice Smokers can breathe a 2 x 2 space of radius of smoke as its basic attack (the main target will take 100% damage and its surrounding will take 20% damage) and have more damage smoky aura, all smokers have +1 str and 2 int

Notice D.i.c.kers can have triple d.i.c.k shots that can cover and debuffs up to 3 targets (stackable) when it rage and all d.i.c.kers can now have 0.01% armor blasting shot which can do even more damage to armor an upon landing a shot at any surface and +3 dex.

Notice all normal zombie can become a hugger, which have crawl on floor skill (enable to crawl on the floor) and hug skill (hug the target and give 20% chance of hitting the target instead of the zombie, do damage passive, also heal 5% of the damage that damage is done)

Team 1 found themselves all died and most of their equipment melted from wonderful white liquid discharge from the d.i.c.kers. Even some bone equipment which has high durability, also break down by the constant barrage of beams.

More of people in team 1 do not have any revive coins so they pick a safer way to stay in the safe zone while looking for a safer ways from the quest to gain equipment or coins to survive.

Let do it again once after we repair and replace our equipment. said, Sam

An elite squad will rush into the previous battle and ensure it is safe before you guys come in, at the same time, we will equip you some long-range weapons that you do not get caught in the explosion when smokers die, Segura will manage the trade and Abela will pick the right range weapon for the smokers. As for the revive coin, I am sorry that I cannot compensate you, but we can compensation you after this.

With her words, everyone starts to reduce their anger somehow there are some who just do not believe her, they go and look for new ways to survive while the others are washing up and preparing for the next round with the 6th-floor zombies.

There is some that are missing. The rest are equipped with paper clothes (read the Ava on the stats).

The team move on to the 6th floor again but this time Abela has equipped everyone with a mask that has a filter to filter out the smoke.

Haha, I knew that smokers are the problem, now it is more visible with lesser fogs, Everyone attacks Sam laughs as he charged up and attack a smoker with his full strength. The smoker go off with an explosion

Sam spilt some blood out of his body and there are burn marks all over his body, as he is first to take the blast radius of the explosion.

It seems like the explosion is greater than before said, move Sam at the behind and medic fix him up, while all long-range attack that smoker. Abela hurried the medic pushing Sam to the stairs.

All the non-core members take their turns to attack the smokers, but the smoker did not explode, thus Alice cast 2 fireballs to finish it with a loud bang

To fully made good use of their turn, the team have slain another 6 d.i.c.kers. End of their turn with most of their members at the back.

Suddenly all the zombies turn red including the d.i.c.kers, as their all their veins are filled with blood, it looks like it is going to pop soon. For the d.i.c.ker (R18)

Their d.i.c.ker expand their blood vessels thus making their d.i.c.k looks bigger and powerful.

The only remaining 6 d.i.c.kers use their triple shots to spray all their manly white fluids at everyone, which is enough to cover everyone. The spraying of the fluid is too much of surprise from everyone.

Basically, melt all their paper equipment, after that zombies come from the behind and start hugging them around, then two smokers come at melee range at the rear of the Sam formation and attack them with smoke.

While the rest of the party are killing the d.i.c.kers and the rest of the rear are pretty useless as they are all being hugged by the zombies. As some d.i.c.kers try the counter-attack with their d.i.c.ks, trio and Daniel are down with 2 d.i.c.kers left. Qiao da managed to free her but suddenly smoker exploded, which trigger another chain explosion and blast everyone onto the radius of the explosion. Everywhere is flying to the walls. That indeed kill her and everyone in the process while d.i.c.kers get even more enraged. Duo D.i.c.ker's attack rest of the party with a new skill called Chain beam, it is like chaingun shoot hundreds of bullets, but it is on d.i.c.kers case, it is millions of s.p.e.r.ms in continuous beam, causing trio to died and the rest seriously injured which about 5 to 15% of their hp remaining.

In the end, the team obtain a victory.

Where are the loots ??? Sam asked

You have to gather it yourself and distribute for the team Ava reply.

But I was in Lordol team, loots are rewarded by the system, there are no such things as manual looting. Sam said in frustration

Just looting the corpses, it is the easiest job, you have in the world said, Abela

OKAY, okay I get it, I try not to complain any more. Sam look down onto the zombie corpses and trying to find any loots that are lying around them

The rest of the team loot all the items that zombies have drop and return back safely to the safe area

Due to not enough rewards, to share with the team members, some of them gives their only life on believing Ava word, and they died in a way that the team could not react to it. Thus they give more rewards to teammates that are more closely related to the dead teammates.

The items are given away to show the sign of respect for people who have given their lives and time for this team.

It is found that the vending machine in the temporary safe zone only sell a fixed amount of items, thus the whole team check the other vending machine for resupply, repair and etc and find out new features enable to help them improve their weapons and equipment, they also find out that there are scrolls which is different from normal skill book which it can be further improved by reading the stacks of it to fully obtain the skill, while skill book is much easier which require you have one copy of it. Everyone decide on how to use their coins on either improve their equipment or buying manuals or skill books. They are ready for a fight in the safe zone.
