The Adventurer System

Yumiro succeeded to annihilate the black rabbit from the Rank-F forest. Yet, the EXP he received wasn't enough for him to level up.

A new skill was obtained on the elevated blue view screen that appeared right before his eyes.

"Let me try this one..."

This was the first time he played a VRMMORPG in his entire life. So he was eager to know what was the skill looked like in the virtual world.

[Forcefully logging off!]

After he cast the skill. A red new widescreen flickering in his eyes, and eventually realized that he already disappeared from the game.

Yumiro slowly opened his eyes and smelled his favorite sensation in his room. On top of that, he discovered that he had limited movements.

"Brother Yumiro, how's the VR game?" A woman said with a honeyed tone.

Since he just get logged out from the game. His vision was still vague, so he blinked his eyes a couple of times to clear his vision.

"Oh, Amiya?" He said with a weak tone.

The young man next to him was Amiya. She had a cheerful expression on her face after seeing her brother enjoyed the game.

"Amiya? Why did you turn off the console? Hais... I'm just getting started." He sighed while contemplated at Amiya's grasp that had the black VR helmet.

"I'm sorry, brother Yumiro. For suddenly logging you off." She bowed her head to sincerely apologize, then added. "I'm finished preparing our dinner, also you need to take your medicines."

She noticed Yumiro was still itchy to play this VR game. "Brother Yumiro, I'm truly glad every time I could see you happy about something. However, your conditions are our main priority."

He slowly shook his head, "Don't worry about me, Amiya. I understand what are you trying to say. Thank you so much for taking care of me." He grinned at him. "Come on, Amiya. Let's eat our dinner before it gets cold."

She nodded at him. "You're right, brother. Let's go.

In the not spacious room, Amiya merrily assisted her brother to hop in his wheelchair. And while they were heading out of the door, she added some words at him.

"You know, brother Yumiro. That's what I exactly felt when I first time played this Virtual Reality Game. You can feel like there are butterflies flying inside your stomach which helped me to wash away all the problems. But always remember that you're still living in the real world and there's a responsibility need to fulfill." She said with a delighted expression on her face.

It took a couple of seconds. Both of them were stopped in front of a wooden square table that was good for four persons.

He barely lifted his eyebrows. As Amiya was also an adventurer.

"Wow! So that means we can play after we finish our dinner?" Yumiro said and already dreaming that they were traveling in the VR world.

She slowly shook her head, at the same time, closed her eyes. "Sorry, brother Yumiro. We can't play for now because I'll get busy with my school works. Also, I need to prepare myself for the upcoming exam. Promise, we'll play next week." She said, then carefully placed Yumiro's hot food in front of him.

"I see... Okay, I'll wait until then." Even though was still hot, he hurriedly swallowed his food, so he could immediately back into the virtual world.

"Brother Yumiro, you don't need to hurry. Eat your food slowly!"

Yumiro took it slowly as he didn't like to see Amiya got angry.

"Ahh, Amiya what's your level?"

"Hmm... When the last time I came back I didn't notice it clearly, so I might be around level 30?" She rubbed her chin while looking at the wooden ceiling.

Clap!

She clapped her hand as she reminded something. "Brother, Yumiro. Let me know if you're Lvl.20, so I'll ask my friend to boost your experience." Amiya said, at the same time, she was curious about what happened to her brother inside the game.

"Okay? But, Amiya. You already make a big gap because I need 29 more levels before I can catch up to you." He didn't know what was the boosting thing, yet he easily forgot it as he was surprised at Amiya's level.

"Oh, you're still level 1 adventurer..."

In her mind, she's the reason why her brother didn't receive so much level. Since she interfered with Yumiro's expedition. 

To feel not guilty, she asked him. "What kind of weapon do you wield? Me, I'm using a bow that sufficient in long and mid-range battle, where are the archer class is specialized." She merrily introduced her character ability.

"Oh, that's right. I really forget it, thanks for reminding me. I'd like to ask why I'm teleported in the perilous forest without any weapon?" He said along with his curious eyes.

She chuckled. "You might be kidding brother Yumiro. It's possible for a new player like you to didn't have any weapon. Try to check your inventory, you must just overlook it." She replied while dumbfounded for a second as sorts of things bothered her.

Once the new adventurers teleported into the place in the virtual world without holding any weapons. It's the type of adventurer who could protect themselves from dangerous situations. Furthermore, they probably had a chance to learn all the classes like a warrior, archer, swordsman, etc.

'No, that's impossible. It's only for the strong players who spent most of their life playing VR games.' She uttered to her mind.

"I guess you're right. I think I just overlook my inventory or something." He responded.

He recalled the items inside his inventory. '10 potions and one monster core... Tch! I'll let it in the meantime.'

Meanwhile, Yumiro and Amiya finished with their foot. So Yumiro immediately took a glance at the black VR helmet positioned next to her sister. 

"Amiya? Would you let to play one more game since I think I can play this game while I'm sleeping?" Yumiro had intimidated eyes as hoping his sister would agree.

She sharply exhaled as she softened at Yumiro's begged eyes. Also, this was the first time she saw her brother Yumiro that got interested in something.

"Hmph! But only this day okay? Take your medicines. And let's head to your room; I just need to finish some paper works." She pushed her brother's wheelchair, then back to his room with a delightful smile on her face.

"Thank you Amiya! You're the best sister in the whole world! I'm lucky to have you."

Grim entered again in the virtual world, however, his eyes were dazzled at the distorted lights given by the helmet.

He rubbed his eyes, then surprised at the blond young woman, wearing level 1 red armor, and had blue eyes.

It looked like, Asamiya brought this woman to the rank-F forest what exact scene happened to him.

[Player nearby: 1]

He didn't bother to ask her name since the screen name already appeared over the woman's head positioned next to her level.

"Oh, I'm sorry, this must be your spot. I should go the other way." He bowed his head a bit, then whirled around that facing in the opposite direction.

"He's weird, but I need his help" She promptly traipsed closer to Yumiro as she wanted to approach him for a reason.

After a few seconds. She took a deep before she spits some words. "Grim Draigh, right? I just got arrive here, if I estimated time 35 minutes? Before you arrive?"

He turned again to her with the thoughts this girl wasn't an easy player. Because in 35-40 minutes of leveling she was already reached level 4. He could tell since her level places next to her name.

"Yes, and you're Roshy, isn't she?" He replied and wondered what this woman's intention was.

She nodded a bit, "I would ask if you want to create a party with me? So we can attain a level in the fastest way" Even that was the first time they met, she approached him without any second thought.

"But it's okay for you? I'm still level 1 and you are already level 4. I could slow down your leveling" He uttered with a weak tone.

"Don't worry, your level doesn't matter. Also, I still figuring out the function of each setting. If you would like to accept my invitation, then click the function that will appear in your view screen."

[You would like to accept (Roshy) as a party member?]

He nodded, so they would not waste any time.

He accepted the party invitation. "If you insist." But he was intimidated to lower his guard because of the incident that happened to him 4 years ago.

'I can only trust is my sister, I'll just doing this to have some experience. If she tried to attack me I would not hesitate to use my technique even she's a girl." He murmured again.

"Let's starts our raid so we can leave this place"
