The Adventurer System

On the large screen, the severe battle of two adventurers and the white rabbit began. Even though Gin hired high-level adventurers, still it will arrive in the next 10 minutes. In that given time, Asarki and Yumiro probably won't survive.

The red blood was slowly merged on the melted ice on the surface, and over it, a young woman who had emerald green hair had deep wounds on her both arms. Although the white grasshopper's blade was made of ice it couldn't stop the severe bleeding.

"Damn it! I can't get my teleportation crystal?!" She hastily said after seeing the monster's ice blade was going to attack her once more.

Her mouth trembled and couldn't help to didn't have shivered legs. In 5 meters distance, the monster widely swung its claw along with its aggressive red eyes.

Asarki closed her eyes while trying to cast her skill, just to survive from the monster's attack. Then suddenly, her body emitted a golden light radiance.

Inside the tenth floor, it was like raining but it was keen that could pierce the adventurer's body in no time. As a result, the place was covered by a thick speck of ice, and also the golden light that occurred before was already disappeared.

"Are you okay?" A young man said with a gruff tone.

So Asarki slowly opened her eyes as she felt a cold breeze touched her skin while elevating in the mid-air. Her vision was filled with blood as some of it splashed on her face. Nevertheless, she still recognised who was it.

"Grim?" She asked herself after seeing the young man over him who had red scales and strong gleaming red eyes.

"Yeah, are you okay?" He asked her since her condition was suddenly getting worse.

"Actually, I'm not okay. I ca... can't move my arms. It seems the monster hit me in my vital points." Asarki said with a weak tone.

Yumiro knitted his forehead as he saw her HP on his elevated view screen. "She's saying the truth."

Despited on what happened to Asarki, still in her grasp was the two HP potions that made him smile as he felt his woman hasn't had any bad intention to her.

While Yumiro suffered from the tremendous pain gave by his [Core Devourer] skill. He witnessed how she actually trying to do with him.

Bam!

His feet were landed on the surface, then, there was steam evaporated into the atmosphere. More likely, because of the extreme heat inside his body, the ice surface was melted and got back into the brick surface.

Yumiro leaned Asarki's back on the wall so she could rest while waiting to finish this fight. Nevertheless, he grabbed the two HP potions in her hand.

He tugged the seal of those potions, then positioned the lips of the transparent tube in front of her mouth.

"Drink it." His right hand placed under Asarki's chin while his left hand held the two potions at once, and slowly raised so the red liquid easily flowed.

Yellow-green particles occurred on the wounds of Asarki, however, her body wasn't fully recovered since the potions they use were just low-grade potions, which means it just could stop the severe passive bleeding effect.

"T-Thank you, Grim. I'm fine now." Based on her tone, she totally weakened. But now, her VR life was escaped from danger as her HP stopped to decrease.

"Just rest... I have some business to settle with this monster." He pushed his body into a stood-up position as he knew at any moment the monster was going to attack if the thick specs of ice vanished.

"Even I didn't the reason on what happened in my skill, but I won't let the monster to kill me." He pointed his index finger to the precise location of the white grasshopper. It seemed he wanted to mock the monster.

As soon as the speck of ice disappeared, the new transformation of Yumiro was revealed. His skin was turned into red shimmering scales, his teeth become sharper way more looked like a monster fang, long red tail, and keen feet.

A light flickered on his eyes, so he stared into it. "Tch! What's that?" He didn't put his attention there since the monster in front of him charged again along with its ice blade.

"Sir Gin, Grim Draigh noticed our camera. What we should do?" Naoko asked the middle-aged man who sat in a high chair while taking his cigarette.

Yet, Naoko didn't hear any response from Gin as he was literally stunned by what he seeing on the large screen.

"W-Why has his appearance become like that?" His eyelids widened while his cigarette seemed to fall on the red carpet.

The woman wore a white dress shook her head. "We don't have specific information about this skill..."

All the moderators inside the room were shocked after seeing the adventurer transformed into salamander form.

"We won't put any monster race to acquire by adventurer like him." Naoko said with a weak tone.

"I know right, that is a skill or just a transformation item?"

"We don't know, Sir Gin!" Moderators said at once.

Carol placed her right hand over her bust chest. "Sir Gin, allow us to gather some research with this adventurer." She requested with a polite tone.

"You already know what are you need to so do it, don't ask my permission!" Gin yelled, then pointed his index finger to the young man who had a long white that eventually transformed into a monster. "Give all the information about him!"

"Yes, Sir Gin!" Carol said, then hastily vanished from Gin's eyesight.
