Tamer of Cosmic Beasts

Akash felt two invisible wires, circling Rukh Haseen's neck and waist. He moved his eyes to the assassin feigning sleep. Those wires were connected to the fingers of Riassuba Rosehip. This was his divine weapon made from the body of the Darkness Dragon King, Kaliya Subedar. Akash sent him a message.

[Wait, Riassuba.]

[My Liege, she knows too much. I believe killing her and escaping is currently the best course at our disposal. The escape route will be secured for thee. I'll quickly silence this beauty for all time and ye can flee.]

Riassuba replied.

[The mayor has likely already heard everything from the hidden mics. We won't be able to outrun a Star King tamer.]

After hearing that, Riassuba regained his composure before resting his fingers and the wires vanished. Neither the Madam of Cosmiwood nor the Smoking Spear felt or saw anything, only Akash was aware of what might've just occurred because he had feasted on the dragon's blood, thus having a relation with all ten divine weapons.

He sent some instructions to Haji, who quickly acted upon them.

"I think you are overthinking it, my lady. We simply spread a fake profile of him and yes, he's not 15-years-old but 25 instead."

She said, not taking the bait.

Haji answered with a peal of small laughter before Rukh inspected Akash and found that he was indeed at the 3rd Star realm. Then, she looked at Haji Tea with suspicion.

Akash was happy, he wanted this genius ever since Baghi Tea spoke of him. Finally, some pleasant news for Akash.

Akash praised him,

Rukh Haseen spoke after hearing all that Haji Tea had to say.

Rukh furrowed her brows and questioned further.

"What kind of slave laughs at his owner?"

Riassuba answered from his bed yet, despite his efforts, Rukh suspicion was still rising. He inquired again.

"Where did you get these beastmen from? They are not from Slave City as far as I know."

Akash's endurance reached its limit and he stepped forward. Facing him closely, she had a close look at his handsome appearance and oppressive presence brought on by his chiseled and tall frame.

"Listen here, these three are not mere slaves but my subordinates. I am not just some 25-year-old guy but a few-thousand-year-old-man, who was granted a new young body to complete a mission. I don't want to join you, so just go and do whatever you want to. In my previous life, I never gave a shit about pretty girls like yourself and I intend to keep to the same policy in this life as well."

As the king told the Madam of Cosmiwood this, her eyes widened before she silently looked into the deep blue eyes of Akash Tagar. After a moment of silence, she cracked out laughing.

"Hahaha, oh my gosh. You are too funny, haha. Reverting from an old body to a young one, hahaha. What about your cultivation? How did your cultivation decline to the 3rd Star? Hahaha, I can't believe you said such a thing with a serious face."

Her loud guffaw made Haji Tea laugh as well, except Riassuba, Daan and Akash. Everyone else was laughing before Rukh calmed herself and continuing.

"Haah, your cavort lightened the mood in a jiffy. I haven't laughed like that in ages."

She extended her hand and suggested.

"How about we become friends? I won't bother you about the acting stuff ever again, what do you say, thousand-year-old-man, hahaha?"

She laughed again.

"Haha, I never reject an offer of friendship."

Akash gave a fake laugh and shook hands with her, after which, Rukh said her goodbyes and left. Then, Akash looked at the others.

"I didn't think telling her the truth would the only way to get her out."

Daan sent a message via the system. Everyone that had joined Akash's force, already knew about his past once they got their own cloaks which filled them in on everything, so they weren't surprised about this reveal.

[My Liege, what have you done? There are mics in this room, everything will be known to the city's mayor now.]

[Don't worry, we have already caught the mayor's eyes. I have a plan, so let's just see how it goes.]

Akash replied.

A knock was heard once again, Haji Tea sighed and stated.

He went to open the door.

Akash said as Haji Tea opened the door and a familiar old man greeted him with a smile.

"Greetings, Mr. Tea. I'm the mayor of this city, Chand Gandraf. Do you have a minute?"
