Tales Of The Necromancer: Ling Tian

"Now, now... This isn't a good place to discuss about the quest I issued right? Let's go to my quarters, there we will discuss about the quest I issued and there I will be providing much more information." Scout Commander Yuri said.

Ling Tian retorted,

"I know it is necessary for us to talk in much secure location but, with due respects, isn't people that affect the military are the one only allowed to enter? Even people invited by City Mayor can only be met outside and not inside." Ling Tian replied to Scout Commander Yuri with a stern face.

"It's okay, I think that City Mayor and Military General Kakuri will allow this, as you, will be beneficial to the military because of you eliminating one of the threats outside the city." Scout Commander Yuri told Ling Tian.

"Yes, I know that I will be beneficial in defeating the outside threats, but there are too many people for you to manage to eliminate one of the outside threats, and they are even stronger than me, a bronze rank adventurer." Ling Tian retorted with a frown in his face.

"Yes, we have many people in the military that can take care of this, but they are all too busy. You see, we lack of men right now. In this time of peace, people think that being a soldier is useless as there isn't any ongoing wars nor invaders. So we need to recruit people like you, who have freedom and strong." Scout Commander Yuri replied to Ling Tian, cutting off Ling Tian before Ling Tian can speak again.

Ling Tian now understood, he thought,

'So it's the lack of men. They obviously need men! Men with power! Men with strength! I know that here are too many men in the military, but they are too busy in their own thing so Commander Yuri needed us, people who have freedom what to do in their own lives.'

Scout Commander nodded at his fast comprehension at what he said, he said,

"Now let's go to my cabins, shall we? I will be also talking about why the Goblin Squad suddenly appeared or where is the Goblin Squad located." Scout Commander Yuri told Ling Tian.

Ling Tian nodded, Scout Commander Yuri started to walk towards his chamber and Ling Tian, of course, followed Scout Commander Yuri to gain more information for his Subjugating Goblin Squad Quest.

Both Ling Tian and Scout Commander Yuri arrived at at least what you can call "medium-sized" room. The room was like a pirate crew leader's cabin. There was a library around the corner with tons of book inside it. On another corner was armor stands with armor and swords. In the middle was a desk with pen and quill just lying there.

After both of them sat in a chair, Scout Commander Yuri initiated the talk first,

"So? What information do you need to know? Why the Goblin Squad suddenly appeared, where the Goblin Squad is located, etc?" questioned Scout Commander Yuri to Ling Tian
