All the apartments in 8th floors are open and swipe clean, The only things left is some foods, a television, a radio, a few fans and a few beds

Rest of the stuff have disappeared, walls used to divide the apartment are hacked, making both left and right apartments into 2 big apartments

Well no achievement rewards for stuff that I did, it looks like I am not the first one that owns a property

I look at the base upgrade tab and pay for the following items

100 coins for a freezer for store foods for everyone

50 coins for a vending machine that could earn coins if people buy my stuff

50 coins for water storage and taps

100 coins for a research lab that will research by itself own, I make it on food storage and production

80 coins on corridors plants that will bear fruits

I go to perk tab and get auto-loot to perk up which cost 3 perk points that will loot stuff when it is near me

I check the quest tab

Clear the zombies(1/30)(repeat)-i manage to clear 2 time -90 bronze coins and 10 red pills

Clear your apartment(clear)-75 bronze coins and a survivor pack

Meet your friendly people which require you to meet strangers and battle with them(clear)-5 bandage pack and 15 bronze coins

Buy your property it really helps you to survive(clear)-30 bronze coins

Meet your mini-boss requires you to see a special zombie for an example hunk(clear)-5 red pill and 3 red potions

Need 10 zombies fangs and skins and 20 bronze coins for a ritual-a choice of starting weapon or clothes like the jacket or a book, I pick the book

Generally, all electrical applications consume power so there is a need to save power. The stuff that I buy just now consume power. (stuff like freezer cant be to turn off as help to preserve food). Today is just the first day after the update, who knows when power supply will be cut off. It is a better idea to save power first, I go to the property manager tab, make some changes to the rules, the following rules are:

Per the entry fee is 5 bronze coins

Players or NPC can buy daily entry fee which cost 15 bronze coins that enable them to go out and in the safe area for a day

For lightings of the corridor are changed from every apartment per lighting to every 2 apartment per lighting

The opening of freezer requires bronze coins and they only get stuff that they previous store(the starting opening fee is 2 bronze coins than 1 bronze coins per min)

Everyone in the team is surprise to see the large change on the floor and a faster recovery rate from the floor.

I told them that I just now bought the whole floor and they are able to rest well for the day while others are worrying about zombies out there

I also told them the stuff that I bought except the lab and told them to deny any connection in battle as the team is too tired to fight.

Oh, yea, I forget to talk about their looks, I just summary how I think about them:

John yong pok is an about 22-year-old man with an open mind attitude that makes people feel positive. (maybe a warrior or a knight)

Mary yang pui is a pretty lady who is a friend with yong pok and a sister to ying pui, nothing can be said about her except for her bandaging skill(maybe a healer)

Johnny trying pui is a teenager who have a sister yang pui, he is a type of person that is everyone owns him a living, well it is more like they owe me a living

After eating dinner with the trio, I tell them to rest up, wash up and a good sleep. My fatigue slowly recovers due to effects of the safe area, I added 3 more stats into luck. I take a bath to clean the blood and dirt. Decided to upgrade on my equipment, I use the fuse tab to fuse my dirty clothes with all the equipment also I use all my zombie skins and fangs for fusion.
