Tsunamis and flash floods were in themselves a very rare event in some parts of the world on earth, but they were also very rare in the oasis heart world since this world possessed three very large oceans which were not easily affected by the climatic changes, forcing them to create waves of gigantic dimensions or flash floods.

Sebastian at the moment was trapped on a tree watching as the water continued its course further into the mainland, the tree on which Sebastian was possessed exaggerated dimensions and appearance, a strange trunk which twisted in certain parts trapping other trees around, the crown of this tree had fruits of a black color and its appearance was not at all appetizing, but at that moment the fallen tree showed to be the only available means to escape from the waters.

On the other hand Sebastian had another problem, the woman with crimson skin kept away from him, while she hugged what appeared to be a baby with the same skin color and a pair of small horns on his forehead, the problem in the woman is that this did not seem to be aggressive at the moment and besides that she was n.a.k.e.d, something that made Sebastian uncomfortable, so to spend time for a while, he created with some skins and body parts of the colossal ants, a clothing which offered protection against the weather and a certain amount of physical protection.

The result of the confection was a gabardine which had pieces of the body of the ants on the shoulders, elbows and neck, the parts of the ant helped to physically increase the defense, the strange thing is that this gabardine had a name on it. which was not remotely related to Sebastian or his own name, but not as if it mattered too much to Sebastian who had different problems at that time.

The woman obviously moved further away from Sebastian while he tried by all means to approach her to help her get dressed, but every attempt was futile and what was even worse was that he was possibly making the woman get more and more defensive instead of trusting him, Sebastian decided to leave the newly made garment on a thick branch nearby and moved away to continue observing the waters.

Strangely in the waters were many swamp creatures that seemed to enjoy the event that was happening, perhaps that was the reason why the swamp had more water than land, perhaps flash floods were quite frequent.

The hours continued to pass and Sebastian encountered a predicament as he was beginning to feel hungry, but he could not set fire to the huge branch of a tree, he had no logic doing that as he could set the tree on fire and end his only chance of to prevent the strong current from dragging him and the crimson-skinned woman along, even though the current of the water had almost completely disappeared, which allowed Sebastian to come down and walk in the water.

Fortunately for Sebastian, there was still plenty of time for the sun to begin to descend on the horizon, so it was time to think of a plan to get out of the swamp and look for higher ground. Sebastian decided to jump into the water to look for a trunk to use as a boat to carry both humanoids with crimson skin.

"Here we go." (Sebastian)

Sebastian jumped into the water sinking completely and grabbed the trunk until he managed to step on something firm, the water managed to reach his c.h.e.s.t, so it would complicate a bit the task of looking for a trunk to use as a barge.

Walking with water up to the neck became very complicated and Sebastian got tired very fast due to the amount of effort required to move and even more when he was looking for firm ground to step on.

"This reminds me of the old flood of eighty-seven, heaven." (Sebastian)

Sebastian remembered the great flood that happened in nineteen hundred and eighty-seven which flooded the city and its streets, causing many problems during a long time.

Sebastian at that moment told himself while he felt that he was distracting himself from the initial objective of his descent to the water, which was to leave the swamp and reach the mainland with the woman and the baby.

No matter how much Sebastian looked since he was not able to find logs that were floating or at least protruding from the water, which could be cut, but most of the trees were too thick to be cut with the bow and Sebastian was not in a good position either. Sebastian reached his limit, a point that was very difficult to reach, but the simple behavior of the crimson lady made him reach his limit in a very short period of time, the crimson lady on the other hand just looked more scared and moved further away from him.

The situation only became complicated and Sebastian thought things calmly as there was a woman tired and scared in front of him with an infant in his hands which could easily be affected by the climate of the swamp and the rapid drop in temperature.

His concern was more focused on the mother and the child than on himself, but the mother was not willing to cooperate and let herself be helped.

"Please, I'm just trying to help you." (Sebastian)

Sebastian decided to remain silent waiting for the woman to calm down and a long time passed, but the woman instead of calming down, she ended up asleep on the tree, Sebastian decided to take advantage of that moment and took the crimson lady in a delicate way to avoid waking her up and leave it on the body of the monster, just in case, Sebastian left the gabardine he made covering the crimson lady.

The journey looking for firm ground began and Sebastian headed towards where the water moved mainly moving farther and farther away from the swamp.
